Is 800 cals too much? If you don’t mind How many cals do you consume? Sorry if this is too much I just love your content and advice

hii i'm currently consuming 1301 cals but there has been days where i ate less than 1k. i don't rly eat that low anymore as it can eventually lead to binging most of the time so i stay at a normal calorie deficit while working out n running every single day. i use the calorie calculator website! it's not too much dw i appreciate u love 💞

hiii love so i recommend running everyday along w lifting some light weights. if u have a treadmill use ibx running vids on yt, they help so much. if not u can still do cardio everyday! i also drink green tea 3x a day

heyy are workouts important for weight loss ?? i don’t really like doing them and i feel very weak anyways so… are they extremely important? i walk instead

well along w doing fitnesskaykay everyday w ab workouts i run n walk on the treadmill after. for the treadmill ones i use ibx running on yt. i'd say they are tbh especially cardio cs it puts u deeper into a deficit n that's when i noticed weight loss happen faster. i feel lightheaded n shitty doing them lmao but i would go fucking insane if i didn't workout

okayyyy GOODMORNING I know it’s early but!!! I was wondering how many days do you think I should fast? I fasted for 24 hours for the first time on Monday and I’m doing another fast today and jw how many days from today should I fast I am (266Lbs)😬 and my bmi is in the 30’s

hiii tbh i stopped fasting only cs i felt even shittier than i do on a daily basis but u can honestly go as long as u want but if u absolutely have to u can break the fast. rn i'm js eating in a deficit but there's days where it gets so shitty i barely eat

yes it is possible but u also have to exercise everyday as well to get the best results. i recently started walking after my run n my workout n i feel like that would rly help as well. hope u reach ur goal ml! 🩷 n thank u sm! 💞 stay safe too 🫶🏻

0 cal blue razz energy drink for dinner is superior. also restricted my cals even more today n yesterday cs i ate a salad at a salad place yesterday n an acai bowl today in the morning. i'm terrified they're lying ab the cals 😭 doing good tho cs at least everyone is starting to worry now which means it's paying off. also felt like i was ab to have a heart attack running on the treadmill nbs 💀 vision got so bad n my heart felt weird along w my breathing lmao

tbh it all started when i was like 10. i was constantly getting bullied js being a joke to everyone. i got so fed up w everyone n myself so i decided i was gonna lose some weight. turned into an obsession seeing the scale constantly go down so atp i feel like i'm trapped, js losing weight until ts eventually kills me

been off this app for like 2 weeks holy shit 😭 but i'm not too far from 90 lbs now ‼️ currently at 101 but i'll try to stay active on here nbs 😭🙏🏻 ts is destroying me mentally but it's the only way i feel decent ab myself. i'm addicted w seeing how far i can take this before something serious happens to me

doing zigzag calorie cycling using calorier.com to get over any plateaus. so glad i discovered this again cs i deadass forgot 😭 using the extreme fat loss one btw 🙏🏻
