How I sort them
I judge them on whether they fit into how the lords are described or if they fit the lords' personality/enough about their personality. Like if it's 3/5 then they fit.
Let's go with Paul as an example. Paul is very passionate about not liking musicals, loves his coffee and is indecisive. If we simplify those heavily, we can get passion and want/need. Those fit Nibbly's description in Honey Queen. Roman described Nibbly as a creature of hunger and passion. Therefore, Paul would be a sniggle for Nibbly. Why isn't he for Pokey since he's obsessed with him? Paul doesn't like musicals, he's passionate about it. It's his whole jist. That's why Pokey made him like them. Again, we got passionate- Nibbly. Paul 23 would also be a sniggle for Nibbly.
Another one just cause I like doing this. Tinky is all about time and yada yada yada- mechanics, which can turn into technology, mainly seen in Time Bastard. Now Richie, seen in The Plan section of NPMD, was the recorder and was complaining about the lighting. Point for technology. Richie also, is a nErD and corrected Peter in the library scene in NPMD. That's a point for time (because it's a different tImE fOr ThE rEfErEnCe or something idk). Richie would be a sniggle for Tinky.
OKAY "how do I tell if it's Nibbly or Wiggly," you may ask?! Ahem, greed and desire can be seen very differently at least to me- if we compare the scene where Ethan dies to Linda and Zoey fighting, there are some big differences. Wiggly is Wrath and Greed while Nibbly is just Desire turned eViL. Gary and the other dude are practically foaming at the mouth for a wiggly doll- practically BLINDED which is a relation to 'blinded with rage'. Them Linda and Zoey are like two cats in Warrior Cats fighting for the last vole. Not particularly out of greed for it, but because it's necessary.

this was a silly little concept my sleep-deprived brain thought of while rewatching Black Friday that somehow spiralled into a full sketch piece
Okay, so after drawing Sniggle!Wiley, I ended up coming up with a ton of silly little hcs and info for the sniggles, which I felt like sharing >:D
Firstly, they have tails. Like their antennae, theyre thin but have a fluffy tuft at the end. Pokey’s sniggles have feathers mixed in with their tail tufts. Wiggly’s sniggles have extremely fluffy tail tufts. Nibbly’s sniggles have a pig-like curl to their tails, and have more wirey fur. Blinky’s sniggles have tails that split into two about halfway down it (like the pokemon espeon). Tinky’s sniggles have longer fur on the tail tufts.
Now, since I have a lot of hcs on different types of sniggle, going to split them up individually for different Lords.
Pokey’s sniggles all have long elven ears which darken to blue at the tip. They are all non-verbal, as Pokey canonically despises other voices, being The Singular Voice after all. They have blue blood, tears, and organs. Pokey’s sniggles all have feathers mixed into their fur and hair. The way Pokey’s sniggles communicate is via dance, similar to how bees communicate. They are skilled dancers and performers, and Pokey will often get them to be his ensemble when performing.
Tinky’s sniggles all have goat-like ears, as well as hooved feet and goat-like eyes. They often have small nub-horns as well as antennae. They have the longest fur of all the sniggles, and it tends to get tangled easily, leading to them sometimes braiding their fur and hair. Tinky's sniggles are the most chaotic of the sniggles, and will fidget with anything they can find. They are collectors and hoarders, and will often have unique nests of their chosen trinket.
Blinky’s sniggles have extra eyes, typically a few on their face, one on each hand, and overall eye-like markings dotted across their body. They are the most social of the sniggles, and are the kind most easily addicted to media. They have insanely good vision, and their eyes typically change colour with their mood. Blinky employs all of his sniggles at Watcher World, and is one of the harshest Lords to the sniggles.
Nibbly’s sniggles have slightly floppy long ears, almost pig-like in appearance. They also have tusks, and their antennae are slightly heart shaped. They can eat anything, and have extra rows of teeth in their mouthes. They are particularly drawn to honey. They also form larger ‘packs’ than other lord’s sniggles. In these packs, they are somewhat bee-like, and take after worker bees. Despite how loyal they are to Nibbly, he will quite often get them to choose a favourite, and devour them (think honey queen)
Wiggly’s sniggles are extremely soft and squishy, and are ticklish. They have pointed ears, and have pom-pom like antennae. They can breathe underwater, and are strong swimmers, they also have small hidden gills on their necks. While in deep water, their antennae glow, like angler fish. Wiggly's sniggles are the only sniggle type to be exclusively carnivorous.
Will probably add more to this at some point, but for now these are my main hcs :D
