Prompts - 239 - “You can’t watch Willy Wonka without massive amounts of junk food.”

As Thor began spending more time on Earth the two of you had grown closer and you had taken it upon yourself to introduce the God to all the movies, shows, songs...pretty much everything he was clueless about.

There was a long list but it was fun, watching as Thor followed you around, listening to every word you said. Tony had compared him to a golden retriever once and honestly you could see it.

Today you weren’t feeling so great as you headed down to the kitchen. You had been away on a mission for the past three days. It had taken a toll on you and today you were feeling the extent of the job.

“Y/N!” Thor exclaimed as you walked into the room, his whole face lighting up. Despite how you were feeling you couldn’t help the smile that spread across your face as you saw him. He had been visiting Asgard for a week and you had missed him dearly.

“Hi Thor.” You greeted, willingly going into his open arms and resting your head against his chest as he held you close, seeing that you needed the comfort right now.

“Is everything ok?” He asked after you pulled away after a minute or two.

“Yeah, it was just a rough mission.” Thor nodded sympathetically, he had had many rough missions and knew how draining they could be.

“How about we spend the day watching some more of those movies?” Thor suggested, brushing a strand of hair out of your face as he did so. You smiled up at the God softly as he leaned down to press a kiss to your forehead. “How about the one about the chocolate factory? I was rather intrigued by that.”

“Willy Wonka?” You asked with a laugh as Thor nodded excitedly. “Sure but we have to go to the store first.”

“The store?” Thor asked as he followed you into the elevator.

“Of course,” You told him seriously, “You can’t watch Willy Wonka without massive amounts of junk food.”

“Oh, of course.” Thor said, mirroring your serious tone.

It wasn’t long before the two of you burst into laughter.

Shopping with Thor was an...interesting experience to say the least.

The man attracted everybody's attention immediately, looking so out of place in the supermarket. He was a sweetheart to everyone that approached him and was always quick to take pictures or sign things for the fans.

Once that was done, Thor turned into a child excited by everything in the store, he wanted to look at everything, wanted to buy everything. Before you were halfway around whatever store you were at he’d always asked you half a million questions.

You thought it was endearing though, the way the God was so easily pleased. He managed to find joy in such human things, grocery shopping, walking around the park, driving in a car. The way he saw the Earth, describing its beauty to you when the two of you sat on the roof of the compound looking up at the stars made you pause before looking around and appreciating the world around you.

“So what food do we need then?” Thor asked as the two of you stopped in front of a wide selection of candy.

“All of it.” You replied with a grin and quickly the two of you were filling up the cart with a sickening amount of candy.

“Are you certain this is a good idea?” Thor laughed as the pair of you checked out.

“Probably not but it’s the proper way to experience Willy Wonka, Thor.” You rolled your eyes fondly as Thor grabbed the bags before you could and the two of you headed back to the tower.

The two of you went your separate ways once you were back at the tower, you went to your room to change back into some comfy pyjamas whilst Thor went to his room to do the same whilst having JARVIS set the movie up in the room.

Once you’d changed you quickly made your way down to Thor’s room, smiling as you saw him already in the bed with the covers drawn back and the movie waiting to be played. You paused just to take in the scene before Thor was patting the bed and you went over, happily tucking yourself under his arm, letting him pull you against his chest and wrap the blanket around the both of you.

As the movie played Thor happily chatted away, asking you all sorts of questions which you answered with a smile on your face. When Thor’s attention was fully on the movie, his fingers trailed across your waist unconsciously and honestly, even with the stomach ache that was already starting to develop, there was nowhere else you’d rather be.

“Thank you.” You whispered before leaning up to kiss his jaw. Thor didn’t reply with words, he just pulled you closer and kissed your head.

Thor’s Kitten

Request:  Hi can I request a dark!thor fic? Something where reader falls asleep in his bed(I imagine it’s the biggest and most comfy and unused cuz it’s Thor). She doesn’t know he’s coming tho and when he finds her he thinks she’s like a welcome back gift. So he uses her until she wakes up. Thank you!

