You Call Him By Another Guy's Name (Taehyung Imagine)

Laying on your bed waiting for Taehyung to return from the gym, you were going through Instagram when you stumbled upon a video compilation of people calling their partners by other name and recording their reaction.

Giggling to yourself, you decided that you would try it on Taehyung to see how he would react. You knew he had practice today and would come back a bit tired, so you decided that today was going to be the perfect day to try it out since he might not even catch on for the first few times which will make it more fun.

Getting ready for bed, you changed into your pyjamas, and headed towards the basement where the gym was located.

Reaching the gym area, you see him lifting some weights, shirtless, facing towards the mirror. Forgetting about your plan for a while, you lean on the doorway admiring him as he focuses on his workout.

"If you wanted to stare at me you could have said so y/n, I would have turned towards you" he chuckles as he places the weights back to its place and reaches for the towel. "Well, I still enjoyed watching your stomach flex through the mirror," you cheekily replied, which resulted in Taehyung shaking his head fondly. "How long have you been standing there?" He asked, putting on his shirt and grabbing onto his bottle, walking towards you. "For about 10 mins, wanted to check if you were coming to bed or not." "I'll be right there my love, just need to have a shower and send some of the files to Yoongi. You should go to bed." "Okay then, good night Taeyon." You immediately turned around biting your lips and stiffly walking towards the stairs and preventing you from seeming suspicious.

It was silent for a while and you had finally reached the ground floor when he asked, "What did you call me?" You faced him again with a confused face, "huh?" "What did you just call me?" His eyes were wide as if somebody had betrayed him. You clenched your first tightly behind your back to prevent yourself from laughing. "Taehyung?" You tilted your head with the same confused face waiting for him to say something. "Why? What's the matter?" This seemed to snap him from his thoughts. Shaking his head, he looked up at you and gave you a somewhat awkward smile. "Uhm, nothing I thought you called me Taeyon" You chuckled. "You must be tired babe, come to bed soon." You smiled, stepping towards the living room.

It wasn't until you were in your shared bedroom that you allowed yourself to laugh a bit. It was definitely funny seeing his reaction making you want to drag it as long as possible. Lost in your thoughts, you didn't realise that Tae had laid down on his side of the bed now facing you. “What are you thinking??” he asked, pulling you close while nuzzling your neck. “Nothing, just thinking about how adorable you are.” You giggled, kissing his nose. "Ha ha" He smiled before kissing you on the lips and laying his head on your chest, cuddling further into you.

It was after a while that he let out a yawn which reminded you how tired he might be. "I think you should sleep love, it was a long day for you." Combing his hair with your fingers you see him relax a bit more before he cutely nods and mumbles "Didn't get to talk to you today." This made you smile almost feeling guilty of pranking him. You and Taehyung had made a habit of always talking before going to bed if any of you had been busy the whole day. This way you guys would still know what's going on in each other's life.

"I have a day off tomorrow. I can come by the studio during your break and we can talk then. You deserve the rest Taeyon or else me and the boys have to deal with your grumpy ass tomorrow." You laughed peeking to check if he caught on to the name change.

Taehyung was smart and observant. No matter what he shows the media about how he might zone out or wander off, he knew what was happening around him. So, it was no surprise to see his eyes wide open staring towards the window. He turned to face you making you think he would get away from you. He stayed still for a while staring at you, trying to figure out what you were thinking. You tilted your head caressing his cheek trying to be as normal as possible. "You did it again." He mumbled his eyes going wide almost resembling a hurt puppy. "Did what?" "You called me Taeyon again." You laughed loudly, shaking your head, pushing Taehyung to his side. You covered him with a blanket. "Babe, you are really tired. Your mind is making things up." He shook his head, "it might have been the first time, but I'm sure now." "No love, I swear I called you Tae-hyung" you pronounced slowly and clearly to make it more believable. "Go to sleep love, we'll talk in the morning" you smiled adoringly. No matter how bad you wanted to rile him up, the expressions he was giving melted your heart.

He mumbled sleepily about how sure he was before turning his head to the other side clutching his pillow. "Good night y/n" he sleepily murmured, searching for your hand. "Good night Taeyon" you chuckled, not able to keep a straight face anymore as he shot up on the bed. "OKAY, IT CAN'T BE MIND NOW" he shouted pointing towards you. "ADMIT YOUR FAULT Y/N DON'T BLAME IT ON ME SAYING I'M TIRED. I'M WELL AWAKE TO KNOW THAT YOU CALLED ME TAEYON. WHO IS THIS GUY!!???" Just one look at his face and you burst out laughing, not able to keep going. This made Taehyung more confused as he looked at you as if you grew another head. "I'm sorry! It's just that you've been so busy and tired these days I just wanted to prank you to see your reaction!" You laughed clutching your stomach as you saw the realisation on his face. "wait…. Is it like that TikTok prank?" He questioned, remembering how Jimin had shown him once. You nodded before showing him the one you were seeing on your phone. "I was getting bored and just wanted to have some fun. I'm sorry babe" you giggled, opening your arms as he fell in your embrace once again. "Promise there's no other guy?" He whispered, wrapping his arms around your waist, staring at you, "I promise darling. It's only you." You smiled, kissing him softly. "Dammit. Only if I wasn't this tired I would've come back with those dirty stuff people say to make their partner flustered." He giggled before cuddling your chest.

Safe to say, the next day he made sure that his name was the only thing you could remember ;)

LMAO you survived :))..... So how was it? Drop your honest review <3

Hey guys! I just wanted to give a quick shout out to my girl @kitstothekats she just started out but she's hella awesome, please send her some love!!

Taehyung School Fluff Pt. 1

So this is my first story I’m posting! I’m planning to have three parts for this. Stay tuned for the next part! ~ Katie

*~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~*

“You idiot! I’m going to be late!”

“Calm your tits, I’m pulling up right now!”

“WELL PULL UP FASTER!!”

My brother cursed loudly as he turned into the school. It’s during the summertime and guess what I’m spending my time doing? Getting ahead by taking pre calculus. As early as Freshman year, my Geometry teacher has told me (With a lot of sass might I add) that I will for sure be attending the advanced pre cal program my summer going into Junior year. She says that she sees loads of potential in me (Apparent through my constant A’s in her class as well as others. That and the fact that I cried when I got a 0 when I forgot to bring my journal the same day we just so happened to have a journal check) and that I should be put ahead of everyone else.

So here I am! With my brother as he haphazardly speeds up into the front of the school. With a loud screech courtesy of the tires, he abruptly comes to a stop.

“Okay, now get out! I got places to be!” he yells as I throw open the door. I roll my eyes as I practically fall out of the car in my rush.

“Thanks for nothing!” I scream at him before I shut the door. Not even before I could turn towards the front doors, that boy had already sped off to who knows where. Huffing in annoyance, I turn and run up the stairs as my backpack bounces crazily on my back. Yanking open the door and gratefully welcoming the cool air on my burning skin, I practically sprint down the hallway towards my class.

First of all, this isn’t even my school! Just another one in the same district as mine that I just so happened had to take this pre cal class at. Second of all, I hate math! So why am I frantically running down this hallway towards a class that I’m not particularly fond of? See, this is what happens when you’re at the top of your class and everyone expects the best out of you. You end up running down this cleaner scented hallway in a high school you’re not even familiar with towards a class that you loathe.

I look up at one of the clocks that are periodically set up through the hallways and see that it’s already 1:10. I’m ten minutes late. Spotting the only familiar door in this school, I put my last burst of energy into my legs in order to get to that single door.

“I’m here!” I exclaim breathlessly as I open the door and run inside. Breathing heavily, I look around to see that the teacher was at the board, marker in his hand as he looked at me with an amused smile. My gaze shifts over to my classmates. The ones that attended my school that came to do this program with me were looking at me while quietly laughing under their breaths. The others well, they had scrunched up their faces as if they were trying their hardest not to laugh.

I must’ve really looked crazy.

My eyes happened to catch a certain person’s gaze in the class and I could immediately feel my cheeks warming up in embarrassment. A pale face with warm chocolate colored eyes that were framed with long, dark eyelashes stared back at me. His thin, yet elongated lips were curled up at the corner as if he wanted to laugh, but was suppressing it unwillingly.

His name was Kim Taehyung. For over a year now, I have had a tremendous crush on him. Well, technically it’s passed the stage of crushing and I just full on like him now. Like a lot. His dorky and awkward nature was what first drew me in. He was quiet and reserved, always keeping to himself. That was the start of Freshman year. I still remember how before I ever even talked to him, I had once wrote a note saying how a lot of girls thought that he was really cute and that he should open up. I didn’t sign my name on it, but I had snuck it into his backpack when he wasn’t looking.

When I started talking to him, I didn’t have feelings for him. In fact, I would often rant about a specific person I had met outside of school and Taehyung would often ask how I was doing with him. I soon moved on from that certain person, and when I did, I realized how comfortable I was around Taehyung. I realized how much of a funny and charmingly awkward person he was. He was a lot different from me, me being the typical loud and outgoing type of girl. In our conversations, he was always the calm person while I was the one that was always boisterous. But he was always patient with me and always listened to what I had to say. He calmed me at times where I was freaking out and he made me laugh when I was down.

I had really started to like him.

I can still remember how we had talked almost everyday, whether it be over text or in person. I still remember our long phone call into the night where he had rambled incessantly about random things while I just stayed quiet, smiled and listened. I still remember how he had questioned me about the type of guy I like, my ideal type, and what I preferred in a guy.

I still remember how he had politely turned me down when I had eventually confessed my feelings for him.

It became awkward after that, but not for long. Although we were never the same after that, we still stayed friends. As the year progressed on, Taehyung changed a lot. He grew to be more outgoing. He talks a lot now, and has his moments where he acts completely demented. He tries his best to make everyone around him laugh. Compared to his shy, reserved self last year, I could easily compare him to a blossoming flower.

Soon our friendship took a turn which was due on his part. Taehyung started teasing me a lot. I refer to it as him bullying me though. He makes fun of me and always has something snarky to say when I voice my thoughts. It was obvious he became comfortable around me, especially when he would do out of the blue crazy stuff around me or when he would quietly say absurd things so that only I would hear.

Around that time, that’s when I realized I was getting tangled into matters that always seemed to involve him in some way or form. Us working on the same projects together. Us helping out teachers together. Us sitting at the same table in classes we had together. Us always testing next to each other. Us being in the Top 10% together, next to each other in ranking. And now us attending a summer pre cal program together.

I can never seem to get away from Taehyung. He’s always there and I can’t just go away. I don’t want to leave and I sure as hell don’t want him to either. So I’ve learned to live alongside him while keeping my feelings hidden from him. It’s better that way anyways. Self consciously, I tear my gaze away from the boy with the caramel colored hair and tug on the bottom of my shorts. I look at the teacher and incline my head towards him in acknowledgement.

“I’m sorry I’m late,” I say, my head tilted slightly downwards. “My brother was being an idiot and I got here late because of him.”

