Hey lovelies, just asking for some general advice/tips. I basically need to lose 2lb a day. I’m great with my workouts and walks but I can’t decide if 100%fasting is the best option or fasting maybe 2 /3 days in a row then eating low cal fruit/veg, then repeat or ?? If I’ve got it straight in my head I’m disciplined enough to stick with it. I’m just not sure, I know everyone’s different but I’d really appreciate any opinions or guidance🩷🩷🩷

i hate how much hunger alters our mind.
you’ll tell yourself “it’s fine, i’ll just eat this meal and then i’ll purge straight after and everything will be fine!”
then ur face down in a toilet coughing, choking and crying trying to rid the calories and the shame of being a fat fucking pig, completely disgusted with yourself. missing the pain of hunger and how thin you looked before you shovelled all those carbs down your throat. you promise yourself it won’t happen again, that next time you won’t give into hungers urge.
and then you get hungry. and do it all again.
