Angels theory time!

ok, following this theory (made in partnership with my colleague @sparkbeast20, thank you sparks).

Angels Theory Time!

We can say that demons and angels can and do have a system of "life" after death.

Look, think with me, we know from annon that demons and angels have a perspective on life and that they are in fact not immortal, a fact disclosed in several lessons and proven later when we almost lost one of them (*cough thanks thirteen*cough).

However, it was never said what happens to their "soul" when they die (or if it was said then I don't remember).

Following the concept of magic = soul energy/spirit = energy, we can conceptualize that demons and angels (*cough lilith *cough ) somehow have a "soul"/spirit.

With that in mind we can assume that the "life"/death of demons/angels follows a cycle

(Brain: Presents the image of Diavolo holding Luke on his castle balcony performing to the people below while playing endless loop in the background*.

me: shut up)

ahem....where this "energy" does not dissipate anymore and is reused transforming into something else (based on the law of physics), however the result of this transformation will be equivalent to the level of power that the demon / angel has in life.

for example a Little D can transform into an animal or a plant native to devildom, while the demon king I believe that when he dies he becomes one of the layers that separate devildom from the literal "hell" thus maintaining the role as ruler/protector of his people.

another idea would be that when a demon/angel dies another one is "born" taking its place, this new demon/angel possesses the same/or a part of the energy of the demon/angel that died.

Angels theory time! The Secrets of Devildom: Demons of Greed. (Part 1)

Anyone who has read the 7 Og theory and the cycle of life (thanks @sparkbeast20 for the cooperation) knows that there are many holes in annon and that many of the facts that occurred in annon are not explained and/or left implicit without any context. But before starting this moment of theory, I ask that you, dear reader, keep your mind open for this moment, and in case you want to point out any flaws, or I'm forgetting something, remember that this is just a theory post and I won't be upset if you want to add something within this conversation, I just ask you to reblog and tag me so we can exchange theories on the subject.

We know that in the first few lessons lucifer chooses mammon as our guardian even though he and the others explicitly say what a scoundrel he is, which initially is something out of context since according to him he gives the notion that he cares deeply about the program, so why would he choose from all the brothers the one who is most hated?

Further on, there is a situation in which he (lucifer) says that mammon is the one he trusts the most, in addition, we realize during the game that even though mammon is the one who most falls into his sin he is the only demon among his brothers that worries about mc since the beginning of the game.

Even though he threatens and claims mammon is the only one of the brothers who maintains control over the human even if he is not close to it.

Why this? because he is his human!

Okay before you start cursing me and objecting to this thing a little bit, remember my conversation with Spark about the 7 Ogs, remember I said that the previous greed avatar was protective of its people?

Well, it was no secret that the demons of greed are terr protectors and excellent guardians of their precious things they do this so much it became the primordial instinct of this demonic class, knowing that lucifer delivered the human to the avatar of greed because he was relying on his instinct to keep his precious one safe, yeah he was right the first moment he saw the human he started to bully (*cough court*cough) the same he (lucifer) just needed a touch final to remind mammon of the consequences of his failure (punch scene).

ok before you tell me that he was not a great guardian at first because he left mc with Levi, you must remember that mammon knew his brothers and their character and knew that the same (Levi) would not kill the human, in fact, he was relying on the idea of psychological terror to put the human on the line because he despises all his brothers and he knows about the nature of humans and understands how curious and stubborn we are.

So what's the best way to keep a little human in line so he doesn't end up killing himself for some stupid reason? put the said human in contact with a hostile demon (nerd) whose anger can easily be deterred.

Bonus if the said human is as nerdy as the demon, then he doesn't have to worry 24/7 that the human will die around the corner since the Demonerd will try to protect his little human friend.

With that in mind, everyone wins, and if something goes wrong he can just show up and save the day, since he's secretly spying on the human and I'll talk about that in part 2, making the human realize that he was the only one there. save it and keep it close to it.

He is not a saint ok, mammon is a demon of greed, this class is also very good at manipulating and knows how to find flaws in contracts/commands, lucifer ordered him to watch over the human's life, not his sanity.

yes he is, but there is a huge difference between being impatient and being moody, unfortunately Luci did not receive this memo.

He tends to have temper tantrums when he is impatient and hears several cases that point to this.

I also like these moments of exchanging theories and such, in addition to giving new inspirations to writers, it also gives a good mood to see the point of view of other fans.😉

that's why i love him so much he is the most human of the brothers, among all the brothers he is the only one that is the least toxic, you can always count on your natural instincts not to damage your treasure😘. but remember beware of the "quiet".

although he is sweet and braggart, we have to be careful because if he stays quiet and because something is very wrong and the shit is about to hit the fan, when that happens we must be careful not to fall into the crossfire or worse make him lower the guard because we are in the danger zone.

I have a firm belief that the brothers have managed to retain certain abilities from their former forms, even if they are few.

for example and annon that Luci "created"/"gave birth" to a sentient being, something that is extremely difficult for a demon since its magic/essence is geared towards destruction while the angels towards creation.

I also believe that in some sisters these same capacities are what keep them from falling completely into their sin.

Besides, I forgot to mention that compared to the sin of greed, lust is a sin that acts like a fast-acting poison, whoever falls into this sin ends up getting addicted to it and can hardly fight it without having serious consequences in their spirit.

One thing that stuck in my mind in the first moments of Mc's contact with 4 brothers in the intro was the famous phrase that Satan spoke after Mc had resisted Asmo's gaze.

With a bit of research in diverse texts, I realized that there is a certain tendency to demons with lust.

One of these tendencies is that they have the habit of "devouring" their partner during or after the mating act, whether at the first moment or in a certain amount of time, they always devour them, bathing themselves in their vitality and their specific blood whenever that act was done.

After some questions and observations of some texts, they came up with 3 hypotheses of such questions for this type of behavior.

From what everyone knows, most of the tales/legends about the succubus and/or pleasure demons (female) point out that they seduce their companions to absorb their essence during their acts of pleasure, this very death, it is observed in the texts that these living beings.

In the same way, it can be observed that the reasons are the centers/thousands of tests on these demons, few explanations of such needs.

we can also observe that in contrast to this there is a scarcity of tales/myths about its male counterpart.