“Yeah alright,” I hear my teacher sigh. I look at him as he chuckles. Pointing to the only empty seat in the room, he continues, “It’s okay, so just sit down and pick up on today’s lesson.”

I nod, relieved I didn’t get into some type of trouble and quickly make my way to my seat. Sitting down, I open my bag and take out my notebook.

“Nice one Y/N,” my friend Hoseok snickers next to me. Rolling my eyes, I take a pen cap and throw it towards him. Judging from the quiet ‘Hey!’ thrown back at me, the cap hit its intended target. Smiling smugly, I turn my attention towards the front of the room.

Throughout the lesson, I listened to the teacher and actually took the notes that I needed to in order to know what to do later on when I had homework. There were times where my head would turn to the side and I would happen to make eye contact with Taehyung, but the contact was brief since I quickly looked away each time. I was used to it already since it had happened so much during school before. Sometimes I was bold and stared straight back, but most of the time I flicked my eyes away as nonchalantly as I could manage.

When I wasn’t blushing over Taehyung or listening to the teacher, I had to endure a different kind of torture. One that came in a package that would have most girls drooling.

This guy was named Jeon Jungkook.  He was the definition of tall, dark and handsome. His half smirk and half smile had the ability to make girls swoon. He walked with the confidence and grace of a lion and when he spoke, his voice was able to influence anyone near him. He had the air of someone who was self assured and knew what he wanted out of life. He was a natural born leader, but there was also his downsides. He was way too arrogant for his own good and always flirted with everything that had a nice rack and behind. Not very classy. He was the living breathing definition of a fuckboy.

So you could imagine how confused I was when he happened to take a liking towards me.

He was insanely persistent even though I’ve already expressed my disinterest in him. Since the first day we started this program, Jungkook has made me his one and only target that he seemed so insistent to have. He nonstop showered me with honeyed words and whenever he had the chance, he seized it in order to make some form of physical contact with me. I had always waved off his words and batted away his hands when they got a little too close for comfort, but either he was way too dense or just way too determined. Either way, I did not exactly enjoy having him in my company.

“Hey. Y/N,” I heard his smooth low voice say from behind me. I felt his fingers tap along my upper back before he took a lock of my hair and twisted it around his finger. “You look good today.”

I rolled my eyes and shifted so that his fingers slipped from my hair. I pressed my lips together as I tried to stay patient.

“Thanks,” I answer curtly. I hear him click his tongue from behind me.

“Why do you play hard to get with me?” Jungkook asks. “I don’t see the point of it.”

Sighing irritably, I say “I don’t see the point of you insisting that I go out with you.”

“Because we’d make a hot couple,” Jungkook answers as if that should be the most obvious thing in the world. “Just look at us, we’d be great together.”

Sighing irritably through my nose once more, I say, “Well keep your thoughts and hands to yourself. Just cause you think that, doesn’t mean I’d want to go out with you.”

I hear Jungkook sigh softly behind me and once again, I feel him twirling a lock of my hair around his finger.

“Your mind keeps telling you that, but the heart wants what the heart wants. And I can guarantee that your heart wants me.”

I could practically feel the arrogance rolling off of him in waves as they crash into me. Shifting uncomfortably as if his arrogance was really touching me, I take my eyes away from the teacher and look around the room. Half of the class was paying attention to the lesson, albeit their eyes are a little glazed. Usually I belong in that half. The other half seemed as if they weren’t even listening. They were either staring out the window that takes up the length of one wall, or they were doodling in their journal.

As my gaze kept lazily traveling around the room, my eyes happened to land on Taehyung who was already looking at me. I felt the usual butterflies erupt in my stomach as his eyes bored into mine. His eyebrows were scrunched together and his face was a mix of emotions I couldn’t quite decipher. I thought I saw concern, uneasiness, annoyance…

And anger?

I blinked a couple of times as if I was trying to correctly see what was really on his face, but that same expression stayed on his face as he looked back at me. His eyes swirled with conflicting emotions and suddenly, I saw an emotion that flashed by so quickly, I had to question whether or not it was actually there. For a split second, I saw his eyebrows draw together in an upwards motion that told me what he might have been really feeling.

Disappointment.

Suddenly not being able to breathe, I rip my gaze away from his and let my hair fall like a curtain next to my face to shield my own emotions from him. My mind was in a whirlwind. Why did he look disappointed? Why was he looking at me with all of those emotions raging like a storm on his face? Why didn’t he look away when I looked back at him? I wasn’t used to that. He had never looked at me like that before. It felt like…

Maybe he was jealous?

What happens when V and Jungkook get lost at the mall in America?

Jungkook: Hyung, you do know where we're going, right?

Taehyung: Are you saying you doubt my bathroom finding skills? Have you already forgotten my photoshoot with that toilet that one time?

Jungkook: You mean the time you fell off of that random toilet at that photoshoot?

Taehyung: My way sounds better... but yes.

Jungkook: So, how does that make you a master at finding bathrooms?

Taehyung: Because I have a history with them, Kookie.

Jungkook: Uh-... Hyung-

Taehyung: Speaking of bathrooms, I found one! *points in an exaggerated way*

Jungkook: Hyung, that's a woman's underwear store.

Taehyung: *blinks and tries to read the English sign* Well, I thought it said bathroom

Jungkook: I think it says "Victoria's Secret," cause I found some magazines like that in Yoongi Hyung's room.

Taehyung: Wait, you what?

Jungkook: I think that's the restroom, Hyung *points to a hall way*

Taehyung: What makes you think that that's a bathroom? There's no toilet and doors.

Jungkook: Not the hallway, down the hallway, Hyung.

Taehyung: How could you possibly know that there's a bathroom down that hall? I don't see one.

Jungkook: But the sign above the hallway says 'Restroom' in English.

Taehyung: Restroom? Do people sleep in there?

Jungkook: I don't think America is that weird, Hyung.

Taehyung: Well, I've seen some pretty weird things here, like that Ahjussi in those booty shorts.. *shivers*

Jungkook: *glares* I told you not to bring that up again!

Taehyung: Well, I still have to use the toilet, so I say we check this 'restroom' out.

-five minutes later-

Jungkook: I told you it was a bathroom.

Taehyung: I found it weird that there were absolutely no doors in there... I guess Americans are against privacy?

Jungkook: I don't think that's it, Hyung.

Taehyung: *sighs and stretches out his arms* Well, I think we should get back to the others, now.

Jungkook: Good idea...

...

Taehyung: Wait...

Jungkook: ...

Taehyung: ...

Jungkook: ...

Taehyung: ...

Jungkook: Hyung?

Taehyung: What?

Jungkook: Do you remember where we came from?

Taehyung: ...

Jungkook: ...

Taehyung: ...

Jungkook: ...

Taehyung: Of course! I have Bangtan senses, too! Don't doubt me, Kookie.

Jungkook: Right, sorry, Hyung.

Taehyung: So... We came from... that way! *points in an exaggerated way again*

Jungkook: Hyung, that's the underwear store again.

When Bangtan tries to clean the dorm...

Jin: Okay, first off, RapMon, don't touch anything-

RapMon: *breaks the chair he's sitting in* hah, got it.

Jin: *facepalms* Moving on, Jimin and Jungkook, you guys clean the bathrooms.

Jungkook: Can't I go with Taehyung Hyung instead?

Jimin: *REJECTED*

Jin: Why??

Jungkook: Last time I was cleaning the bathrooms with Jimin Hyung, things got weird.

Jimin: Aniya! Nothing weird happened!

Jin: Just go clean the bathrooms. It's not like he's gonna do anything to you.

Jungkook: *groans and heads to the bathroom with a happy Jimin behind him*

Jin: Taehyung, you and Hoseok clean the bedroom and gather up the laundry.

Hoseok: Laundry duty again?

Taehyung: *giggles* he said duty...

Jin: Don't complain! It's better than cleaning the bathroom, isn't it?

Hoseok: But Yoongi Hyung and Namjoon don't have to do anything?

Yoongi: *with his eyes closed* disturb my nap and I'll kill you.

Jin: He'll do something eventually, but I don't think any of us want to-

*CRASH*

RapMon: Oops...

Everyone: *looks to the broken dishes on the floor*

Jin: *sighs* Namjoon, you go do the laundry. Clothes are harder to ruin.

Hoseok: Then what do we do?

Jin: Just clean up the bedroom a bit and organize things. After you finish, come help Yoongi with the dishes he'll be doing when he wakes up.

Yoongi: I'm not doing the dishes.

Jin: Oh yes you are, you hardly ever clean the dorm, and we're all sick of you being lazy.

Yoongi: Well, I'm sick of you bossing me around.

Hoseok: Yoongi Hyung, just do what he says.

Yoongi: *mumbles and gets up to start on the dishes*

Taehyung: Then what are you doing, Jin Hyung?

Jin: I'm gonna head to the store and then vacuum when I get back. The house better be in one piece.

Taehyung: *giggles* he said One Piece...

Hoseok: Neh, Hyung! I'll make sure everything is okay-

*RRRIIIIPPPP*

RapMon: Oops... *walks into the living room with a shirt torn in half*

Taehyung: *cries and runs to the shirt RapMon's holding* GEORGE!

Jin: *facepalms* Maybe I shouldn't leave...

Hoseok: No, I got this, Hyung! I'm good at being a leader-

Jungkook: Jimin Hyung! That's Yoongi Hyung's toothbrush!

Yoongi: *yells* What did you do to my toothbrush, Jimin?!

Jungkook: He dropped it in the to-

Jimin: Sink! It's in the sink!

Jin: Aish...

Yoongi: Add "toothbrush" to your grocery list, Hyung.

Jin: I think someone else should go. I don't think-

Hoseok: No! I can be in charge! I know how to be a good leader!

RapMon: Why can't I be in charge? I'm literally the leader.

Everyone: Because you break everything!

RapMon: Right... *mumbles curses at the others as he turns back to do the laundry while Taehyung pulls all of his laundry away from him*

Jin: Fine... I'll go to the store. I'll be back in thirty minutes; maybe less.

-20 minutes later-

Jin: *opens the door to the dorm to see Jimin soaking wet, Jungkook laughing at Jimin, Taehyung crying over his torn laundry all over the floor, Rapmon shoving torn clothes into the washing machine, Yoongi sleeping on the kitchen island, and Hoseok no where to be seen.*

Jin: What happened???

Everyone: *shuts up and looks at Jin*

Jungkook: Uhh...

Taehyung: *cries as he tries to throw his clothes back together* My clothes are RUINED!

Jimin: The toilet totally did NOT explode on me...

RapMon: and we totally did not throw Hoseok in the closet.

Jin: What the- why?!

Yoongi: *mumbling* because he wouldn't shut up

Hoseok: *muffled noises from the bedroom closet*

Jin: I am never leaving you guys alone to clean ever again...

Yoongi: But you got my tooth brush, right?