Warnings: Rough sex, Dark!Thor,  Non-con (Please do not read if this offends you), turns into dub con.

A/N:  this is FILTHY!!

It was a stupid chore.  Changing the linens on every royal’s room in the palace even if they hadn’t slept there the night before.  Here you found yourself changing the sheets on Prince Thor’s bed for the twelfth day in a row when he was no where to be found, probably fighting some important battle.  You doubted he was even on Asgard.  

You dropped the clean set of sheets on the chair next to the bed and looked at the flawless mattress.  The gold and red comforter and satin pillow cases looked so inviting.   It was large enough you had to get on your knees and crawl across the thing to get the linens down so you were aware how soft it was.  

A yawn left your mouth.  This was your final task of the day.  You looked down at your blue dress.  You were leaving here to meet up with friends and already changed out of the maid’s uniform.  Managed to freshen up your hair and makeup too.    

You changed early since the servant’s rooms were on the far side of the palace and you didn’t want to walk back after doing this meaningless task.  Nobody was expecting to see you again the rest of the night.  You told your friends you weren’t coming, you could still surprise them a few hours late.  There really was no need to rush.  

Besides, the bed looked so inviting.   Another yawn left and you fell forward, hugging an untouched pillow, spreading out over the massive piece of furniture.  Just a little cat nap, you told yourself as you drifted off.

“That was a battle for the ages.”  Loki took off his helmet as they walked into the palace.  

“Another victory for Asgard.”  Thor ran his fingers through his locks.  “One that must be celebrated.”  

He looked to his comrades.  They all looked exhausted.  Lady Siff shook her head.  

“None of you want to play?”  Thor turned to look at them, holding his arms up.  “Surely you have the spirit for celebration brother?”  

“I’m having a kitten sent to your room.”  Loki laughed.  “That way you will always have something to entertain yourself, since none of us can keep up.”

The candles wither as Thor stalks by, casting the corridor in wane strokes of shadow. His own contorts as he moves, massive and bulky, his posture and gait fouled by his mood. The scruff of his boots echoes through the hall, erie when paired with the gentle snowfall beyond the Palace walls. It’s admittedly beautiful, soft tendrils of snowflakes coating the city’s drab walls, but he has not the eye for it, too cold and tired from the day. And the daunting news he must share.

His body wails for yours, for the comfort and serenity your presence brings. Quite honestly, you have been the only thing keeping him going these days. Being with you, indulging in your laughter and conversation, helps him feel lighter and less tense. Makes him feel okay. You’re a reminder that he is alive, and there’s more to his life than the terrors which rage in the mist.

You could feel him eyeing you across the room.

Another sip from your wine glass and you turn and pretend to listen to Sam and Bucky because God helped you, you can’t meet his eyes at all. You could feel the heat slowly blooming at your cheeks while your heart was practically hammering against your chest.

“Are you alright, Y/N?” Sam asked you when he noticed that you were acting awfully suspicious.

“Please, don’t mind me. Just enjoying my wine. Nothing out of the ordinary at all.” you flashed him a sheepish smile. 

Bucky tapped his shoulder and Sam turned in the direction and nodded in understanding. It was a known fact that you have had a crush on Thor for a while now, and almost everyone knows about it, well except that you didn’t know that everyone knew about it.

thanos

the mad titan was standing right in front of me, his armor gold and shining in the light of the fire surrounding us. the bodies of asgardian people everywhere, some dead some alive but on their way to death.

thor was laying on the ground next to thanos, he hasn’t moved it what had felt like forever. thanos picks him up by is armor and walks with him towards loki, he drops thor in his knees and looks directly at loki.

loki’s is surrounded by thanos’ childrens, each one of them holding a weapons at them. i kneel to the left of loki as i multitask watching heimdall and the interaction between loki and thanos.

