Asking your partner to say "I love you" first is not a chore or being a burden. Nor is asking to be told "goodnight" first.

I just got out of a relationship and while yes I put that guy in a honey jar, I am now realizing the extent to which I bent over backwards for them and convinced myself my every request was too much.