OT7 - We Love You, Namjoon

It doesn’t take a genius to know how emotional I’ve been about this whole Namjoon situation from making Vines to posting rants... I decided to let out my feels in my writing as well

This is an OT7 fic of Bangtan cheering Namjoon up and trying to get him to quit reading hate comments. I both love and hate the way it turned out, but it’s cute so I decided to post it~ Genre: Bangtan Brotherly Fluff and Cheesy Cheese Words: 600+

It had been days since the incident and everything just kept getting worse. The longer it had been, the quieter Namjoon had become when with the boys. All the boys were getting extremely worried for their leader who sat and either read hate Tweets or slept in his shared room with Taehyung who had been especially worried for his Hyung’s wellbeing.

Namjoon sat at his computer while sighing back in his chair. In front of him was a screen filled with hate and death threats, news reports of his mistakes, and such, up until Taehyung came in the room. He switched the screen to something else and Taehyung sat down on his own bed.

He knew how harmful it could be to see all the hate you get from everyone for doing something you didn’t realize was wrong, and the last thing he wanted was for his Hyung to know that pain, too.

He had told all the boys to put their heads together to try and cheer him up when Jimin and Jin remembered about the supportive English hashtag posts when Taehyung was being harassed by netizens. They all quickly took to Tumblr and Twitter, putting all their English skills together to find what would make their leader cheer up again.

He looked to Namjoon with sad eyes as he pulled out a piece of paper, “Hyung… I want you to look up this.”

Namjoon didn’t move, so Taehyung leaned over and slid the piece of paper to him. It had a list of hashtags such as ‘StayStrongNamjoon,’ ‘NamjoonProtectionSquad,’ and ‘Namjoonweloveyou.’

Taehyung watched him take the paper and open Twitter again, typing in one of the hashtags.

Most of them were in English so Taehyung couldn’t read them, but he saw a smile appear on his Hyung’s face in a matter of seconds. In excitement, he rushed out of the room to meet with the other guys.

“I got Hyung to finally smile,” he smiled his signature box smile while Jimin and J-Hope jumped up from their seats. “Jinja?!”

They all rushed to Taehyung and Namjoon’s room, peeking in to see their leader smiling and laughing at his screen.

The six boys all smiled to each other and entered the room to join their leader. Namjoon looked up at them while still smiling, causing the boys to smile back.

“Namjoon-ah…” J-Hope said as Namjoon turned his head back to the screen, “No matter what you said, there will be fans to support you until the very end. You get that now, right?”

“And we’re here to support you whenever the media blows up like this,” Jin added. “We’re a team remember?”

“A team and a family,” Jungkook added as he sat on Taehyung’s bed, “We’ll all probably go through this at some point, so we’ve got to let each other and our supportive fans help us up when we’re down.”

“AAiisshhhh,” Yoongi cringed, “It’s all so cheesy… but also true.”

Jimin laughed and put a hand on his Hyung’s shoulder, “So what do the tweets say, Monnie Hyung?”

Namjoon looked back to the screen, but before reading the Tweets out loud to the group, he gave them all a smile.

“Thanks guys…” he nodded, “I’m sorry for shutting you out. I was just so mad at myself…”

“We know, Hyung~” Jungkook practically sang, “Just remember that we’re here. There’s no need to shut your support out.”

“Yeah, okay that’s enough cheese for right now. I’m curious on what those Tweets say,” Yoongi mumbled, causing Jin to scold him for being impatient.

“Okay okay,” Namjoon laughed, “There are apologies towards you guys, too. I’ll read you those.”

“To us?” Taehyung blinked. Jimin smiled, “International fans are worried about all of us, huh~?”

All the boys laughed but then shut up so that Namjoon could start reading the tweets to the boys.

I wrote this in maybe ten minutes so it’s not wonderful, but it had cute brotherly Bangtan in it and I love how much they care for each other ^^ and also I’m wishing luck to Bangtan for their other concerts! I heard that the one in Dallas went well tonight cx

I’m back with a new chapter~! Actually, I’m back with two new chapters since this chapter ended up being so long that I had to split it. But you get adorable TaeKookie so I think it’s a win xD Genre: Flufffffff Words: 900+ Part 4 - Part 6

It had been at least two weeks since Nayoung and Taehyung had met. Taehyung continued to visit every other day, bringing small gifts to make her smile.

He had also gotten in the habit of telling the guys what had happened when he visited Nayoung that day, causing all the boys to become irritated and impatient.

“I want to meet Nayoung Noona,” Jungkook frowned after Taehyung came home from the hospital, “I’ve texted her a few times and she seems so cool! Why doesn’t Hyung want us to come over yet?”

“I think he’s just afraid you guys will do something?” Taehyung tried, “I really don’t know. I’ll have to ask him the next time I see him.”

“Well we all don’t have to go at once,” Jungkook tried, hoping that he could get Taehyung to agree to ask Seokjin about it. “It could even just be you and me. No one else.”

“Kookie,” Taehyung slightly whined, “I don’t know. I’ll talk to Jin Hyung about it tomorrow.”

“Or we could call him,” Jungkook pulled out his phone, “I won’t tell any of the other guys about it! It’ll be fine.”

“Kookie, I told you I don’t know. It’s not a good idea to just go without telling the other guys. When they find out, they’ll get mad.”

“Then maybe one other Hyung could come along?” Jungkook tried as Taehyung gave him an uncertain look.

“It’s been weeks, Hyung!” Jungkook pouted, “And we’ve all talked to her. It’s not like she’ll be meeting total strangers.”

Jungkook once again gave Taehyung the lip as Taehyung whined. Jungkook knew that it was hard for any of his Hyung’s to say no to his puppy face.

“Fine, fine,” Taehyung softened, “I guess I’m getting as bad as Jin hyung when it comes to caution.”

Jungkook’s eyes widened, “Whoa, that bad?”

“Yes!” Taehyung cried, “What is he doing to meeeeee!”

The two maknaes laughed at each other as Jungkook dangled his phone in front of Taehyung’s face, “Okay, time to call Jin Hyung~.”

Taehyung sighed and nodded, taking the phone from Jungkook and clicking on Seokjin’s contact. The phone rang for about three rings before he picked up.

“Yoboseo?” Seokjin answered his phone as he signaled to Nayoung and it was Taehyung. She gave him two thumbs up and grabbed her phone to play a few games on it while she waited for him to finish.

“Hyung~!” Taehyung practically sing into the phone, “Jungkook wants to come see Nayoung-ssi!”

Seokjin’s eyes widened slightly as he looked back at Nayoung, “Mwoh? Now?”

Jungkook, who was listening to the conversation by putting his ear to Taehyungs, grabbed the phone from his Hyung, “Neh! You guys keep talking about her and all of us are dying to meet her!”

Seokjin sighed and shook his head, “I don’t know about that-”

“Aniya,” Jungkook shot at his Hyung, “I want you to ask Nayoung and see. If she says yes then we’re heading there around three, and if she says no then I’ll wait until she says yes.”

“Yah, who do you think you are to talk to me that way?” Seokjin scolded, only to sigh and catch Nayoung’s attention. After locking eyes with her curious ones, he figured that it was only right to let her decide. He was slacking in his work lately to spend time with her, but if the guys were coming to visit her, she’d have people to keep her company when he couldn’t.

“Pleeeeeeeeeeeeaseeeee~~~!” Jungkook and Taehyung cried through the phone, “Pleaseeeeee Jin Hyung~!!”

“Arraseo,” he said in an amused tone, “I’ll put it on speakerphone and tell you what she says to your words, got it?”

“Neh!” Jungkook smiled, “Gomawo, Hyung!!”

“Yeah yeah,” he mumbled as he moved the phone from his mouth. Nayoung was still looking at him, so he smiled softly at her, “Taehyung and Jungkook want to ask you something.”

Nayoung nodded, thinking back on which one Jungkook was. He’s the one who’s younger than me… the one that calls me Noona, right?

“Noona~,” Jungkook said cutely into the phone as Seokjin put his phone on speaker, “I wanted to ask you if it was okay for Taehyung to bring me this afternoon to see you~!”

Nayoung’s eyes brightened at his words, looking to Seokjin for his opinion of what the maknae had just said. He just smiled and whispered, “It’s completely up to you.”

Nayoung looked back towards the phone, “I actually have a new game that I wanted to try out, and Taehyung says you love games…”

Nayoung smiled and nodded furiously in Seokjin’s direction, causing him to giggle at her cuteness, “She agreed to it, Kookie.”

Jungkook bit his lip and giggled excitedly as Taehyung laughed at the maknae.

“Is it okay if we visit around three? That’s two hours from now.” Jungkook asked as he waited for Seokjin to respond.

Nayoung found herself slightly disappointed that he offered to come hours from now. She actually would rather them come visit right now.

Seokjin saw her excited expression drop as he knew exactly what was going through her head, “I think she’d actually prefer that you come right now.”

Jungkook and Taehyung smiled to each other as Jungkook nodded, “Neh neh! We’ll be there as soon as possible, then!”

With that, the maknae hung up, rushing to his room to get changed. Taehyung laughed and shook his head as he also made sure he looked presentable.

Sorry it’s so short, BUT this was a double update so the next chapter will be posted immediately after this one~ Although I do have a question... Should I write a chapter for all of the boys meeting her or just a few of them? I could work with both ways, so it depends on the feedback I get~. Thank you for reading! I love you, my precious readers~ ^.^

Emotionless (Doctor!Seokjin x Patient!OC) Part 6

~Double Update~ This was originally part of Part 5, but this was long enough to make it it’s own part. xD I hope everyone likes it~! Genre: Fluufffff, TaeJinKook, and dramaa Words: 1,900+ Part 5 - Part 7

⇨ Masterlist ⇦

Several minutes later, there was a knock on the door to Nayoung’s room. Seokjin looked up from the Mario game they had been playing on his laptop.

“Come in,” he called, knowing it was probably Taehyung and Jungkook finally arriving.

“Annyeong~!” Taehyung slightly yells as the two maknaes make their way into the room with some sweets. Nayoung’s eyes light up as she saw the sweets, realizing she hadn’t eaten anything all day. Hyemi, who normally brings in her meals, hadn’t shown up all day…

“Noona~,” Jungkook called cutely as he followed in right after Taehyung, closing the door behind him. His eyes locked on to hers and his smile grew, “Wahh!! Noona is so pretty!”

Nayoung blushed and smiled sheepishly down at the blanket she was under. Jungkook’s smile just grew at her shy reaction, “Omo! You’re just as bashful as Jin Hyung, too~! You two are so perfect together!”

“Kookie,” Seokjin scolded, feeling his face grow hot, “Don’t push it. I won’t hesitate throwing you out of this room.”

Jungkook looked to Seokjin and pouted, “Aish, Hyung! So overprotective…”

Taehyung ignored the two as he sat on the edge of Nayoung’s bed, placing the basket of random sweets in front of her.

“It looks like you guys literally just bought bags of candy and shoved them into a basket that looks like you two made it.”

Taehyung didn’t even look up, “Like you could make a better basket.”