However, if we look closely at these texts, it can be seen that such options were figures of grande and mestizos, perhaps even as important as previous figures.

Exemplify this by the famous wizard of Arthurian legend, a half-blood we know by the name of Merlin

yes, I understand sounding weird and u must be with what can it be what does this have satan's phrase for MC? simple to look at but deep down I remembered that the symbolic animal of how has a small behavior very similar to what I described earlier and I also realized that this answer fits a lot with my theories.

1- That the lust class demons have a disproportionate society.

In this case, most of the lust demons are females that tend to devour their weaker males.

as I said earlier as women eat themselves like the weakest males, then logically we can bear that the most exceptional are those who survive in this, driven by desire and lust.

this leads me to develop my 2 theories.

Those who read my theory with Spark about the 7 Og may remember that the pre- Diavolo society/demon brothers, had a behavior similar to the barbaric societies of the human realm.

Observing the barbaric acts of ancient society we can see that the lusts of lust tend to follow the patterns of the ancient rulers of great enormous have an immeasurable amount of wives/husbands of various races and different shapes.

When I say the avatars of lust, I'm not talking about having more than one avatar, but that the time of permanence of this avatar in power is short since he always died in those of his companion in his moment of weakness.

Asmo may have been the brother who had a harder time climbing the channel than his other siblings as the latter could be so necessary to demonstrate his resilience in pleasure.

Since the same was a virtue of purity, this was the one who most arose against his demonic form, the one who suffered the most and suffered from his sin.

That's why he's the only avatar of lust that doesn't have a harem, he's the only one with the longest reign in this position.

moreover, being an ex-virtue of chastity, Asmo does not have to worry about the constant need to absorb vitality.

He literally does everything for pleasure and nothing else.

now the 3rd is the last theory

the lust demons that possess the smallest part expect life compared to their counterparts.

why? because of what I pointed out earlier and of course! they need to suck the vitality to survive but with the peace agreement between the demon realm and the celestial realm in progress and the law that forbids demons in the human world without being summoned by them...

let's just say that if it weren't for constantly enchanting them Devildom would have a major upheaval on their hands.

Angels theory time!: Reason for Lilith's Sentence

Anyone who has read the 7Og theory knows and the cycle of life that many of the facts that occurred are not explained and/or do not imply anything without context. For those following these moments of theory you can see that demons of greed and lust, focusing on much of these philosophical/theological/mythological debates pointing out plot points few would see and undertake.(thanks @sparkbeast20 for the cooperation)

Right now we're going to focus on one of the most important holes in annon's plot so fasten your seat belts because it's going to be a trip

But before starting this moment of theory, I ask that you, dear reader, keep an open mind for this moment, and in case you can identify any flaws, or are forgetting something, remember that this is just a theoretical post. and I won't be upset if you want to add something to this conversation, I just ask you to reblog and tag me so we can exchange theories on the subject. ------------------------------------- Okay look as far as I can remember, before the fall the brothers had important and necessary roles in the celestial kingdom, and although they were members below Luci's "caste" they

they still worked/exercised in different areas/professions and were highly respected and recognized by their heavenly companions.

However, it was never mentioned/said in the annon what Lilith's role was and from what we can see there are a few facts about her mentioned in it.

now, why are we talking about this? simple one thing that stuck in my head was why Lilith was sentenced to receive the worst punishment of all existing in the celestial realm? at first I thought it was an example mode but after a lot of thinking I had a eureka moment

What if Lilith had an extremely important high-stakes role? an extremely high but secret function of the celestial kingdom? a function that not even Luci could know about? but only he who is nearest to God.

so she must be destroyed because such an extremely risky role could lead to the destruction of all existence, we know from annon that Lilith's anger is extremely difficult to control, and with her emotionally compromised it could leak knowledge that until then should be unknown.. ...

what function am I talking about my dear readers? nothing more and nothing less than the role of apprentice scribe

is the only celestial being known for such ability and none other than the angel/heavenly being, admittedly in angelology, most powerful in the celestial realm............

METATRON!: the scribe of God

one who knows the words of creation, who knows the supreme will of the creator and understands the words of ORIGIN

and as the heavenly realm had not developed a truce with the devils, the creator himself feared what would happen if such power should fall into the enemy's hands.

Lilith knew too much, even as an apprentice and swearing to keep her lips closed, she had already shown how far she could go when she was emotionally compromised (i.e. stealing food from the heavenly realm to prolong her love life because she was desperate/sad/grieving)

She also undermined the Reapers/Shadows' trust, thus compromising their possible neutrality at a huge risk of them allying with the demons in revenge.

with these two points, it was not for nothing that she was condemned to this punishment.

Angels theory time! Secrets of Devildom: Demons of Sloth (part 1)

Anyone who has read the theory of the 7 Og and the cycle of life (thanks @sparkbeast20 for the cooperation) knows that there are many holes in the annon and that many of the facts that occurred in the annon are not explained and/or left implicit without any context.

For those following these moments of theory you can see that demons of greed and lust, focusing on much of these philosophical/theological/mythological debates pointing out plot points few would see and undertake.(thanks @sparkbeast20 for the cooperation) well we've already talked about lust and greed so why don't we talk about one of the most underrated sins among the seven? ladies, gentlemen and sheep or today's theory we will talk about laziness. But before starting this moment of theory, I ask that you, dear reader, keep an open mind for this moment, and in case you want to point out any flaws, or I'm forgetting something, remember that this is just a theoretical post. and I won't be upset if you want to add something to this conversation, I just ask you to reblog and tag me so we can exchange theories on the subject.

