Is there any sort of Star Wars Fanfic writers' club on Discord or something where you can discuss ideas and talk about your latest fanfics? Or would anyone consider making one, I'm writing a fic and I want other writers' opinions, I don't know who to ask about this

Turns out I really making covers for my ocs stories is very therapeutic. I’m at peace.

me re-reading my writing trying to figure it out:

i've never seen anything more accurate in my life- i'll be sitting there writing, trying to cover up every plot-hole, smooth out every detail i can find, make everything make sense to my picky brain all while trying to fight the demons of the world building past what i can control, thinking that 'does this make sense to the reader? oh no- this will be so confusing to them-' meanwhile said lovely reader- chilling while reading it all the way through accepting every flaw they see and not giving a fuck if it makes sense because 'my favorite's are once again going through shit and i now must read all of it'

...sometimes i forget what's it's like to be a reader when writing... XD

Peaky Blinders Inspired AceSabo AU

Just like the title says this is a Peaky Blinder's AceSabo AU mostly inspired off of season one Tommy and Grace's love story!

you do not need to know Peaky Blinders nor have watched the show to read this

Me and my friend have been working on it for a while, so i do hope you enjoy!

Summary-

“you’re not from here, are you?” The ravenette asked, and it was with a tone accompanied by more judgment than genuine curiosity. And it had Sabo’s frown deepening as well.

“I’m not,” the blonde answered simply, “but I promise you that’ll hardly matter.”

Ace huffed and shook his head, “The fact that you think that is exactly why it matters, but if you’re so confident then prove me wrong. Last the week and we’ll see where that takes you.”

Sabo tilted his head as well, eyes narrowed slightly, “a challenge, then?” he hummed.

Ace’s eyes narrowed in turn as he nodded, “Fine, a challenge.”

Fic authors deserve the world for supporting delusions

nothing will ever amaze me the way fanfiction authors do. like, you wrote silly little stories about my favorite little guys? and i can read them?? for free??? that’s fucking wild.

you poured your heart and soul and very being into your writing and then put it out there for anyone to read? insane.

you spend a truly incredible amount of time writing novel-length, high quality stories, again, FOR FREE, that anyone can read, again, FOR FREE??

shoutout to every single fic author in existence, you guys are fucking incredible and i love all of you so much

The concept literally just hits different, and idek why because lowkey im kinda against drugs lol

Does anybody else get legitimately worried when a fanfic author who was updating regularly just suddenly disappears with no warning? Like, is it a serious case of writers block or are they in a coma? Did they just up and quit? Was it me? Were my reviews not good enough?! Did they die 😳?! Were they kidnapped? Do I need to file a missing persons report? Excuse me officer, there’s been 13 weekly updates and now nothing for months! Find them! What’s their name?! Name!? I don’t know their name but they write 3k+ chapters and I need them safe and back in my life!

I NEED a football player × mascot trope. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CALLING ALL FANFIC WRITERS!!!!!!