Nayoung giggled as Seokjin sighed and sat on the other side of her bed next to her. Jungkook took a seat next to Seokjin as he bit his lip in excitement. “Noona, your laugh is so pretty as well. Your voice must be beautiful…”

Nayoung smiled down at her blanket with another blush as Taehyung handed her a chocolate from the basket.

“Nayoung-ssi! Have you ever had those? They’re the best chocolates EVER!” he said excitedly as she opened the wrapper, popping it into her mouth. He watched her chew the candy, smiling when she hummed in delight.

Seokjin smiled at her reaction as well as she reached for two more, handing one to him. He took it and popped it in his mouth, sighing at the taste.

“Taehyung,” he said after swallowing the chocolate, “Where did you get these? These are amazing!”

Jungkook jumped in so he didn’t get ignored by the three, “I found the chocolate when we last went to America.”

Nayoung’s eyes lit up at the word America as Seokjin giggled at her interest. She had an obsession with what was in America and loved hearing him talk about his adventures with his friends there.

“Oh~!” Jungkook moved up from the bed to his backpack that he had brought in, “I brought the games I thought you would want to try out. I don’t know if you like video games or board games more, so I brought both.”

Nayoung grabbed another chocolate as she clapped like a child. She watch Jungkook pull out a ton of games as her smile grew ten times bigger.

“We can play whatever you want,” Jungkook said as he pulled out the gaming system he happened to bring with him.

Seokjin watched Nayoung flip through all the games as Taehyung made a face at one of the games, “The heck Jungkook?”

Jungkook looked up from hooking up the system only to see Nayoung holding one of the games he had bought just for laughs, “Oh- I can explain-“

“Do you play Barbie games often?” Seokjin laughed as he scooted closer to Nayoung to get a better look.

“I actually haven’t-”

“Its okay, Kookie,” Taehyung interrupted, “I understand that it’s a guilty pleasure.”

“Yah! Taehyung, the wrapping is still on the game. I haven’t played it yet!”

“It’s okay if you want to secretly love Barbie,” Seokjin stuck his lip out at Jungkook, “Everyone goes through a Barbie phase.”

“You’ve been going through yours your whole life!” Jungkook retorted, “Mr. I dress up as princesses for Halloween!”

“YAH!” Seokjin cried, “I haven’t done that in 16 years!”

Nayoung giggled at the boys fighting as she continued to go through the games Jungkook had brought for her. The boys continued fighting as she ignored them, focusing on the selection of games before her.

“And don’t forget the time you licked the hot stove!” Seokjin shot at the maknae as Jungkook raised his eyes.

“Well what about the time you-”

“Aish, will you two stop?” Taehyung said in annoyance as he looked up from the Barbie game, “I’m trying to read this and you’re fighting too much.”

The two grew silent in amusement as Taehyung went back to reading the box of the game that had started the fighting.

Nayoung was almost through going through the games when one caught her eyes. She tugged Seokjin’s sleeve as he looked down at her and kneeled down next to her.

“Did you find something?” he asked as she nodded and handed him the game. “Ohh~ Mario Kart!”

“Of course,” Jungkook sighed and laughed, “You two are like twins in so many ways it’s scary.”

“It’s Jin Hyung’s favorite game to slaughter us in,” Taehyung informed as he grabbed controllers for all of them, “And he gets really obnoxious when he wins.”

“I do not!” Seokjin glared, “I’m not like Hoseok or Yoongi when they win.”

Jungkook gave his Hyung a look, “You’re worse than them, Jin Hyung.”

The two started up another mini fight as Nayoung giggled and rested her head on Seokjin’s arm. Taehyung handed her a controller as she took it and snuggled into Seokjin.

The four of them were about to start the first race when there was a knock on the door. Taehyung jumped up and opened the door with a friendly smile on his face, only for it to fade at the sight of Hyemi. He moved out of her way as she made her way into the room with a fake smile.

“Seokjin Sunbae?” she called as Seokjin looked up at her. He smiled and put the controller down, waving at her in a friendly way.

Hyemi’s eyes moved from Seokjin to the girl that was practically clinging to him. She tried to contain her anger and keep her smile on her face as she looked back to Seokjin.

“We need you to check up on some of the others in this department. You know, the mental one.” She said, looking to Nayoung who was now looking to her with innocent eyes.

“Yes, I know what department this is, Hyemi,” Seokjin laughed off her obvious comment, “How many do I need to check on?”

Hyemi continued to look at Nayoung as Nayoung started to grow uncomfortable by her stares. Hyemi smiled at her look of discomfort as she looked back to Seokjin, “All the other patients here. Well, all of them except for the one that you waste all of your time on.”

Seokjin blinked in surprise at her cold comment as Nayoung looked to her blanket in discomfort. Taehyung noticed her look down, causing him to glare at Hyemi from behind. Jungkook looked up after hearing her comment and instantly felt awkward being in there.

“A-Alright…” Seokjin awkwardly said, not knowing how to respond. Hyemi was his friend… she didn’t mean for it to sound like it did, right?

“Also, the boss has asked for you to stay away from Nayoung for a few days.” Hyemi continued, causing Nayoung’s eyes to widen in panic.

“Yah!” Seokjin cried at her, “This stuff can be talked about in private!”

“Well, it’s good for her to know so she can prepare herself, right?” Hyemi shrugged as Jungkook felt his blood boiling at the girl. He glanced at Taehyung and they both seemed to share the same thoughts, looking back to the brat in the middle of the room.

“Not this way!” Seokjin felt like yelling at her, but he contained his behavior. He suddenly felt Nayoung’s hold on him tighten as he looked down at her. Her eyes were filled with fear that made him worry, squeezing her hand in an attempt to comfort her.

He leaned in to whisper in her ear, “I’ll try to not be away long… I don’t want to make you worry…”

“Doctor,” Hyemi called in annoyance. Taehyung had to hold himself back from shoving her out of the room or yelling at her. Yelling at Hyemi wouldn’t solve anything, it’d just create even more problems with both Hyemi and Nayoung.

Seokjin placed a soft kiss on her ear as Nayoung felt shivers run down her spine. She smiled and let go of him so he could hurry back faster. Seokjin rubbed the back of her hand softly before he let go, heading out the door with an envious Hyemi behind him.

Taehyung watched them leave as he moved over to Jungkook, whispering, “She’s got a crush on hyung and is trying to hurt Nayoung.”

Jungkook glared at the door as Taehyung told him this, only for him to smile over at Nayoung seconds later. He sat down next to her where Seokjin had been and started the game. “We can still have fun without Jin Hyung~. We’ve got plenty of games to play to pass the time, right?”

Nayoung smiled gratefully to Jungkook and nodded, picking her controller up.

Taehyung ran to the other side of her bed with his controller as he practically jumped onto it, “I CALL DAISY!”

Nayoung giggled and shook her head at Taehyung’s actions. Jungkook just rolled his eyes and hit his Hyung on the head, “Be careful; you don’t want to break the bed, do you?”

Taehyung turned around and glared at Jungkook for hitting him, “Yah, I’m your hyung! Show respect!”

The two started bickering as Nayoung shook her head in amusement at those two. She went ahead and selected her character, only to flick the two in the head when they continued fighting for too long.

“Ow!” they both cried and rubbed their sore spot, turning to see a proud Nayoung waiting for the two to pick their characters.

---

“Yah, what the heck were you doing back there?” Seokjin mumbled to Hyemi, trying to not attract attention.

“I’m just trying to get you to realize your job is more important than her,” Hyemi said, “You’re gonna get fired if you waste your time with her.”

“Hyemi,” Seokjin sighed, “I know you don’t get it, but remember that the patient comes first? I just want her to be happy.”

“Well you’re getting too attached,” Hyemi continued, “Your relationship with her should be doctor and patient, not boyfriend and girlfriend. You can’t date your patients.”

“You know that the only reason she’s still a patient is because she’s too scared of everything. She still can’t talk, and she’ll be here until she does. And I’ll be there when she finally talks.”

“But you’re growing attached,” Hyemi pointed out, “She’s more than a patient now.”

“Hyemi,” Seokjin sighed once again, “I realize I’m getting attached. I’m sorry it’s affecting my work.”

“I’m just worried, Sunbae…” she mumbled, “I don’t want to lose you…”

“Aww,” Seokjin smiled and ruffled her hair, “I’m not going anywhere, Hyemi. As long as you’re here to keep me up, I’ll be fine.”

With that, Seokjin rushed off to check up on some of his patients, leaving a frustrated Hyemi behind him.

“If you won’t see how she’s affecting you,” she glared at his figure walking away from her, “I’ll make sure she knows perfectly well how much of a hindrance she is to you.”

So, who’s starting to hate Hyemi? *raises hand* xD Again I’m asking like the last chapter, Do you think I should make a chapter for all the members meeting her? I could write it with or without, but if my readers like you want a piece of all the members meeting her, I’d love to write them! (Sorry for typos. I didn’t proof this) Thank you for reading~!

Emotionless (Doctor!Seokjin x Patient!OC) Part 7

I AM SO SORRY THIS TOOK SO LONG PLEASE FORGIVE ME! In my defense, I’ve been busyish/sleep deprived lately with summer home work, plus I rewrote this part at least three times before I decided it was good enough. Also this part is extra long so please take this as an ‘I’m sorry’ gift xD I’m still not too thrilled with it, but I feel like I did the best I could~ I hope it’s enjoyable Genre: Fluff/Angst/Drama Words: 3,300+

Part 6 - Part 8

⇨ Masterlist ⇦

“Jimin?” Taehyung blinked as he looked from Jungkook to Nayoung, “You want to call Jimin over here?”

“Why not?” Jungkook pouted, “Jimin wouldn’t hurt Nayoung…”

“I can’t believe I’m hearing you say this,” Taehyung laughed, but quickly looked to Nayoung, “Yah, but don’t you think it’s too much for her to meet two idiots in one day?”

Jungkook pouted and threw one of Nayoung’s stuffed animals at Taehyung, “Don’t ask me, ask her.”

“But she doesn’t know what to expect with Jiminie Hyung.”

“But she’s texted him before, neh?”

“…Well, yeah…” Taehyung thought for a second only to hit his head, “AISH! Jin Hyung is turning me into some precautious worry-about-everything loser.”

Nayoung slightly giggled at the two as she caught their attention. The two of them looked at her with a confused expression as she handed her phone to Taehyung. Jungkook ran to the other side of the bed to look at what was on the screen.

To Jiminie: Yah, can you head to the hospital~? Jungkook and Taehyung-ssi are fighting about you coming here, kekeke.

From Jiminie: Of course~ I’ve been wanting to for ages~

“Jiminie?” Taehyung pouted, “Why don’t I have a cute nickname for my contact?”

Jungkook snatched her phone and went to her contacts, smiling at his contact, “Jungkookie~ Hah, Taehyung, mines cute~!”

Taehyung and Jungkook got in another fight as Nayoung rolled her eyes, taking her phone back from the two of them.

Their bickering went on and on, only to make Nayoung slightly impatient with the two. She pulled her phone out to pass the time by playing games.