Angels Theory Time! Secrets Of Devildom: Demons Of Sloth (part 1)

Okay, like all topics about demoiac classes, we'll start by pointing out what we know about laziness. But why is laziness a sin? “Laziness is considered a sin because it is the denial of the person's development”, says Mazzarolo. So what do we know about her? We know that according to many religious texts, laziness is considered one of the seven deadly sins, characterized by the person who lives in a state of lack of whim, care, commitment, negligence, carelessness, sluggishness, sluggishness and sluggishness, of organic cause. or psychic, which leads to marked inactivity. Aversion to work, often associated with idleness, vagrancy. In short, the sin of laziness is geared towards physical stagnation, unwillingness, and the inability to move forward. Well with that in mind we can assume that lazy people are nothing short of a waste to society can't we? Wrong! Researching the subject finds that according to some sources, the greatest minds that have existed in the past were, according to the church, lazy people. Why did I think about it? It's simple if we follow this church reasoning about laziness then we can say the bicycle was an invention of a lazy person because he didn't want to walk, or the car because someone was tired of pedaling. of course I am not extolling the lazy or the diligent, my point is that "Necessity is the mother of invention". Now let's turn our attention to the fandom and what we know about the sloth avatar. We know that Belphie is a cunning, intelligent, and extremely lazy being. He loves his own people deeply, is territorial, and has an uncanny ability to manipulate dreams. With all this in mind, I developed some theories The basis of it all is that all the demons of laziness are partially or completely Psychic and that the entire culture of the demons of this class is oriented towards the psychic plane. Have you ever noticed that belphie was always more attentive to her brothers' behavior? even sleeping did he still feel "the mood" in the room? although he was bel the most observant of the twins i believe belphie is the one who can feel the atmosphere around him. This is possibly the result of his dream (mind) manipulation abilities, but as an avatar of sloth he is too apathetic to do anything about these sensations. My second theory is that the sloth-class demons were the torturers and interrogators in the period of war with the heavenly realm. Although they didn't have the energy in their body to actively fight the celestial realm, I believe that this particular class attacked the minds of their opponents, tiring them and even not letting them sleep when they retreated. How the hell did they play dirty, why would you throw yourself against an opponent armed and clearly in his strongest state, expending an unnecessary amount of energy, resources and time, when you can take him down in his weakest and most vulnerable state? I got something from that, there is another name for the demons of laziness, in other cultures they are known as demons of the heart, demons of the mind or the best known in today's society…. Night terrors. with that I had 2 epphanies, the first was that as a society focused on mind control, like torturers and interrogators, the function of the demons of laziness in the demonic society after the war against humanity was to drive humans crazy. and with that I thought of something, what if the way the demons of laziness chose their avatars was nothing more and nothing less than that? because of that the heavenly realm created specialists to guard the minds of humans, every nightmare was fought by dreams, every fear was protected by courage, every hate was thwarted by love.

I can't quite remember what his function was, that was said in the cannon, but I believe that belphie was one of the main beings to fight these demons, and he was possibly an expert in this matter. That's why I believe he was the first among the brothers to assume the position of avatar of sloth, because the test is to destroy the greatest amount of human minds quickly, simply, effectively without being detected. He was newly fallen, had just lost his sister, his position and possibly his freedom, because of Luci's oath, simply because his beloved sister fell in love with a human…. Wounded, guilty and with great hatred, he knew the strategy of his enemies, before his family, and he knew their methods of intervention, their strategies and their movements. Within 24 hours of signing up there was a new sloth avatar.

Secrets of Devildom: Demons of Gluttony (part 1)

Anyone who has read the 7 Og theory and the life cycle (thanks @sparkbeast20 for the cooperation) knows that there are many holes in the annon and that many of the facts that occurred in the annon are not explained and/or left implicit without any context.

For those who are following these moments of theory, you can see that I have been talking a lot about the demonic classes, their "history" and culture before, during, and after the fall of the brothers focusing most of these moments on philosophical/mythological debates pointing out plot points that few would see and they would understand.

Well, we already talked about 3 of the seven classes of sins, namely Greed, Lust, and Sloth.

At this moment we will talk about the most deadly sin of existence, the sin whose principles are based on primordial laws, on the instinct of every living being, the sin that, however, underestimated for its strength, is still united (merged) with one of the greatest fatal causes in the world.

….(insert supernatural intro)…

...Let's talk about Gluttony now….

But before starting this moment of theory, I ask that you, dear reader, keep an open mind for this moment, and if you want to point out any flaws, or if I am forgetting something, remember that this is just a theoretical post. and I won't be upset if you want to add something to this conversation, I just ask that you reblog and tag me so we can exchange theories on the subject.

Like all theories about the demonic classes, I will start with the following question: what do we know about gluttony?

We know that, according to many religious texts,

"Gluttony is one of the cardinal sins, It is an exacerbated desire to consume without, beyond needs, it has to do with the loss of control over one's own body"-unknown.

Gluttony is the excessive consumption of food and drink, to which physical and spiritual ills are attributed, since it can lead to other sins, such as laziness.

It is also a manifestation of the pursuit of happiness in material things, as it is one of the many means people use to suppress psychological effects.

In short, the sin of gluttony, like almost all sins, is compounded by the lack of moderation of the basic instinct, which also presents itself as a symptom of a psychosomatic illness.

In this case, we can see that like many other sins presented by the brothers, Beel's sin, in addition to being an effect of being an avatar, is a result of his depression due to past events since he suffers from the need to fill a space through consumption. excessive, causing uncontrollable hunger.

With all the explanation about gluttony done let's turn our attention to the fandom and what we know about gluttony avatar.

As previously stated and noted on Fandom Beel, the brothers, grieve for the loss of their sister and the choices they made at that time.

The said character presents a classic case of survivor's guilt leading him to "drown" in his sin, in the cannon we can observe a difference in the behavior of the said character where it can be seen by the "memories" of the past of the brothers that bell was someone much more open and affectionate to strangers whereas in the "present" he only acts that way to those in his social-personal circle, aka his siblings.

My question is what would be the reason for such a change? with all this, in mind, I have developed some theories about what if this occurred during the fall.

Let's say that the layer of gluttony demons is an inhospitable and deserted place, whose law of survival is the only one applied in the place, where the strong devours the weak, a place where the rule is that the stronger the demon, the more hungry this one became...

imagine that this layer in hell before the coming of Beel was desertic, a lifeless plain that sustained nothing, a place full of danger with constant changes in temperature with a higher rate of infant mortality, compared to other demonic castes, where demons Gluttony had high fertility, but consumed their defective and weak offspring.