“the tesseract or your brothers head” thanos looks directly at loki “kill away” loki doesn’t even budge as the words leave his mouth.

i look between loki and thor with wide eyes, i can sense loki knows i’m looking at him confused. painful screams leave thor’s mouth as thanos put the power stone on his temple, his screams get louder as thanos presses the stone into his temple further.

i feel myself start to tear up as i watch the man i love scream in pain, “alright that’s enough” loki yells and thanos removes the stone from his head.

“we don’t have the tesseract it was destroyed during ragnorok” i look at thanos as i speak up and he just smirks at me before looking at loki again.

loki raises his hands and the tesseract appears in his hand and my eyes widen in shock, he walks up to thanos and goes to hand him the cube.

out of nowhere hulks tackles thanos startling me, i watch as thanos and hulk fight. the fight ends fairly quickly, hulk is on the ground unconscious and thanos is standing over him.

thor runs up to thanos and attacks him as i discreetly run over to the hulk and attempt to wake him up, i shake his shoulders and tap his face lightly but i get nothing.

i hear struggled breathing so i look up and see thor being lifted up by his neck “no” i scream as i get up and run but one of thanos’ children uses their magic to push me back and up against as wall.

“stop please” i cry as i watch thor struggle in the hands of thanos, thor makes eye contact with me and i know he wants me to connect with his mind.

“i love you y/n” i cry as he repeats the words over and over in his mind “i love you too, so much”. one of thanos’ children shoved a spear through thor’s heart, he screams in pain as they remove the spear and stab him again.

i run away from away from hulk and run over to thor’s body, i drop to my knees and cradle his head. “thor please baby stay with me” i cry as i plead, i pushed the hair out of his face as i gently caress his face.

i moved one of my hands grab his and he squeezed with all of the strength he had left “i love you” he grunts as he tries to mask his pain, “i love you too but you’re not dying, you’re going to live and you’re going to rule asgard along your brother and we’re going to get married and have kids and then grow old” i cry as he smiles at me, that twinkle in his eye still there as he looks at me.

“i-i’m sorry” he coughs and blood pools from his mouth, “it’s okay” i continue to hold his hand as the ship burns around us. “you know i’m happy that you’re the last thing i get to see” the words only make me cry more as he struggles to keep breathing.

“we’ll meet again” his words are barely above as whisper, his body goes limp and his hand drops from mine.

i sink further into the floor and hug his body, as a broken cry leaves my chest. my heart breaking as the love of my life lays lifeless on the ground.

as i cry a memory a memory of thor and i in the gardens of asgard strolling around after dinner.

“you know love we should get married and have kids you know we could have it all”

Marvel preference: Pets

Tony: Let's face it, Tony can barely take care of his own needs, let alone the ones of a pet. He's always busy, and Pepper has told him multiple times that NO, she will not take care of a dog in addition to Tony, the company and about a million other things she has to take care of. So Tony decided to build himself a mechanic dog, but due to Peter and Clint changing the plans as a joke, it turned out to be a bunny as Tony was half asleep as he built it.

Not to worry, Fluffy (yes, Peter named him), is a beloved mascot of the Avengers, and sort of a guard dog for the base. Because even if he looks like a lop-eared bunny and is the size of a loaf of bread, he carries a mean kick. And by a mean kick, I mean enough ammunition to change a fully equipped tank into a holey hunk of metal. And best yet, he is basically indestructible. Well, the Hulk could crush him but when his fist was about to go down on to do it, he froze and muttered "Hulk not hurt bunny." and went to destroy one of Tony's suits. But that's a story for another day. 

Steve: Steves pet is a gift from Tony, and it's a parrot called Captain (no, Tony did not name him, he came with the name but Tony thinks it is hilarious). He's not just any parrot but one that has lived in a bar for the beginning of its life and as a result, it curses like a pirate. A really bad mouthed pirate. Steve is very fond of his pet, as he could never even go close to birds before the serum because of well... asthma and allergies etc. Now he can, but sometimes he wishes his parrot had a cleaner mouth.

He's working on training it not to curse as much, but the training is not going very well. Mostly because Clint likes to sneak into Steves room and teach the parrot new (bad) words and encourage it to curse more. Steve is to yet to find out.