Shortly after, the door opened to reveal a very red haired Jimin in the doorway. He stepped inside with his hands behind his back. Taehyung and Jungkook finally snapped out of their fight when they saw Jimin appear.

Omo his hair is a lot redder than in the pictures, she thought as a smile found its way on her face.

“Annyeong Nayoung~!” Jimin waved with his free hand, moving closer to her bed, “I was going to bring food but I assumed you’d enjoy this more…”

Nayoung’s eyes brightened as her eyes landed on the 3DS in his hand. She quickly grabbed it from him, opening it up and turning it on.

“Yah!” Taehyung and Jungkook cried as Jimin just laughed. “You think you can buy your way into her heart like that? I think not.” Jungkook crossed his arms across his chest.

“Calm down, it’s my brother’s old one. He doesn’t play it any more so I asked him if I could give it to her.” Jimin explained as he gave a sheepish smile that made Nayoung squeal on the inside. He’s so cute!

“But still!” Taehyung cried, “first it’s Jin Hyung, and now you, buying your way to her… What about the ones who don’t have money? Huh?!”

“Calm down, Taehyung,” Jimin laughed, causing Nayoung to fangirl again at his adorable laugh, “You just don’t want to admit that I am better than you, with or without gifts.”

Nayoung was hardly paying attention to the fighting as she played around with the 3DS, opening all the apps in it. It started to get louder and louder at all the arguing, but she was used to it at this point.

“Oh my gosh!” a voice was heard from the doorway, causing all the boys to look. They all spotted an unimpressed Hyemi in the doorway with a clipboard in her hands. “I need all of you out of here. Now!”

Taehyung narrowed his eyes, “Waeyo? Why would we leave her alone with you?”

“Because Seokjin Sunbae said I should give her a checkup while he’s working on the other patients.”

“Why should we believe you?” Jungkook jumps in, causing Hyemi’s attention to move to him. She tried her best to keep her cool at their judging stares.

“I have her papers that he gave me. His signature is at the bottom,” she moved closer so they could look at the paper, “Now leave before I kick you all out of the hospital.”

Jungkook and Taehyung grumbled as they got up and Jimin gave Nayoung a sweet smile before leaving. Nayoung felt more and more dread as she watched them leave, wishing she could call them back in the room.

The feeling in the room suddenly turned dark as Nayoung watched Hyemi sit down and look at the clip board. She hadn’t felt this uncomfortable in a while and she forgot how to deal with it. She wanted to tell Hyemi to get out and bring the other’s back in, but she was more terrified of speaking than of Hyemi.

“You…” Hyemi sighed and didn’t look up from the clip board, “You know why I’m really here, don’t you?”

Within those words, she felt her body freeze. What…? She sounds so… angry? Did I do something wrong?

Hyemi finally looked up to Nayoung with hard eyes, causing Nayoung to look down and shake her head. She was terrified of Hyemi at this point. She thought of texting for the boys to get back into the room as fast as possible, but she was terrified that Hyemi would yell at her for it.

“You should know,” Hyemi bitterly laughed, “I’ve been wanting to talk to you even since you decided it was okay for you to open up to people.”

Nayoung blinked in confusion as she looked back up at Hyemi, “You think I don’t know what you’re up to? You don’t think I know how you actually feel? You think you can just swoop in and act like you have some kind of talking disorder? That’s hardly heard of, Nayoung.”

Nayoung felt a shiver move through her body at Hyemi’s tone. It was even more intimidating knowing that she couldn’t talk back to her words and tell her she was wrong.

“Why don’t you give up and talk to me already? I know you’re being a fake at this point. Just finally talk and tell me that you’re really just using Seokjin Sunbae for his looks… for his kindness… and for his friends.”

Nayoung’s eyes widened as she shook her head furiously to indicate how wrong Hyemi was. Not one of those statements are true.

“Oh come on Nayoung!” she practically yelled, “you’ve been given everything you want left and right and you have company almost all the time! There is no way you’re giving that up, right?! I know you’re a fake! You’re just using them!”

Nayoung continued to shake her head at Hyemi as she just glared and grabbed Nayoung’s chin to stop her from moving her head.

“You make me sick,” Hyemi said as she shoved Nayoung back, “If you’re gonna sit here and tell me that this is all genuine, I want to know what the heck you think you’re doing with Seokjin Sunbae.”

Nayoung tried her best to move away from Hyemi, only to hit the edge of the bed. She put one foot on the floor, but Hyemi started crawling on to the bed to get in her face.

“You’re such a nuisance to him! You hold him back from doing his job every day! Because of you, he could lose his job! Do you realize how SELFISH you’re being?!” she practically yelled at her. Nayoung felt panicked and claustrophobic with Hyemi so close, so she quickly darted out of the bed. She rushed to the door as fast as she could only to be grabbed by Hyemi and roughly pulled back.

Nayoung's light figure practically flew backwards as Nayoung's head hit the metal on her TV tray, causing her to cry out a lot louder than she would have liked. She reflexively reached up to cover the bump that was creating on her head as tears fell from her eyes. It wasn’t till then that she realized how long it had been since she cried. She quickly buried her face into her knees as more tears fell, causing Hyemi to glare at down at her.

“Oh please! Don’t give me that," Hyemi scoffed, "You don’t care if you ruin Seokjin Sunbae! You’re using him! You’re hurting him! His job is at stake and he’s been so stressed all because of you!”

That night on the bus flashed in Nayoung's mind as her grip tightened on her clothes. She was slightly shaking in both fear and regret as she thought of how true Hyemi could have been about Seokjin. Was she really stressing him out? Was it really a chore for him to keep her company?

"I heard Nayoung yelling; what the heck is going on-?"

Hyemi and Nayoung both froze at the sound of the voice. The entire room was silent as Nayoung shrunk further into the side of the bed she was sitting next to.

Hyemi's eyes locked onto Jimin and Jungkook as her mouth closed and her body moved back in slight shame.

Jimin moved to Nayoung's side and placed his hand on her shoulder gently as she jumped at his touch, "Nayoung... It's just Jimin and Jungkook… We're not going to hurt you."

Nayoung tried to sink further into the side of the bed as Jungkook headed over to check up on her as well. Hyemi took this as an opportunity to run as she headed to the door to avoid having to deal with yelling from Jikook.

“Nayoung Noona~,” he tried to smile for her, “Nayoung Noona, you shouldn’t cry~! Everything that Hyemi-ssi said is a lie…”

Hyemi scoffed and turned around with the hopes of being free, but her body quickly came in contact with none other than Kim Seokjin’s as she headed out.

“Wh-What the- what happened?” Seokjin’s eyes moved from Nayoung to Hyemi as Taehyung appeared behind him, “Nayoung? Nayoung, are you- omo you’re crying.”

Taehyung blocked the door so Hyemi couldn’t slip out as Seokjin ran to Nayoung, shoving Jimin and Jungkook off, “Nayoung? Nayoung, its Seokjin Oppa…”

Nayoung didn’t look up at his voice but instead moved backwards. Seokjin blinked a few times before feeling panic over-take him. What was she doing? Did he hurt her somehow? What did he do??

“Noona,” Jungkook spoke softly as he and Jimin moved behind Seokjin, “Noona don’t do this~! You remember who we are, right?”

Hyemi started to grow impatient standing at the door with Taehyung as she finally looked at him. He had a blank expression on his face staring off into nothing as Hyemi attempted to shove past him.

His hand snapped from his side and held her arm in a death hold, causing her to grunt in pain. His grip started to tighten even more as Hyemi cried out and tried to pull away.

“You try to leave again and I’ll do more than just that,” Taehyung threatened as his eyes looked at her. His eyes were clouded over with hatred, causing Hyemi to look to the ground. Her previous rude and confident attitude was now long out the window.

“Nayoung,” Seokjin cried again, trying to cover it over with a nervous laugh, “Did I do something to you? I’m sorry… I’ve tried so hard to not make you uncomfortable and yet I’ve done it anyway…”

Nayoung’s tears never broke as she sniffed, trying to curl up as tight as possible. Hyemi was right, wasn’t she? She was slowly ruining Seokjin’s life, and she felt helpless about it. No matter what she did, he’d always be there whether she asked him to or not…

And the same with all his friends… mainly Taehyung, actually. Taehyung was up at the hospital as much as he possibly could be, averting him from having more friends than the five he’s close with. She was slowly ruining all of them, not just Seokjin.

Was pushing him away the right decision? If she pushed him away, wouldn’t he just try and get back in?

But it wouldn’t hurt trying… She wanted anything but for him to lose his job because of her.

“Nayoung,” he called, pulling her out of her thoughts. His voice was so calming yet so upsetting all at the same time… “Nayoung-ssi, I’m sorry… please, I didn’t mean to hurt you.”

She wanted so bad to cry out to him; to tell him to quit apologizing for nothing. She should be the one apologizing, not him! Her thoughts were so clouded over and she couldn’t think straight. What was she supposed to do?!

“Nayoung, please respond to us,” Jimin called softly, “any one of us. Just something that tells us you hear us.”

In response she just moved away from them, but they just moved closer.

“I-I’m sorry,” Seokjin continued whispering, “I’m so sorry…”

Anger started to build in her the more he apologized. He SHOULDN’T be apologizing! He needs to stop apologizing!

“We’re all sorry, Nayoung,” Jungkook added, slightly mumbling, “I shouldn’t have forced too much on you all at once.”

Stop.

“And I shouldn’t have come today,” Jimin nervously laughed, “I should have waited until there were less people… It’s best that we don’t crowd you.”

Stop it.

“And I shouldn’t have let them all come here. I knew it was bad news from the start and I should have been-”

“Shut up!”

The room grew silent as everyone froze. Not one soul moved a muscle, hardly anyone took a breath. The only movement made was the shifting of everyone’s eyes in the room to Nayoung who still hardly moved from her original position.

Nayoung hadn’t even realized what she had done until images of the bus crash flashed in her mind again, scaring her even more than she already was. If only those horrible images would go away, maybe it’d be easier to talk… her mind cried as she felt the stares of everyone around her.

Seokjin didn’t know what to do. He had never felt more helpless in his entire life as he stared at Nayoung’s shaking figure.

“N-Noona?” Jungkook choked out as the movement in the room returned, “Wh-…what-”

“Get out.” She choked out, shoving away the thoughts of the crash. If she could just hold out the images away from her mind for long enough to push them out…

Seokjin’s whole body was shaking; not one part of him was calm as her voice rung through his ears.

“Nayoung, listen to me.”

Everyone’s eyes moved to Taehyung as he found that as a sign to continue, “I know Hyemi said things to you, and I have a pretty good idea of what she said. I just want you to know that none of them are true.”

“Hyemi?” Seokjin interrupted, “You think Hyemi did this?”

“Yes!” the maknae line cried as Seokjin’s eyes moved to Hyemi who was taking an interest in the floor.

“B-But… why?”

“Because you love Nayoung,” Jungkook answered, causing Nayoung’s body to stiffen, “and she loves you.”