While the social cycle of the weakest (medium) demons consisted of a grouping together, where the "strongest" of them led, or that they joined the most powerful demon of their "region" offering food, defective puppies, or their own relative's weaker ones, in exchange for protection.

Now imagine that to assume the position of the avatar of gluttony Beel, he would have to devour his way, throwing away all his ethics and morals that he was taught in the celestial kingdom in search of satisfying the hunger and despair for the guilt of not having saved his family.

I can imagine the challenges of letting go of his instinct to help those who are hurt and to care for the weak, I can imagine how many times he tried to help the injured so that they would turn against him and brand him as weak...

With that in mind I think it's amazing how quickly MC managed to get close to him, although she had to prove herself by risking her own life against her "older" and more powerful brother, so I believe that the poor guy, bell, may have to feel a little dizzy because somehow this tiny living being faced off against one of the strongest avatars and lived to tell the tale!

Then again Lilith/Diavolo aka plot armor would not let the human die on his turn.

Secrets of Devildom: Demons of Wrath (Part 1)

I'm back my people with a special gift for you, I present another theory from my expert on the secrets of Delvidom, so stay tuned for possibly sending a double post on the same topic. -----------------------------------------------------------------------

Those who have read the theory of the 7 Og and the cycle of life (thank you @sparkbeast20 for the cooperation) know that there are many gaps in the annon, and many of the events that occurred in the annon are not explained, and/or left implicit without any context.

For those following these moments of theory, you may notice that I have been talking a lot about the demonic classes, their "history," and culture before, during, and after the fall of the brothers, focusing most of these moments on philosophical/mythological debates, pointing out plot points that few would see and understand.

Well, we already talked about 4 of the seven classes of sins, namely Greed, Lust, Sloth and Gluttony

Today we'll talk about the second most famous emotion in Hollywood, the deadliest animal instinct...

….(insert supernatural intro)…

...we'll talk about Wrath.

But before we start this theory moment, I ask you, dear reader, to keep an open mind for this moment, and if you want to point out any flaws, or if I'm forgetting something, remember that this is just a theoretical post. And I won't be upset if you want to add something to this conversation, I just ask you to reblog and tag me so we can exchange theories on the subject.

Like all theories about demonic classes, I'll start with the following question: what do we know about wrath?

According to psychology, wrath is an extremely complex and potentially harmful emotion that we all carry within us from birth. It is born alongside fear and pain, regardless of each individual's circumstances. Like all emotions, wrath has different levels, from mild annoyance to blind passion that can lead to destructive acts.

However, learning to deal with it is essential, as unexpressed or repressed wrath can cause significant physical and mental damage.

In spirituality, the sin of wrath constitutes an aberration of the instinctive feeling when we are attacked. In essence, this capital sin is a disorder that establishes the exaggeration of what is proper to the human being, that is, self-defense, and PROTECTION.

Considered a passion, wrath is a violent need for reaction provoked by physical or moral suffering or contrariety. In these circumstances, the person feels compelled to unleash their anger in physical manifestations to attack the other person or silently.

As already mentioned in a certain motto of a well-known alternative universe's evil order, "peace is a lie, there is only passion."

Wrath is the feeling of an intense desire to repel or punish those who threaten us, but it can be fair when moderate, seeking to punish only when necessary. However, if there is no moderation, it can lead to excesses, especially when a harsher warning is needed.

Violent desire accompanied by hatred leads to the pursuit of revenge, manifested by signs such as impatience, bad mood, and violent words. Lack of control can lead to hatred, resentment, and violation of charity and justice, resulting in betrayals, murders, and wars, affecting interpersonal relationships.

Knowing all this, we can presume that, just like each avatar of the 7 sins, their "realms," "Feuds," or circles, as Dante described them, reflect the nature of their lord. In this case, we can presume that, like Satan, the 5th circle reveals itself in two contrasting faces, revealing a world of duality and mystery.

The visible part of this presents it self as a tourist attraction, with breathtaking landscapes and controlled wrath demons. The inhabitants of this part are intellectually superior beings, with knowledge of various subjects and understandings of vast knowledge. We can then think that in this breathtaking landscape, there are numerous tourist spots focused on intellectual developments, such as museums and libraries.

We can also imagine that these streets boast majestic architecture and lush gardens. However, these same inhabitants conceal a wrath that burns in their hearts. This is the facade that visitors contemplate, a superficial paradise where appearances hide the true nature of this circle. We can also think that there is a certain prejudice among the inhabitants of this small "paradise," where any inhabitant who blatantly displays any kind of "passion" is seen as a being of low status, an animal without due control of their being. This place would also be protected by vast magical walls that separate the inhabitants of this superior metropolis from the wilderness.

Furthermore, we can infer that over the centuries, the Colosseum has evolved, maintaining its roots as a place of punishment and sadistic entertainment. Even today, in the dark depths of the 5th circle, these traditions persist, fueled by the thirst for power and cruelty of its demonic inhabitants, traditions upheld by the traditionalist noble families that little understand or comprehend the changes that Diavolo imposed in Devildom.

I can imagine that this place could be one of the few remaining sites of the old lord of wrath that has remained to appease the noblest houses. A gem to feed the desire of these demons without them interfering with the plans of the future demon king. The spectacle of pain and death continues to attract bloodthirsty crowds, while prisoners fight not only for survival but also for the chance of redemption in a world plunged into darkness.

But what do you think of this theory? Do you believe that the 5th circle would have this kind of duality? Would Satan really leave this part of the old lord of wrath intact or would he simply switch the F*** button and just do it his way?

Secrets of Devildom: Envy Demons (Part 1)

Those who have read the theory of the 7 Og and the cycle of life (thank you @sparkbeast20 for the cooperation) know that there are many gaps in the annon, and many of the events that occurred in the annon are not explained, and/or left implicit without any context.

For those following these moments of theory, you may notice that I have been talking a lot about the demonic classes, their "history," and culture before, during, and after the fall of the brothers, focusing most of these moments on philosophical/mythological debates, pointing out plot points that few would see and understand.

Well, we have already talked about 5 of the seven sin classes, namely Greed, Lust, Sloth, Gluttony, and Wrath.

Today we will talk about the most common emotion, Common in all human relationships present at all times even if we do not realize its existence......

