These are rare and here we go..
So I was just listening to songs on YouTube a few days ago and I stumbled upon this Sabrina Carpenter song on accident but ended up having it on repeat On Purpose ;) (Get it? No? Okay...)
So anyway, I just kept on listening to this entire song and had this idea just came into my for Chloe/ Nathanael, Mari/ Adrien, Alya/ Nino etc... To be at some sort of Masquerade Ball type and this song plays and everyone gets random partners and then they end up falling for each other. Anyways, so our three girls are besties and go out for coffee or something the next day and they’re all talking about the dreamy guys they met the night before of course Al, Mari and Chlo were prepared to hear stories of Alya and Mari thinking they fell in love, but no one, and I mean no one was prepared to find that Chloe “Never had a crush” Bourgeois to tell them that she fell in love. The trio is shocked and Aly decides that this is a once in a lifetime opportunity and declares they must find Chloe’s “Lover and pinch him to make sure he’s real and then pinch Chloe and make sure she’s real.”
Our three guys are friends also and are completely shocked when they find that their quite artist of a friend somehow managed to actually talk to a girl, gotten her to dance and miraculously fell in love during the process as well.
Anyways that’s what was in my head.

I love this version of this Bruno Mars version by Sabrina Carpenter. She really brought her own flair to this song. I love the way her voice sounds and the little extra feminine flair she gives to the end of the chorus lines, and I love how she changed this song to make it fit her style and the acoustic setting.

i think sometimes when ppl riff on low budget movies especially horror & horror comedy they forget that they’re self aware fairly often 😭 like half of the time that they’re mocking the line delivery they’re literally laughing at a Joke. that is funny on Purpose. u can’t compare every “bad” movie to the full dramatic sincerity of The Room (in fact just stop comparing everything to the room)

I imagine people can flounder about and fail at this—even with the best of intentions—bc of their upbringing, bc of how communication was modeled for them as kidlins, bc of learned attachment styles, bc they were steeped in guess culture vs ask culture, bc “this is the way we’ve always done it”, bc they simply have blinders on, bc deep programming is deep. That doesn’t make it ok, but I get it.

are you ever like damn why is literally everyone else scared of openly communicating and being direct and truthful and honest
fuck i am having such bad torture fantasies about one friend in particular. she’s so easily disturbed and she’s stated on multiple occasions that she’s genuinely afraid of me. and she disapproves of my sadism and wants nothing to do with it, which of course makes it 10x more appealing to me. she’d be so easy to break, she’s incredibly fearful and anxious and she’s bad with pain. i wonder if she has a limit and what happens if i pass it. i want to know how bad physical pain can fuck her up mentally. i wanna see her begging for mercy as we’re just getting started so i can laugh like we're fucking around and tell her that this is nothing compared to what else ive got planned. i would keep my demeanor light, like we were just hanging out and having a good time, like friends do. purely to freak her out. i think that would unsettle her.