Seokjin looked from Hyemi to Nayoung over and over as Taehyung moved from the door. He bent down next to Nayoung and forced her to look up, showing her tearstained face. Everyone’s eyes softened at the pathetic condition their friend was in.

Hyemi took this as an opportunity to slip out of the room while everyone was distracted. Jungkook and Jimin noticed but didn’t even bother with her, knowing she would have to face Seokjin later.

“I want you to listen to me,” Taehyung looked into her confused and depressed eyes as Seokjin moved to hold her hand. She wanted to pull away, but the feeling was too nice for her to really think about it, “Pushing us away isn’t going to solve anything. It’ll make you unhappy, it’ll make your friends like us unhappy, and it’ll absolutely crush Jin Hyung.”

Nayoung moved her eyes to the floor as Seokjin gave her hand a reassuring squeeze, “I would rather you stab me every time you looked at me than for you to not look at me at all, Nayoung…”

Nayoung swallowed nervously as Jungkook laid on the bed that was now behind her and started playing with her hair, “I need a friend to play games with me, Noona~. If I don’t have you then who will?”

“And who will we be able to text to get us to laugh?” Jimin asked with a frown on his face, “Without you I’d be bored at home all the time with no one to talk to.”

The room grew silent for a few seconds before Seokjin moved a little closer, still holding her hand.

“And if I didn’t have you… my day would be so dull and boring,” Seokjin started as his face started turning red. He didn’t necessarily love that his friends were listening to him but it wasn’t going to stop him from saying what needed to be said, “Not only would my day be boring; my life would be boring. I can’t live without you, Nayoung-ssi… I love you too much to let you leave me.”

Jimin and Jungkook refrained from cheering or making cat calls as Nayoung’s eyes moved over to meet Seokjin’s. Taehyung moved away from the two of them as Nayoung moved closer to Seokjin, wrapping her arms tightly around him.

“And also,” Seokjin whispered in her ear, “Your voice is beautiful, even if you’re yelling at me.”

Nayoung’s face broke out into a smile as she moved her arms around his neck and sat in his lap. Jimin watched in awe, only to be dragged out by Jungkook and Taehyung who decided they should have some privacy.

Fluffy Bonus-

“Is your head okay?” Seokjin frowned when she cried out to his hand brushing over the bump on her head, “What happened?”

Nayoung nodded her head to indicate that it was fine, only for Seokjin to try and move her head so that he could look.

“Did Hyemi do that to you, too?” he growled as she pushed his hands away. She slightly nodded, but put a hand on his mouth to silence him. She laid her head on his shoulder and reached up to mess with his hair.

“I’m fine…” her soft voice said as Seokjin let out a sigh of content. The two sat in a comfortable silence for a few minutes, enjoying the moment while it lasted. “I really do love you,” Seokjin said a few minutes later, “I’m sorry I didn’t ever really tell you out loud until now.”

“Ani,” she spoke softly as he looked to her with a cute expression on his face which caused her to giggle.

“Nayoungie~ I love your voice so much,” Seokjin placed a kiss on her cheek, “Even if I’ll only get to hear it once in my life time, I’ll never forget it.”

Nayoung’s smile never faded as she tried talking once more. It was getting easier and easier to block out everything that was preventing her from speaking before.

“M-Mianhae…” she almost whispered as Seokjin looked to her in confusion.

“For what? For what just happened?”

“N-Neh…” she nodded once in a cute way, causing Seokjin to let out a giggle.

“Don’t be sorry,” he nuzzled her as he left a kiss by her ear, “I’ll make sure no one ever hurts you again, okay? So don’t get rid of me~!”

Nayoung smiled and cuddled into him even more than before, humming in agreement.

“You are too cute,” Seokjin practically squealed, “and your voice is so perfect, I love it so much!”

Nayoung grabbed one of his hands and kissed the back of it as he rested his head on hers. The sat in silence for a few seconds before Nayoung tried to speak again.

“O-Oppa?”

“Omo,” Seokjin giggled girlishly, “I love it when you say Oppa! You are so cute I just can’t-”

“Oppa!” Nayoung cried softly as he covered his mouth, trying to stop his fangirling over her.

“Neh~?” he cutely said as Nayoung mentally scolded him for being so adorable.

She hesitated a few seconds, lifting her head so that she could look him in the eye, “Saranghaeyo~…”

Seokjin looked at her with a blank expression for a few seconds before he pulled her into a hug, “Omomo I can’t contain myself; you are so cute!”

“O-Oppa!”

Little fluffy bonus because I took so long to post~ Also, I’m trying to decide if I should make the series a bit longer. If I don’t it’ll end around 10 chapters, but if I get enough feedback with the story, I’ll continue it for around 15 to 20 more chapters. It’s up to all of you~ Have a question? Don’t hesitate to ask~ ^.^

So Much Better (Taehyung x Reader)

A/N: SORRY FOR THE LAME TITLE So I was lacking inspiration the other day, so I started a random fic and it turned into this. It’s kinda long and I edited the heck out of it. I hope it’s worth reading because I don’t know how I feel about it. But it’s fluffy fluff so~ UPDATE: I tried so hard to fix this cringy mess into something readable. I haven’t read back over it in ages because of how much I hated it, but I THINK its less embarrassing now. It’s still not very good, but read at your own risk. Just remember as your reading that this is the LESS CRINGY version. It used to be much worse x.x Genre: Fluffffffff and cringe Words: 3,400+

“No!” I cried as Taehyung pulled on my blanket. I had been taking a peaceful nap when all the sudden my warmth had been interrupted by my best friend who decided it was a great idea to let himself in my house with my parents and brothers at the house. What did he think he would accomplish?

“You should get up Y/N~!” he pouted as I pulled my blanket out of his hands, “Hopie Hyung just said you’ve been sleeping all afternoon.

I groan and sigh, remembering the events before my nap. Napping tends to be my coping mechanism when things go wrong in my life.

For instance, this time it was because my ex decided he wanted to get back together. He’s been texting me for the past two weeks asking me to get back together with him, and I keep telling him I’ll think about it.

“God,” I whispered and grabbed for my phone, looking at the screen with tired eyes. I had three missed calls from him and ten texts asking if I was there. I threw my phone on the table and turned to face the back of the couch as Taehyung let out a frustrated huff.

“Don’t make me call Hopie and Monnie Hyung in here,” he threatened as I waved my hand at him to signal for him to go ahead. I didn’t want to get up any time soon.

“Heyy!” Taehyung cried at my action, “Please~! I had a fun lazy day planned down in the basement for you… I set up your favorite games and we could even watch Netflix if you don’t feel like playing anything…”

“Taehyung,” I said as my voice was muffled into the couch, “I appreciate it, but I’m not in the mood. My ex won’t quit calling and texting me. He wants to get back together, but I don’t know. I’m not totally against it, but I’m afraid he’ll kiss another girl again.”

Taehyung grew silent as I took it as victory. He’s finally gonna leave me to my sleep, I hope.

“Y/N… Come downstairs with me.” He said in a desperate tone, “I’ll make you forget he even exists.”

The way he worded it and the way his voice sounded as he said it sent shivers down my spine.

I may have a tiny crush on Taehyung, but it wasn’t anything too big. Things would get complicated if I liked him too much. The number one thing is because he’s my best friend and is also best friends with my brothers… it’d just be too weird.

Also because he doesn’t like me in that way. I’m like another little sister to him.

“Hey… Y/N…” he said softly, nudging my shoulder. I took a deep breath and rolled over, sitting up in the process.

Although sitting up was not a good idea, because Taehyung’s face happened to appear right in front of mine.

Our eyes widened as he flew back and I scooted as far backwards as possible. He bumped the table and ended up falling to the floor, landing on his rear with a tiny cry of slight pain

“I-I’m sorry!” He laughed awkwardly as he got back up off the floor, “I didn’t think you were actually going to get up so easily.”

I tried to laugh it off as well, “Its fine…! Now what were you saying about the games?”

Taehyung rushed up and grabbed my hand, yanking me forward. I hit his chest, but for some reason he didn’t find this awkward and just held me close to him as we walked. His hand stayed around my wrist as we made our way downstairs.

“Hopie and Monnie hyung aren’t here right now,” Taehyung informed as I nodded and looked down at his hand around my arm. He didn’t seem to notice as he just continued to walk, dragging me with him, “They went out with the other guys. Your parents are also gone, by the way. Your mom forced your dad to go to a baby shower despite all the whining he did, saying he’d be the only male there.”

I let out a laugh at his explanation, seeing the whole scene playing out in my head. Why my mom wanted my dad to go to a baby shower with her is beyond me. It wasn’t till a few seconds later that I had registered what he said about my brothers.

“What- They went out with all of the guys?”

“Yeah,” Taehyung said as he let go of my wrist and spun around to face me, “Why?”

“Why didn’t you go?” I asked and crossed my arms across my chest. He copied me and gave me a pouting lip.

“Uh, because someone had to cheer you up?” he said as if it was obvious, but I just shook my head.

“You should be with them, Taehyung,” I said as he shook his head and grabbed my shoulders.

“No,” he said, spinning me around in his arms and pushing me to the couch, “I would rather cheer you up than go bowling with them.”

“Taehyung,” I said in a serious voice, but he just put his hand in front of my mouth and moved my head to where he could look me in the eyes.

“No.” he said slowly, “I’m staying with you to get over what’s-his-face~! I’ll do anything that I have to.”

I was totally fine until I saw his smile and his eyebrows raise up and down suggestively. My eyes widened and my face turned bright red as I took a pillow from the couch and threw it at him.

“That’s not funny, Taehyung,” I scolded as I could feel the heat in my face.

“Hey, I was just joking, Y/N~. You don’t have to get so worked up!”

I took a deep breath and tried to shrug the previous events off my mind, “Okay, it’s time for us to play Mario Kart 8 and see who the winner is this week.”

::

“HA!” I yelled in victory as Taehyung scoffed at the screen, “I WIN~!”

“It was by three points,” He stuck his tongue out at me as I poked his nose and continued laughing.

“I still won~!” I quietly squealed as I moved to lay my head in his lap, “I’ve won three weeks in a row, Taehyung! It’s time for you to step up your game.”

“Heyy,” he sighed and poked my forehead, “Wow, you think you can just trash your Oppa like that?”

“Yep~,” I sang as he rolled his eyes and poked my forehead again.

“You must be hungry, right? I should make you a sandwich~.” He started to get up and pulled me up along with him, “I don’t think you had any lunch, so let’s make that two sandwiches…”

“Taehyung!” I cried as he just ignored me and pulled me up the stairs, “Let go, you’re getting worse than Hoseok and Namjoon Oppa!”

“Maybe because I care about you more than they do,” he stated as I felt my face heat up. Why was I blushing? He didn’t mean it in the way he made it sound.

“I don’t know why~.” I sung, but he just sighed and shook his head.

“If you bag on yourself one more time tonight, I’m going to have to go to drastic measures to make sure you know all of this isn’t true.” He scolded, finally entering the kitchen.

“Yeah, yeah. Whatever Taehyung…” I laughed and poked his side as he slightly jumped and glared playfully at me.