….(insert supernatural intro)…

...We will talk about Envy.

But before starting this theory moment, I ask you, dear reader, to keep an open mind for this moment, and if you want to point out any flaws, or if I am forgetting something, remember that this is just a theoretical post. I won't be upset if you want to add something to this conversation, I just ask that you reblog and tag me so that we can exchange theories on the subject.

Like all theories about demonic classes, I will begin with the famous question: what do we know about envy?

For Aristotle, envy is like a wound that arises when we see another person's good fortune, a feeling stimulated by "those who have what we desire." The English philosopher Bertrand Russell described it as a powerful cause of unhappiness, indicating that the unhappy person is not only affected by envy but also bothers or at least desires the life of others. Russell, however, saw envy as a driving force behind economies, as well as an element that helps maintain democracy.

In Psychology, envy is defined as a displacement of energy, where the individual's focus shifts to the satisfaction and pleasure of others, to the detriment of their potential. It is a psychological pain that arises when we compare ourselves to others and feel that our values, self-esteem, and respect are diminished. Envy is the painful perception of what we lack, aroused when someone possesses characteristics superior to ours.

Sigmund Freud, the renowned Austrian psychoanalyst, saw envy as a result of unconscious hatred, rooted in childhood and intimately linked to anger and depression.

In the spiritual context, envy is related to the emptiness of the soul, indicating a serious problem in how the individual deals with the world. It is a sign of an inability to grow, resulting in a desire to hold others back. Envy originates in covetousness and, when uncontrolled, can lead to destructive attitudes, such as attacking others' achievements instead of seeking one's development.

With that in mind, we can conclude that Leviathan, once a celestial general, saw his life turned upside down after experiencing incredibly traumatic events: war, revolt, loss of his sister, the fall followed by the event of Species Change, and exile from the place he considered his home.

[A/n: Man, doesn't that open another can of worms? Just thinking about it makes you understand how screwed the brothers are.]

We can then analyze that these events triggered an identity crisis, leaving Leviathan feeling lost and purposeless. He saw himself as a useless opportunist in a world where he no longer had a defined role. His proximity to Lucifer and Lilith during the Great Celestial War reflects his loyalty and sense of justice and his family. However, upon becoming a demon, Leviathan found himself trapped in a cycle of jealousy and self-pity. Feeling inferior and unjustly treated, he withdrew from the outside world, opting for a life of seclusion and escapism through his passions: anime, manga, and video games.

Leviathan's behavior is a manifestation of the trauma he carries with him. His jealousy and self-deprecation are symptoms of his internal struggle to find his place in the world. He often lashes out in anger when he feels threatened or unjustly treated, and his ability to summon Lotan reflects his need to protect himself from his fears and insecurities.

However, it is in his interactions with other characters that we see a nuance in his personality. His relationship with MC is a turning point in his journey, as he finds in MC a true friend and confidant. Through MC, Leviathan learns to face his fears and accept himself, regardless of his flaws and imperfections.

His relationship with Lucifer, Mammon, and other demon brothers is marked by conflicts and rivalries, reflecting his internal struggle to find his place in the hierarchy of Devildom. However, it is in moments of vulnerability that we see a more human facet of Leviathan, where he seeks connection and acceptance.

Considering these aspects, when we compare the characteristics of Leviathan and his relationship with the other avatars, we can assume that the Third Circle of Hell, the Circle of Envy, is a competitive environment, full of envious people who constantly seek high status and boast about their superiority.

In this competitive environment, there is immense development in various sectors, with a strong focus on technology and entertainment.

We can infer that, compared to other circles of hell, the Third Circle is more dependent on the others, mainly on the First (Circle of Pride) and the Second (Circle of Greed), which significantly support it.

Based on that card with a futuristic background, we can imagine the Third Circle would be a mix of the equivalent of Japan, Tokyo, and Atlantis in the human world. I believe it's more like a blend of the Tron universe and Naboo from Star Wars, or even Kamino, with a futuristic and technological setting, perhaps even located at the bottom of the ocean.

Thus, considering that in the Circle of Wrath, the inhabitants are scholars with explosive temperaments, we can conjecture that the inhabitants of Leviathan's Circle would be nerds, geeks, and otakus with inferiority complexes and tendencies to let their imagination run wild, unchecked.

We can also think that, due to its dependence on neighboring Circles, many of the technologies and developments of the Third Circle are controlled or contained to prevent them from falling into the hands of the chaotic public of the other realms. I'm sure more than half of the paperwork Luci does is aimed at containing and controlling the technological flow developed in the Third Circle.

But what do you think of this theory? Do you think I described Levi well? Or did I psychograph him a lot? And about the kingdom of envy, can you imagine something like that? If so, comment and/or send us your perception of this theory, I would love to cover this subject.

Secrets of Devildom: Pride Demons (Part 1)

Those who have read the theory of the 7 Og and the cycle of life (thank you @sparkbeast20 for the cooperation) know that there are many gaps in the annon, and many of the events that occurred in the annon are not explained, and/or left implicit without any context.

For those following these moments of theory, you may notice that I have been talking a lot about the demonic classes, their "history," and culture before, during, and after the fall of the brothers, focusing most of these moments on philosophical/mythological debates, pointing out plot points that few would see and understand.

Well, we have already talked about 6 of the seven sin classes, namely Greed, Lust, Sloth, Gluttony, Wrath, and Envy.

In the shadowy corridors of Devildom, where envy boils and desire twists, there exists a sin that transcends all others—a sin that has spawned legends and shattered them equally. Sit back in your chairs and fasten your seatbelts because today...

….(insert supernatural intro)…

...we will talk about Pride

But before starting this moment of theory, I ask you, dear reader, to keep an open mind for this moment, and if you want to point out any flaws, or if I am forgetting something, remember that this is just a theoretical post. I won't be upset if you want to add something to this conversation; I just ask that you reblog and tag me so that we can exchange theories on the subject. As with all theories about demonic classes, I will start with the famous question: what do we know about Pride? Pride is a concept widely explored by philosophers throughout history and analyzed from different perspectives.

