i hatee giving meanspo i find it so mean and i always feel so bad 😭 but for me, something that motivates me is imagining what i would look like if i was sk1nn1er, how much better i would feel, how much nicer people would treat me, how long ive been waiting for this, etc. think about how the food will always be there, and you can always eat another time, but you dont have all the time in the world to lose w3ight. all the pain you go through will be worth it in the end, no one ever regrets getting sk1nnier. just remember everything will pay off!! i know you can do this, i wish you the bestest luck <333

i gave in to my ice cream cravings last night and im really upset about it :(
having an 3d is eating more than you planned to and pacing circles around your room to burn it off ⭐️
i lovee feeling hungry but hate when my stomach rumbles its so embarrassing T^T
i cant wait to live on my own so i can finally control what i eat, and i can st4rve whenever i want.

⭐️ no drinks with more than 100 c4lories (unless on a liquid fast)
⭐️ try not to eat anything with a bigger fat than carb or protein content
⭐️ at least a bottle of water every day
⭐️ exercise at least once a week
⭐️ under 500 c4ls (preferably under 300) on weekdays

how to have reasonable weight loss expectations
(fyi this only applies if you aren’t already skinny asf and actually have fat to burn off)
1 lb of fat = 3500
calculate your basal metabolic rate with an online calculator
that’s how many calories you burn sitting around doing nothing
for example mine is 1,806 , i’m pretty tall so mine is probably higher than most others
so if i want to lose a lb in 2 days
1806 x2 = 3612
3612 - 3500 = 112
112/2 = 56
you would have to net 56 calories for 2 days
now for me personally, even when i was on my ana grind, i would lose a lb every 3-4 days which is a bit more manageable
using the same math
3 days = ~640 net calories for three days straight.
4 days = 931 net calories four days straight.
I'm going to try to start something again. I've been eating too much lately. Tomorrow is Monday and I'll start my fast. I wanna fast as long as I can last. If I feel like passing out, I'll eat something that's less than 100 cals.