“Hey… was that a declaration of war?” Taehyung’s head tilted to the side as I bit my lip and backed away. He took that as a yes as he lunged forward, reaching for my shirt. I dodged just in time as I ran to the living room and ran to the other side of the couch. I looked behind me to see my brother’s bedroom door wide open.

Taehyung jumped over the couch and I screamed, running for Hoseok Oppa’s room. I tried to slam the door closed, but Taehyung was too fast for me. I laughed and pushed on the door to try and close it, but he was much stronger than me. After he flung the door open, I squealed and jumped on Oppa’s bed and tried to crawl over, but Taehyung quickly jumped on me and caged me under his arms and legs.

I flipped over and pushed on his chest, trying to push him off of me, but I wasn’t having any luck. It only took a few more seconds in that position for me to realize what kind of situation this was.

“Taehyung-”

I was cut off as he got off of me before I could ask him to. He laughed it off and grabbed my arm, pulling me up. We made our way back into the kitchen as he started to make two sandwiches; one for me and one for him.

“Thank you~,” I sang as he handed me my sandwich. I smiled and took a bite of the delicious snack.

Though only seconds after I took the bite, I heard my phone ringing in my pocket. I slowly pulled it out and sighed, reading the contact up at the top of my screen.

“My ex is calling again,” I told Taehyung as he suddenly took an interest in the kitchen island.

“Ah… You probably shouldn’t answer it,” He advised, “And block his number if he doesn’t leave you alone.”

I blinked a few times and studied his expressions as I looked back down at my phone. He’s right. Even if I had any feelings left for that jerk, I shouldn’t go crawling back to him. He’d probably just end up cheating again.

“Yeah, thanks Tae….” I sighed as I took another bite from the sandwich he made me, “Getting back with him would be wrong on so many levels.”

“Yeah,” Taehyung tried to laugh and make a joke out of the situation, “Giving him another chance to break your heart would be a dumb move.”

“Not only that, but it would be too satisfying for him~.” I added, starting to really see how bad of an idea it was.

“Plus he smells bad half the time,” Taehyung scrunched up his nose as I tried to hold back my laughter, “I swear he only showers once a week.”

“More like once a month!” I giggled, finding this new insult game really fun.

“That would explain the grease in his hair almost every day,” Taehyung smiled as I bit my lip, jumping up onto one of the bar stools I was standing next to.

“Plus it’d be weird to date him when I have feelings for you,” I let out a few laughs as the words left my mouth, only for my eyes to widen when I realized what I just said.

Taehyung’s eyebrows raised in surprise as my face immediately turned so red. It was silent for a whole lot longer than I would have liked, only to have Taehyung move closer to me.

“Ahha…” I looked to the floor, “I didn’t mean to say that out loud…”

Taehyung just kept moving closer until he was right in front of me, looking at me in the eyes. His face was totally blank and hard to read as I continued smiling nervously, cursing myself in my head.

“I’m s-sorry!” I continued with my sheepish, embarrassed smile that seemed to be permanent. I was terrified of what was to happen next, but despite how scared I was, I couldn’t rid of the awkward smile on my face.

“Y/N…” Taehyung softly said, his blank expression never leaving, “Did you just confess to me?”

“I-I mean, hold up!” I held up my hands and he just moved closer. I quickly regretted sitting down on this chair, “I did, but you don’t have to respond! It’s more like a crush, so it’s not like we can’t be friends still!”

Taehyung let out a little pout, “Aww… crush? I was hoping for something more mutual.”

“Well, I can give up- Wait, what exactly do you mean by mutual? Because if it’s to see you as a friend, sure! I don’t want to make you feel-”

“No~,” the cute Taehyung was slowly appearing in front of me, “I mean I want you to fall in love with me.”

“Well of course I can!” I started, “I shouldn’t have ever even brought up that I-…”

It was silent for a few seconds before my face felt like it was on fire. I wanted to shrink back, but there was nowhere to shrink away to. He was so close and the back to the chair refused to let me turn or lean away.

“Wh-What?” I choked out as Taehyung’s box smile appeared on his face. His eyes shrank as his smile grew, only for both to disappear from my sight all together.

To say that I knew what was going on when his lips touched mine would be giving me too much credit, because I honestly was still confused. My mind was less focused on the kiss and more focused on trying to figure out his words he had said seconds before.

When Taehyung’s hand moved to my hair to run his fingers through it, his actions all crashed into me at once. His other hand reached up to cup my cheek as his lips moved on mine. I wish I could say that I figured out what he had said by then, but I felt so slow. If there was anyone slower than me, I bless that poor soul and hope that they don’t get put in situations like this.

He finally pulled away from me as my eyes locked on to his upset ones. My confused mind immediately went away as he pulled away with an apologetic look on his face.

“Ah, I-I’m sorry… I thought that… God, I’m sorry!” he laughed, although it looked like he was breaking down on the inside.

It was so awkwardly silent for a few seconds, and just as Taehyung looked down and started walking away from me, my big mouth opened to speak the words I was trying to find earlier.

“Taehyung… do you like me?”

More frustratingly awkward silence appeared as I felt the wheels in my head turning again. My embarrassment started to appear again as I felt like I was about to be crowned the dumbest female of the year.

“Of course I don’t. I just kiss all of my friends like that. Haven’t you seen me and Hoseok?” Taehyung teases as I glare and lightly hit his shoulder. I mean, yeah I had a ton of stupid moments just now, but did he really have to make fun of me like that?

“Taehyung!” I slightly cried, “I don’t know! I have smaller brains than a newborn puppy when people pull things like this, no matter how painfully obvious the person’s message is!”

“Ahh,” Taehyung moved back into the position we were in right before the kiss, “Will that happen every time I kiss you?”

“I hope not,” my eyes widen, “It’s so frustrating not being able to say I love you back without it sounding stupid.”

Taehyung let out a cute giggle and he poked my nose, “And are all your confessions going to end up being said in an accidental way? I mean, it’s cute~ but I want you to be able to directly tell me your feelings.”

“I’m sorry,” I groaned, “I’ll try to stop that… but my brain might oppose to the idea.”

“Mmm, either way, I still love you,” Taehyung’s nose brushed against mine. I smiled warmly at him and started to feel butterflies in my stomach.

It wasn’t long till our lips met again, and this time I kissed him back. I smiled into the kiss and ran my fingers through his hair, enjoying every second of it. This was certainly better than the last kiss.

His hands moved to rest on my hips and he pulled me closer to him. I felt him smile into the kiss as well, and I even saw his smile when we pulled away for air. Seconds later we were back into the kiss, except this one was deeper than the other two.

“Ayy, Taehyung! Y/N! We’re all back!”

My eyes widened as I jumped backwards, moving the chair in a way to where it started tipping over. I could feel myself falling and braced myself for the fall, only to be grabbed around the waist and pulled back into Taehyung’s hold.

“Where are you guys?” I heard Jungkook call as I squealed, moving away from Taehyung. He didn’t seem to resist much, but he pouted at me right before I saw Jimin appear in the living room.

“Y/N!” He yelled as he ran to me and hugged me, “I hope you’re feeling better! If Taehyung didn’t do a good job, I might just have to kick him.”

I giggled as Yoongi appeared after Jimin, instantly spotting the chair on the floor, “Oh, is that what happened? I thought I heard a crash when we came in…”

“Ohh, is that food?” Seokjin ran in and stood in front of Taehyung’s untouched sandwich, “I hope you know I’m eating this considering the bowling alley’s food prices were too much for what we had and I’m starving.”

“Ah, those prices!” Hoseok cried as he came in from the living room, “I wanted a drink, but I didn’t bring any money, plus the prices were too high! We all decided we’d just eat here.”

“It was 6,000 won for just water!” Namjoon cried from the living room, but not entering the kitchen until Jungkook emerged from the bathroom.

“And the bathrooms were so gross,” Jungkook whined as Jimin nodded in agreement, “I swear that they hadn’t been cleaned in ten years, maybe more.”

“I felt like it was a bathroom from hell,” Yoongi added, causing everyone to laugh and throw in a chorus of ‘Ew’s.

“Okay okay,” Taehyung laughed, waving his hand at his Hyungs, “Can we stop talking about gross things and eat?”

“I agree!” Seokjin laughed as he finished the last bite of Taehyung’s sandwich. His eyes locked onto mine which had two bites out of it. “Heeyyyy~ Are you going to finish your sandwich, Y/N?”

“Yes,” Taehyung answered, “She’s barely eaten the past two days. Don’t touch her food.”

Seokjin frowned, “Y/N! You need to eat it right now! Food is important.”

“I know, Oppa!” I cried, “I heard enough from Taehyung.”

“Ooooo~,” Jimin and Jungkook smiled as Taehyung laughed with them, “What happened while we were gone?”

“Ah, nothing really,” I shrugged, “We played Mario Kart and had a tickle war… then came in here to eat.”

“And you guys ate so much,” Yoongi said as Hoseok looked around the kitchen.

“Did we interrupt your lunch?” he asked, “Because you guys hardly ate anything.”

“We got distracted by my ex calling,” I said without thinking. I was trying to get myself killed by telling them everything! Why can’t I control my mouth today?

“Ew,” Namjoon said, “I hope you didn’t answer it.”

“I didn’t,” I defended, “And then Taehyung and I started playing the insult game and insulted him before you guys came in.”

“Yeah, and she confessed to me in the process.”

“WHAT?!”

“Taehyung!” I cried as I hid my face. Jungkook and Jimin ran up to us and started flooding us with questions as Hoseok started giggling girlishly. Namjoon sighed and smiled as Yoongi and Seokjin seemed more focused on sleep and food than the commotion around them.

“You guys finally got together!” Hoseok cried in happiness, “I always knew that it would be Y/N’s clumsiness that got you two together!”

“H-Hey!” I cried as Taehyung just laughed and put an arm around my waist. His head rested on mine and my face started turning red again.

“So that being said, Y/N is mine,” He bragged, placing a kiss on my temple, “So no stealing her! Got it, Jimin?”

“Me?” Jimin frowned, “I wouldn’t steal your girl from you. I’m not that low!”

I just laughed nervously at all the attention I was getting as I moved my head to hide my face in his neck.

“Ah, you two are so cute!” Hoseok squealed as I shrank into his arms even more.

“You guys should leave the lovebirds alone,” Seokjin laughed, “You should focus on eating noodles more than on them, got it?”

“Noodles?” Jimin ran up to Seokjin, “Man, I’m so hungry!”

“Okay,” Hoseok nodded and moved toward Seokjin.

They all started to sit around the island as Taehyung moved me off him to pick up the seat that I knocked over.

“So,” Jungkook cut in after I sat down, “Have you and Hyung kissed yet?”

“H-Hey!”

His Motivation (Doctor!Taehyung x Reader)

So this is the fastest I’ve ever finished a request omg. I saw the request in my inbox and I got this idea and it wouldn’t leave my head. I spent a good few hours of my day writing this and I’m proud of it for the most part!