One of these perspectives describes pride as an excessive love for oneself, characterized by an individual who considers themselves self-sufficient and admires their works, wishing for others to share this same elevated view. Descartes, in his book “The Passions of the Soul,” considered pride a vice, arguing that those with an unjustified high opinion of themselves do not possess true generosity.

The views of famous philosophers on pride offer valuable insights. Socrates, for example, focused on human relationships and reflection on one's thinking. Cicero, on the other hand, warned about the dangers of excessive pride leading to arrogance, considering it one of the most unpleasant forms of human behavior.

Nietzsche, a 19th-century German philosopher, saw arrogance as a manifestation of resentment and weakness, questioning traditional morality and exploring human nature profoundly and provocatively. Therefore, these different philosophical perspectives enrich our understanding of pride and its impact on human life. In philosophy, the concept of arrogance is often addressed in the context of ethics and morality. Arrogance is associated with a morally reprehensible attitude of excessive pride, arrogance, and disrespect for others. This idea is frequently explored in philosophical and religious traditions.

Moral philosophy also examines how this attitude can influence human behavior, interpersonal relationships, and the pursuit of virtue. In many philosophical traditions, overcoming arrogance is seen as a path to moral and spiritual development. In the Christian tradition, arrogance is considered a cardinal sin and is associated with excessive presumption and elevated self-esteem that goes beyond the limits of humility. Psychology identifies two definitions of the types of pride: positive, known as self-esteem and self-confidence, and negative, called arrogance.

Proud people often face internal conflicts resulting from traumatic experiences or parental neglect. These experiences can lead to a desperate search for compensation for failures or negative behaviors, revealing the significant influence of the family environment on the formation of pride and its psychological repercussions. They exhibit signs of control and resistance to external help, demonstrating a reluctance to acknowledge their weaknesses or seek support from others, which evidences a tendency towards excessive control and self-imposed independence.

In the annals of demonology, Lucifer remains the quintessential embodiment of arrogance. His wings, once resplendent, now bear the weight of his disobedience. His eyes, once aflame with celestial fire, now burn with the remnants of rebellion. His fall from grace was not just a descent—it was a seismic rupture that shook the very foundations of existence. Pride is a valuable currency in Devildom. We observe that this emotion is a powerful engine for narrative and character development. Lucifer, as the Avatar of Pride, embodies the constant struggle between self-confidence and arrogance, between self-acceptance and self-alienation. This duality is visible not only in his actions but also in his interactions with other demons and with the humans who cross his path.

Lucifer’s psychology is marked by profound internal conflict. His celestial fall, resulting from his pride, created not only a physical separation from the divine but also an emotional and spiritual fracture. This traumatic event shaped his view of himself and the world around him, creating a cycle of self-affirmation and self-destruction. Pride, in this context, is not just a characteristic but an armor he uses to protect himself from his vulnerability.

Lucifer’s relationship with wrath is particularly intriguing. Pride, as the father of wrath, manifests whenever he feels his authority questioned or his dignity threatened. This exacerbated emotion reveals his deepest insecurities and his struggle to maintain control. Lucifer’s wrath is not just a reaction to frustration but a defense against the fear of being seen as weak or fallible. This dynamic between pride and wrath is a constant dance that defines his complex personality.

The concept of the "virus of pride," as mentioned by Pope Francis, is an apt metaphor to describe how this emotion can spread and infect all aspects of a person’s life. The mind and heart of someone "infected" end up being consumed by this emotion, distorting their perception of reality and leading them to make decisions with catastrophic consequences. Pride, in this sense, is both a destructive force and a reflection of the human desire to transcend one’s limits.

The exploration of pride in the canon of the game “Obey Me!” offers a unique view of how this emotion can be both a source of greatness and a trap. Lucifer, in his quest for redemption, represents the eternal struggle to balance self-confidence with humility. His journey is a reflection of what it means to be human, with all its weaknesses and strengths. Pride, ultimately, is a lens through which we can better understand the motivations and dilemmas that define our existence.

The relationship between pride and other sins, such as envy and lust, also deserves attention. In Devildom, these sins do not exist in isolation but interact in complex ways to create an intricate fabric of emotions and actions. Pride can fuel envy, leading to competition and conflict. Similarly, lust can be an expression of excessive pride, a search for validation through conquest. Understanding these interactions is essential to decipher the characters’ motivations and the power dynamics in Devildom.

It is no surprise that the circle of pride is considered the penultimate level, the first and last line of the tomb of kings, which I will explain in the next post. Comparing it with the other circles of hell, we will see that although it has less "territory," the circle of pride is considered the most luxurious and densely packed with magic than the others. The circle of pride is one of the main pillars, if not the main one, that keeps the structure of the whole kingdom intact. This realm has multiple space-time pockets that contain small kingdoms and fiefs that constantly conflict with each other due to their pride and instinct of superiority. It is there that much of the Devildom nobility lives and where the original Castle of the Demon King was founded before the prince decided to place an imitation on the surface to 'play with the lower castes.'

From the perspective of demonic history and tradition, including the brothers is quite controversial. These brothers lacked any ancestral lineage or demonic pedigree. To the noble demons, the brothers were seen as mere mongrels that their prince had picked up on a whim and would soon tire of and discard. Despite being named the Avatar of Pride and possessing the keys to the castle of the Lord of Pride, Lucifer's predecessor had not removed all the traps or imbued the castle with Lucifer's essence as the new lord. On paper, Lucifer was recognized as the Lord of Pride, but in practical terms, he lacked access to the deepest secrets held by the former lord. It took him thousands of years of struggle and hard work to achieve what he did, and even then, he did not possess all the necessary information. This also explains why the brothers lived in a haunted mansion on what was known as the "ground floor" of the demonic realm instead of a castle at its pinnacle.

Lucifer’s story is a warning about the dangers of excessive pride, like the myth of Icarus where Daedalus warns his son not to fly too close to the sun or too close to the waves of the sea, but also a celebration of resilience and the capacity to seek redemption. His fall is not just a punishment but an opportunity for reflection and growth. In “Obey Me!” we see how Lucifer navigates these turbulent waters, facing his demons while trying to guide and protect his brothers. His leadership, despite his flaws, is a testament to his strength and determination.

