i mean as someone who isn’t too involved with lore, i kinda just like not having to think too hard when listening to him

honey had one of those sleep headphones from when them, guy and kayla all lived together. they don’t use it anymore unless guy’s working the late shift and they’re sleepy.

guy hears a mans voice coming out of the shitty ass headphones and sees that his voicemails and voice messages have been put into an at least 4 hour long video and is now playing on honey’s phone.

Something I've noticed is that I self insert everywere. Including redactedverse.

i feel like guy would take great interest in the fact that rain in ASMR is just the sound of chicken frying. and i think honey would be so annoyed to learn this from him because now they cant listen to their favorite rain sounds without thinking about fried chicken & their boyfriend who so graciously gave them this information.

Then one of them slowly whips away some sauce or something off the others face and then they kiss, more guy “rizz” and honey ends up hitting guy

I’ve seen some talk about (secret) shifter!Honey and I’m absolutely in love with the concept. From sick days on solstices while Guy is determined to take care of them, to him kissing the stretch marks from shifting. Bonus points if they’re part of the Shaw pack. Honey having severe abandonment issues and refusing to ever open up about being a shifter to anyone- (after a certain betrayal from Quinn) and having conflicting feelings about that decision after falling head over heels for the sweet pizza guy.

HONEY PROTECTING GUY FROM QUINN BY SHIFTING IN FRONT OF HIM FOR THE FIRST TIME AND BEATING THE SHIT OUT OF HIM. Guy is absolutely terrified by this but can’t seem to move, Honey feels absolutely AWFUL after this- they end up getting a little beat up themselves and aren’t in any condition to find a healer. Guy reluctantly pokes them and shakily asks them what they need, and when he’s met with a groggy “healer, I’ll tell you the way”, they make their way to Marie’s.

Guy is BEYOND confused at all of this ‘healer’ and ‘magic talk’, as well as the fact that his PARTNER JUST TURNED INTO A FUCKING WOLF AND TORE SOME SUPPOSED VAMPIRES’ THROAT OUT. Something inside him is pulling him towards Honey, though- so he decides to stick with them.

Honey is unconscious as Marie does her best to explain their current situation, as well as piece her fellow pack member back together. Guy is stuck between looking down in horror at the damage, and attempting to force his brain to make any sense of this ‘magical world’ Marie kept talking about.

By the time she was done and out, demanding that Guy keep them here and out of trouble (Marie absolutely terrifies him), Guy sighed heavily and leaned up against the couch beside them.

Yea these two had a lot to talk about by the time Honey finally woke up.

Guy and Angel are so alike holy fuck, these two have a blast at pack meetings. Not for David and Honey of course, they’re always ending up being the ones that have to rangle their mates.

Honey is strong asf and Guy likes being carried around bridal style, they absolutely treat him like royalty (like he deserves).

Currently re-listening to the pizza guy (Guy) audios, and something about the listener has caused some suspicion with me. AND YES OF COURSE IM OVERTHINKING AND PROBABLY MAKING THIS DEEPER THAN IT ACTUALLY IS,, but it really seems like Honey is either holding back or hiding something. They’re super reserved when it comes to affection, blaming it on literally anything but a clear answer.

Either they have a emotionally traumatic past- OR IS HIDING THE FACT THAT THEY’RE FUCKING EMPOWERED. This is exactly why shifter!Honey just makes so much sense to me. Ugh I would love if his audios start off all silly and shit-post’y, and turned out to be intensely important and lore-filled hidden between the likes.

HONEY AND ASHER ARE SIBLINGS- YES IM BACK ON MY SHIFTER HONEY BULLSHIT- maybe the reason Honey is often so reserved and cold towards Guy is because they’re trying to hide the fact that they’re a shifter- and they thought that their relationship wouldn’t last. They totally didn’t expect to fall in love with a greasy idiot who’s sweet enough to rot their teeth.

ALSO HONEY WHO’S TOUCH STARVED AS FUCK- Guy just came home and the first thing he did was hold them standing up, just being in each others arms without saying anything. Guy kissing their forehead. “I missed you today, Honey. I love you.” AND THEY JUST STARTED CRYING-

So I was rewatching Guy’s videos- or rather, what’s left of them- and stumbled across this comment:

LIKE IT MAKES SO MUCH SENSE- it’s not exactly an enemies to lovers, it’s more roommates who annoy one another but that turns to intense flirting over time without either one realizing it.

These two were just trying to have a cheaper rent with someone the other didn’t have to associate with too often- or at least that was what Honey was aiming for. Guy wanted to split the rent with someone- yes, but he also hoped to gain a good friend in the process.

Guy……annoyed the absolute hell out of Honey. He always played his videogames too loud, left his clothes on the floor, or was overdue on his half of the chores. Their patience could only be stretched so thin before it snapped in two.

They’re complete opposites, but they’ll have to admit he’s pretty sweet for such an annoying ray of sunshine. UGH AND THE FLIRTING GOD THE FLIRTING- they’re so competitive- playing videogames and whoever lost had to pay for dinner or do the last of the chores.

The tension is STRONGGGGGGG and these two don’t notice a damn thing besides the warmth building within their chests.

And oh my god inviting friends over they get so much worse, everyone else is trying so hard not to point out the obvious tensions between the two.

But becoming decent friends doesn’t change the fact that he pushes each and every one of their buttons. And once Guy notices how much he got under Honey’s skin- that just made it all the more fun to keep going, and to see how long they’d last before they broke.

Honey leaning on the doorframe after a shower, hair damp and shirt discarded in their bedroom. The only cloth adorning their skin included the sweatpants wrapped loosely around their legs.

Guy resided openly on the couch, a controller in hand, and old dishes left to rest on the coffee table beside his legs. Honey groaned and slid a hand down their face, signaling Guy’s attention from across the room. “Those were there last night, Guy. Ever plan on picking those up? I plan to use that table tomorrow morning when I eat breakfast.”

“It was a long shift, I’ll get them later.” “Ah, I call bullshit, that’s what you said last night.” “So?” “Ugh you’re so fucking gross.” It’s only when Honey crosses the living room floor that Guy notices that they are without a shirt. Honey quirks a brow when Guy hurriedly tears his face away from their line of sight.

THEM JUST TEASING THE HELL OUT OF HIM FOR BEING ALL FLUSTERED- using his habits to degrade him he kinda likes it tho.