Bucky: Bucky has a dalmatian dog called Popcorn. She was firstly owned by an animal hoarder and didn't see the outside for the first two years of its life, so she's very hyper. Like jumps-up-the-walls -hyper. She has light brown patches on her skin, hence the name. (Also, it was inspired by the way she moves. Like a popped popcorn, totally unpredictable where it will go and fully charged with of energy)

The whole team takes part in making sure that she gets to let out her energy. In addition to the high-quality dog walker Tony hired, she trains on the stairs with Clint, does tricks with Peter, plays fetch with Thor, he also runs for hours with Bucky, Steve, and Nat in turns, who are the only ones with high enough stamina to keep up with her endless energy. (Sam claims that he does not like Popcorn, and therefore does not run with her, Bucky knows that it's bullcrap because he caught him watching Lassie with her the other week while curled up on the couch. He can't wait to rub it in Sam's face when the right moment comes.)

Thor: Thor does not have pets, but you do. A big Samoyed dog named Thor. 

Loki: Loki claims that he does not need or want pets because they are "pathetic mortal stuff". But everyone in the tower knows that he has a goldfish called Destroyer. Enough said.

Pietro: No pets. No animal can keep up with his speed. But he has always wanted to race a cheetah.

Bruce: Bruce has a lazy Persian cat called Matthew who lives at the lab. And I mean lazy, nothing will move him if he wants to sleep. Want your notes that are under him? Forget it. Need to use the microscope he happens to be laying in front of? Not gonna happen. Hulk making an appearance? He will not care. He will just open his eye a smidge to see what the hell is interrupting his sleep and go back to sleep.

Peter plays a game of "how many paper cups I can make a pyramid of on top of him before he moves and it collapses." At the moment, the record is one hundred and thirty-seven. Next time Peter's going for two hundred and he will bring a ladder. And Clint to help him with it.

Sam: He’s not a fan of animals. You own a leopard gecko, named Macy. She’s a bit of a old lady, being but she’s still lively and happy.

Stephen: No pets. You beg him nearly daily that you could get a dog, but so far, he's not giving in to your puppy dog eyes and constant begging. 

Clint: He found a completely white kitten with blue eyes from the shelter, and upon asking more about him, he learned that the kitten was deaf. To cut the long story short, he was home with Clint the next day. Even Nat isn't completely immune to Ghost's cuteness. Ghost and Popcorn (Bucky's dog) are best pals and Popcorn will go above and beyond to protect her little friend.

Peter P.: You own three hamsters named Alvin, Simon, and Theodore. Peter is super jealous, he has no pets as May is allergic but you always let him play with your pet trio. 

Peter Q.: Peter found a gray cat while he was cruizing space and thought it would be a perfect surprise for you. It was, and even more so when she ate a burglar that tried to force you out of the apartment. Upon asking the Avengers for help, Thor declared that it was a flerken. You still loved her with all your heart and refused to part with her, even if the others said she was dangerous. Her name is Hermione.

T'Challa: No pets.

Eddie/Venom: You cannot keep pets in the same apartment Venom is in, it is just impossible. So no pets. You tried a goldfish once, but it was gone the next morning, even after telling Venom not to eat it multiple times, so you decided to give up. 

Nat: She owns a completely black ferret, and the little critter carries the name Bullet. She’s feisty like her momma.

Wanda: Wanda has a black and white cat called Pippin. She's a Ragdoll and she is an absolute lovebug and loves to cuddle with everyone. She is almost constantly purring and she spends most of her days walking around the tower to see if anyone would pet her. If you are doing pushups you can be damn sure that she is sitting on your back, purring in a few minutes. No exceptions. Napping on the couch? Soon you have a purring roll next to your head. Or arm. Or leg. Wherever there is room.

A/n: I’m clearing my book list in Wattpad and an ancient volume of Marvel oneshots and found this and a couple of other works there, and I’m posting them here. But they will probably be my only Marvel ones I will write.