In the end, Lucifer’s journey leads us to question our attitudes towards pride. To what extent are we driven by healthy self-confidence, and when do we cross the line into arrogance? How can we balance our desire for personal achievement with the need to maintain humility and respect for others? These are questions we all face, and Lucifer’s story offers a powerful lens through which to examine them.

I’m gen starting to think an alt time line barbs made mc go back in time if not him than Solomon cause who would dare mess with the seven rulers of hell/devildoms human? If you think about it Solomon would kind of benefit from sending them back he has mc all to himself and they have no one to rely on but him as the others don’t remember mc so it would be a great time to get mc to fall for him even more. Just a theory I needed to release form my brain

Oooo~ I really like this theory I know diavolo has said before that he doesn’t trust Simeon (something like that) and that’s from DIAVOLO he is very suspicious of Simeon

Obey Me Theory time!

Obey Me Theory Time!

The Luke plothole

(One of like three tbh)

Spoilers ahead!

Okay so the fact that Luke looked up to Lucifer when Lucifer was an angel raises just a TON of questions doesn't it?

Like, is Luke older then Satan? How do angels even age? Is this even still cannon since the devs said they were planning to go in a diffrent direction durring that part of the game?

But today I'm going to make a theory to fill in the question:

If Luke use to look up to Lucifer, why doesn't he know that Lilith ever existed?

Obey Me Theory Time!

I've heard this question tossed around before but everyone always just makes excuses like "They just didn't meet" or "Luke was too young to remember"

While both ideas could be valid I don't believe it. The game has implications that Luke wasn't alive at the same time as Lilith, but this directly contradicts the statement that he knew and looked up to Lucifer. And if he knew and looked up to Lucifer, did the man never mention his baby sister once?? Like even in passing?? And then what about the war?

Well it's probably just a plothole I'm overthinking,

But I have an idea!

What if Luke didn't actually know Lucifer as an angel?

What if instead he learned about Lucifer and his brothers after the fall through old documents and stories from others and came to look up to Lucifer through that.

I mean we already know Luke has a very strong moral code, perhaps Lucifer did some very honorable work as an angel that make Luke grow a respect for the man he once was before being "corrected".

Luke's moral compass could have led him to admire what Lucifer stood for before Michael caught on and 'steered Luke in the right direction'. Luke may not like demons but he couldn't have been born that way. Infact he may not have developed his fear and hatred before he knew about the War and how they fell.. or atleast the Celestial Realms versions of events.

I raise you that the Celestial Realm has been lying about it's history to Luke and all the other young angels for centuries! Twisting the events of a war to fit a narrative that quite literally demonised the demons, manipulating them into being complacent and obedient.

How do I know they'd be capable of this?

Because they've already lied before.

Think about it, Luke knows about the war. Simeon's mention the fall infront of him with no confusion and he obviously knows that the brothers use to be angels, and yet he has no idea who Lilith is.

You can't learn about a war without knowing it's cause, but if Luke was aware of the cause he would know who Lilith is.

Lilith was stricken from the history books.

It's all damage control from the rebellion.

Simeon's never spoken about her, Luke doesn't even know her name, no mention of Lilith is allowed.

The Celestial Realm is a toxic place and their main goal after the war is to keep angels obedient.

But what would they do if an angel isn't obedient? If they tried to tell the truth about Lilith?

Remember the angelic event?

THEY HAVE MIND CONTROL BRACELETS, LITERALLY.

Simeon acted like they were no big deal, but Luke was clearly afraid of it. He said three times in that event that he was scared or that he didn't like being around them.

Luke and all the other angels are being manipulated by an onslaught of lied, twisted narratives, and power control.

Or hey, maybe it's just a plot hole and I'm looking way too deeply into things! I doubt that this'll ever be cannon or even an answered question because the game likes to overlook Luke and all his serious trauma. A reason I've been playing it less is because I don't like how it doesn't stray too far away into more intresting territory, but that's just my opinion and I still love the characters and theories from the fandom! I personally do believe this but if you have any theories feel free to share them!

And remember that's just a theory, a dumb theory! Thanks for reading

(Idea originated by me on @asmo-ds 's discord, go check it out)

My Theory on Solomon's New UR+ Card

So in his skill animation, we can see him placing a white flower by a grave stone and then he starts crying.

Okay so, we already have some idea of what's going on. But let's analyze it:

First, the flower. (Copied and pasted from Google) The carnation symbolizes eternal grief, love, and loyalty. This flower has long been the flower of mourning. The white carnations signify deep sorrow, combining a powerful symbol of death, sadness, and respect. While flowers give beauty at the funeral, they also symbolize hope for an everlasting life.

SO FROM THIS WE HAVE ANOTHER CLUE

The grave belongs to someone he once loved. He's immortal so it would make sense for A LOT of people to drop dead like flies during his lifetime. (Random, I don't think he ages either lmao)

Solomon says that he turned himself immortal accidentally, but what if this isn't the case? WHICH LEADS US TO OUR NEXT POINT.

Two, SOLOMON IS DEAD. Yeah, let me explain. Dying can turn someone immortal because, ya know, life after death. Depending on your religion and beliefs, what happens after death varys. I am Christian so, after death, we go to heaven or hell. Solomon on the other hand, okay wait there's some background information I should throw in first.

King Solomon is a biblical figure. He was Israeli (or Jewish or Hebrew). King Solomon was Jewish (the religion). In Judaism, after death, you become immortal. Solomon is heavily based off of the biblical figure, King Solomon (I suggest you read the official Obey Me wiki page about Solomon for more information). I think we see what's going on here.

An alternate, uh, theory?? would be that it wasn't Solomon who died but MC.

Obey Me is a Japanese game and a popular religion in Japan is Buddhism. In the Buddhism beliefs, you get reborn many times. It's possible that MC, as a character, is Buddhist. This could mean that Solomon and MC, from their past life, met and had some sort of relationship, whether it be friends, lovers or even siblings. Then (Solomon already being immortal) MC passed away. They were then reborn to start their next life and, coincidentally, met Solomon again. MC has amnesia (check out the official Obey Me wiki page about MC) and doesn't remember Solomon. Solomon, however, remembers them and it is infact MC's grave from their previous life that he is visiting in the gif.

