I wholeheartedly believe that during pride month Spiderman would have a trans pride tied around his neck as he fought bad guys. (Peter Parker is Trans)
One night Peter is doing his rounds as Spiderman, he hears a scream. That scream belongs to a young trans kid who is about ten or eleven, being harassed by a group of transphobes.
“Hey! Get Away from the kid!” *Webs them to the wall, shutting them up.*
“Hey, are you okay? what’s your name?”
“I’m okay my name is Ashly.” *Ashly see the trans flag that Peter has tied around his neck. She starts tearing up* “You support us?” her voice is merely a whisper.
“I do Ashly.” Peter’s voice is soft. Ashly looks at him with big brown eyes,
“Why though?” she asks her voice hesitant.
“It’s because I am trans as well.” Peter finally says in a small voice so that only she could hear. “Do you know your way home?”
“Yeah, but I’m afraid to walk home.”
“I can walk home with you.”
Peter walks Ashly safely home to her apartment complex. In the news the next day there is a picture on the front page of Spiderman saying that he is a mascot for the trans community and that he too is trans.

Andrew was the first to come out (bisexual cis). Technically, Tobey was the first person he told because he mentioned finding other boys attractive when they were a lot younger (both thought nothing of it).
When he had the label for it he poked around at Uncle Ben and aunt may, casually bringing LGBT things up in conversation.

Uncle Ben and Aunt May were incredibly accepting of course, and did their best to keep teachers in line if bullying occurred.
It occurred.
Tobey stepped up as his big brother and main protector.