Or it could be a spoiler for the future and it's still MC's grave but they died sometime during now djkaksjfjwk this doesn't make sense-

This is my personal theory(s) and I'd love to know yours 😌✌✨

There is a theory going around that the grave belongs to Lilith and Solomon was the human that Lilith fell in love with and saved which made him immortal blah blah blah, but I don't think that it's true. Then again, it's just a theory. I'm also way too much of a jealous person to believe that Solomon loved someone before he loved MC.

I'm gonna cry over Satan's gif, excuse me-

My Theory on The Real Diavolo

+ My Theory on MC's Amnesia

_________________________________________

WARNING: This theory contains MAJOR spoilers. Read at your own risk.

.

.

.

.

Diavolo, the prince of the Devildom. As childlike as he may be, he has some secrets. We'll start with some backstory.

[Copied and pasted from the official wiki page on Diavolo]

Although his father, The Demon King, is still alive, he has no interest in the affairs of the three worlds and has since then allowed Diavolo full reign over the Devildom.

As a result, it is taken as truth that Diavolo will be crowned as the Future King of the Devildom. As such, Diavolo has begun strengthening the Devildom's relationship with both the Human World and the Celestial Realm through the exchange program, as he believes that the three worlds should live harmoniously with each other.

Growing up, Diavolo was very sheltered and isolated. His mother died after giving birth to him, and his father was always very strict with him. He never had the chance to speak to anyone outside the castle until he met Barbatos. After meeting him, Barbatos began to tell Diavolo stories about the outside world, which he liked so much that he asked Barbatos to stay with him. Although this was always refused by Barbatos, Diavolo never gave up. Eventually, he convinced Barbatos to stay by telling him that he would not become the Future King of the Devildom otherwise.

Alright, now that you have been made familiar with Diavolo's backstory, it's time for the fun part.

As we know, Diavolo was the first to introduce himself to MC when they arrived in the Devildom. Diavolo also gave his approval to Lucifer for choosing MC as the other human exchange student. You see, MC has amnesia. They don't recall being chosen for the exchange program. They were confused when they suddenly appeared in the student council hall.

Now, my theory revolving around this is that Diavolo is the reason behind MC's amnesia. The current magical abilities that I personally know of that belong to Diavolo are time-stopping and the ability to tell if someone is lying. Considering that he is the future ruler of the Devildom, it would make sense if he were able to erase people's memory. Taking this into consideration, he could've been the one to erase MC's memory. My assumption is that he did this because he is a yandere. YES, I SUSPECT DIAVOLO OF BEING A YANDERE. He's a demon after all, it makes sense for him to want to kill someone. And he's tried to! With the current Akuzon special item, the mini venus fly trap plant, if you give it to Lucifer, he will tell you about a story about how Diavolo once went for Solomon's throat and ended up turning as small as the plant. "Went for Solomon's throat"? I mean, I find Solomon annoying but not THAT annoying.

This is off-topic, but I'm just thinking now, what if Diavolo isn't the cause behind MC's amnesia? What if it's the fact that they're Lilith's distant descendant? MC is able to see certain memories of Lilith's so, what if these memories are replacing some of MC's? There always has to be balance in the universe.

Things That Make Me Sit Forward: Obey Me Edition

*SPOILER WARNING*

*cussing warning*

The 7 most infamous demons in the Devildom fell in love with a sheep

This is a personal one and I'm pretty sure some people might be able to relate: I'm an underaged human girl living alone with 7 adult demon men ;-;

There are chairs in the main bathroom in the House of Lamentation

If MC, some stupid human, found Lucifer preventing everyone from going into the attic sus, why didn't the others find it sus.

WHY THE HELL DIDN'T THE OTHERS GO INTO THE ATTIC DURING THE DAY LUCIFER IS LITERALLY PINING OVER DIAVOLO IN THE DAYTIME GO TO THE FKING ATTIC THEN

The story wouldn't have taken place if MC didn't sign the note

The story wouldn't have taken place if MC had common sense

The story wouldn't have taken place if MC didn't go into the attic

Why is Simeon related to Lucifer but not the others

If Luke is Barbatos's son, who's the mother

If Barbatos was never a child to begin with, how does he know anything

What level of the Devildom do we stay in and how do you even get to the others

If leaving the Celestial Realm for the Devildom turns an angel into a demon uhhhh, Simeon, Luke, what's going on there

So what I'm seeing here is that angels and humans can go wherever tf they like but demons are restricted to only the Human World and the Devildom. Damn.

WE HAVE LITERALLY NEVER SEEN MEPHISTOPHELES BEFORE, WHY TF DO DEVS LOVE HIM SO MUCH

If Simeon is an angel, why does he wear that kind outfit, it's very ✨ s h o w y ✨

If Luke's so old then why's he so innocent. I'm not complaining, I'm glad

Who is the brothers' mother

Are there even grades or standards at RAD because it seems to be an everlasting school life with no changing to harder levels or anything

Is RAD a high school or college because the boys seem too old for high school

Levi knows

Barbatos can kill anyone right now if he wanted to

Why does Barbatos get the cool powers he can literally control everything that's unfair sharing is caring

So are the devs just gonna leave us in the past and wait for us to find the door back to our timeline

If we ever go back through the door to our timeline do we have to relive everything

NO BUT WHAT IF THE DEVS PURPOSELY LEFT US THERE SO THAT AT THE THE END OF THE ENTIRE GAME WE COME OUT OF THE DOOR AND BACK TO OUR TIMELINE BUT WE'VE BEEN THERE TOO LONG SO AJDIJEJSJKWKS HEARTBREAK DEVS DON'T DO THAT TO US PLEASE

How did Belphie do anything while he was in the attic? Like, how did he eat or shower if there was no bathroom or kitchen built into the attic

There's a random skeleton in Lucifer's room

In :D JOBS, Lucifer gets the sparkalies for the Fall

How does Solomon make something taste so bad

How did Mammon get the car into his room

Why does Levi have an alcohol bottle in his room

Can Satan clean his room

Do the petals on Asmo's bed ever die

I think I went very off-topic and started asking questions instead of stating facts, sorry-