Request: Taehyung fluff+drama/ Doctor AU

2.8k words | drama ✞ | fluff ♡ ⇨ Masterlist ⇦

It had been a few years since medical school was officially over; full of excruciatingly long classes and difficult teachers that made Taehyung want to pull his hair out. Every time he thinks back to his school years, he can’t help but be relieved that they were over. It was a miracle that he pulled it through all that school, and every time he thought about it, the weirder it felt.

He didn’t have a clear reason on why he wanted to become a doctor in the first place. It was never his dream and he always thought it to be a waste of money to go to school for that long. The pay off was great, but he wasn’t a patient person. The thought of going through 8 more years of school after getting out of 12 years of school was self torture.

Something in his heart changed during his junior year of high school, and he couldn’t find the exact pin point. Home life had become hard, and his brothers were never around anymore because they had already graduated and run off to college. His mom was in perfect health, but his dad had been diagnosed with testicular cancer in the middle of his junior year.

His oldest brother, Seokjin, had gone off to school to become a doctor while his other older brother, Namjoon, just went to get some basics before making a concrete decision. Neither of them had the opportunity to come home and visit very often, so Taehyung and his mom had to slowly watch their beloved family member die. Taehyung thought for a long time that his dad’s slow death was the reason he had decided to study medical, but now that he was through with school, he wasn’t sure.

It could have also been the fact that his oldest brother was passionate about becoming a doctor, and Taehyung enjoyed hearing him talk about all the things he was studying in his classes. They would call at least once a week for a good two years before Taehyung made his decision.

There was an underlying feeling in his gut that he knew perfectly well what had caused his perseverance during all the schooling. It was like something got lost in translation when he would try and transfer his feelings from his heart to his brain. There was only one other thing that Taehyung could guess would create this feeling.

That girl.

She was in his every class when the two of them first started medical school. She had taken to sitting near him since their schedules lined up almost perfectly, and he didn’t mind. She was an odd person to be interested in becoming a doctor; she was clumsy and forgetful, and a danger to herself just as much as she was to other people.

He couldn’t help but notice her determination when they would have lab projects and hands on activities. No one ever wanted to be her partner for anything because of her tendency to mess things up.

Naturally, Taehyung became her go-to partner, and he didn’t have the heart to reject her. During their first few, he felt like he was pulling the whole activity together single handedly. She would offer to help, but he refused it most of the time. If she had some part in it, he was afraid she would mess it up.

It didn’t take long for her to get fed up with being told to just watch, and she became very pushy about having a part in the activities. Taehyung refused at first, but it didn’t take long for her to worm her way into becoming involved more and more. It didn’t take long before he let her do her part in the process, and she was surprisingly fantastic at everything. Her previous clumsiness and forgetfulness seemed like a secondary personality when they would work together. Watching her work was more captivating than the actual work was.

She continued on with medical school alongside him, and their acquaintanceship slowly turned into a friendship. Soon they were planning their classes out together to stay in touch. They were always partners and they scheduled study dates all the time in the early years. School became a whole lot more fun than it had been previously.

It wasn’t until their fourth year that things started to change. His dad’s condition had become so much worse, and Taehyung started falling behind in school. He spent a lot of his time going home and being with his family, and school became a secondary priority. He was skipping more than he was attending, and he didn’t bother contacting her to tell her what had been going on. She sent him so many worried texts when he wouldn’t show up, and on days when he did, he didn’t talk to her.

It wasn’t long before she had given up on speaking to him anymore. The semester ended and they planned their classes on their own accord.

He had been slightly hoping that fate would put them in at least one class together, but from that year on, he never saw her again. She didn’t contact him and he didn’t have the heart to contact her. After a year and one too many drinks, he ended up deleting her contact out of drunken anger.

Once his dad’s suffering on earth finally ended, Taehyung felt like he was closing himself off from the world. School became his only focus, and he didn’t have the heart to really go out and do anything.

It took him a good year to finally feel like himself again. He met his current friends, Jungkook and Jimin, when he started attending a gym that was walking distance from his apartment. They would hang out all the time when he wasn’t in school or studying, and Taehyung finally felt like a person again.

He had chosen to forget about her and everything she was to him at that point in his life. He tried to forget her name and her face, and he felt like he could finally move on from her. He didn’t bother telling Jungkook or Jimin about her since he decided to put her in the past.

His residency soon ended as his career was officially taking off. A hospital not too far from his current living space accepted his application, and his long school years were finally coming to an end.

His first day at work was the following week, but he didn’t feel too nervous. The first few days of the job were a little stressful, but it didn’t take long for him to feel like he was in his place. He was slowly learning all the other nurses and doctors names and faces, but there was still so much for him to learn.

Most of his nights were late just like his residency had been, but he didn’t mind. He actually liked the feel of the hospital at night more so than during the day.

His long shift was finally coming to a close as he took a seat in the break room he had just learned about. It was small and filled with a few couches and comfortable chairs. It was exactly what he had needed after being on his feet all day.

Taehyung leaned his head back against the couch as he closed his eyes. He just needed to sit down for a little while before he got in his car and drove… he wasn’t planning on staying long. His muscles relaxed as he moved his right arm to rest on the arm rest next to him. The sounds of the drink machines around him didn’t even bother him as he took a deep breath. Laying there made him feel like he had never gotten to lay down in his life.

He could have fallen asleep if the door hadn’t opened and closed behind the person who dared interrupt his moment of serenity. He didn’t move except for opening his eyes to see who it was. It was a nurse he hadn’t met just yet, and he brought himself to sit up. She looked surprised to see him sitting there, and her eyes made him a little unsettled.

She was a little too familiar to his heart, and he dreaded to find out why. His heart once more was trying to talk to his brain, but something was warding it off. Her appearance was excruciatingly familiar, and his brain couldn’t figure out why. Did he know her name? Maybe they had met once throughout the past few years of his life.

It couldn’t have been who he was afraid it was. She was studying to be a doctor, not a nurse.

She took a few steps forward as their eyes stayed locked together. It was obvious that she knew him, but how did he know her?

“Taehyung…” she whispered as his heart leapt to his throat. She sounded just like he remembered… but how did he remember? Who is she?

His heart finally broke through when she conjured up a smile to send his way. His face heated up and he felt bashful just like in high school. Every moment he had ever spent with her flashed through him all in the course of a single moment, but he didn’t mind. Things were different now. He couldn’t even remember why he had shut her out in the first place.

“Y/N,” her name left his lips naturally as she moved to sit next to him. She seemed incredibly happy to see him, but she hid it well. Her eyes were lit up with all the excitement he had missed seeing as her hand dared to land on top of his.

“It’s been a while, huh? I guess you can tell that I kinda changed around,” she continued to smile as he could hear the maturity in her words. Her voice had grown just a little deeper, and her determined and focused attitude was stronger than he had ever seen it. Her bashfulness was almost nonexistent in that moment, like she had transferred those traits to him for the moment.

“You’re a nurse?” he asked as she just giggled. He didn’t know what else to say to her as she took a deep breath. She didn’t seem to have any sour feelings toward him which was more than comforting to him as she scooted closer. Her knees were pressed against his thigh as she excitedly bounced the couch a little bit.

“I switched to nursing classes after we quit talking. It just felt like a better fit for me, and God was I right,” her smile leaked onto his face as they shared a few laughs together. “You were nice to not crush my dreams early on.”

She continued smiling, but Taehyung felt his smile fade away. Did he just misunderstand her? Surely it wasn’t him that lead her to that decision. It didn’t take her long to notice his mood shift as she decided to elaborate.

“Going through school without you by my side just felt wrong. I felt like if I had to rely on you to be by my side all the time, I wasn’t going to make it much further.” Any tension her previous words had caused were chased away by her new words. His heart was back to beating happily as he moved his other hand to grab hers.

She looked down at their hands as Taehyung was searching for the right words to say. He wanted to apologize to her, explain to her all his behaviors, but she didn’t seem to have any ill feelings toward him. Her smile was just as bright as their school days, and even more so when his hand reached to cradle her face.

There was no doubt that she was his motivation to finish school. The underlying feeling of possibly getting to see her again in a fairy tale universe was how he survived the long and hard journey. It was his best bet to find her again, and here she was. All the wrongdoings he had on his shoulders didn’t matter; his frustrations, fears, and angers were secondary. Fate didn’t seem to mind that he had tried to push her away at one point in time, because she was real and just like he remembered her.

She moved her eyes to look into his as the word dimmed around them. All the outside noises were silenced as he stared into the eyes that he tried so hard to forget all those years ago. He was fooling himself to think that he could ever truly forget her.

He tried to will himself to pull away from her, but as she moved closer to him, his brain went blank. Her nose was pressed against his own with caution as she continued to look into his eyes. She was almost asking for permission as she put her free hand on his shoulder. Time started moving at a slower pace as his hand that was holding her’s let go, only to be placed on her hip. He had never gotten to feel her like he was right now, and knowing what he had been missing out on was driving his senses crazy. How had he lasted this long without her?

She was the one to lean all the way in as Taehyung felt his excitement levels skyrocket. His arm on her hip pushed her to sit in his lap as she giggled against his lips. Her lips were just as soft as they looked, and he could even smell the blueberry chapstick that she used to wear even back then. He could picture her pulling the stick out of her pocket and applying it religiously. He had made a point to tease her about it when he would see her do it.

Now that he was up close and personal with the smell of the chapstick, he definitely didn’t mind. The smell just added to his memories of her, and her incredibly captivating kisses were definitely the best one he now had. Her careful movements and soft touches were enough to drive him to want even more.

Her free hand had moved to his collarbone as her other moved to run through his hair. Her fingers gently brushed through his locks as a shiver ran down his spine in a rather violent movement. Her lips didn’t fail to turn up into a smile at the motion as she angled her head to deepen the kiss.

His movements became slightly more exaggerated as their lips clashed together in a beautiful fashion. He had taken to nibbling at her bottom lip when he noticed her shiver as he tried it the first time. Her bottom lip became his new obsession as he kissed her, making sure that her bottom lip was the one he was capturing. She seemed to notice as she tried to angle the kiss differently, but he was quick to change it back.

They could have easily sat there and kissed all night in the middle of the hospital break room, but some footsteps were quick to bring them back to reality. The footsteps continued on down the hallway, not even stepping into the break room, but she had already pulled away and jumped off just in case.

The following silence was surprisingly comfortable as Taehyung felt his phone going off in his pocket. He had just received a text from Jungkook asking about going for drinks in a few minutes. Taehyung was quick to decline as she didn’t fail to take a peek at his messages.

“I accidentally ended up deleting your number,” Taehyung had been surprised that those words weren’t coming from him as he looked to her, “I can’t tell you how many times I regretted not memorizing your number after I deleted it. The only thing I had to keep my hopes up about you was working together.”

Taehyung smiled and took a deep breath as he drank her in. It felt too much like a dream to be real, and if he was dreaming, he wanted to remember every feature on her face.

He looked back down at his phone as he opened his contacts and clicked on ‘new contact.’ She raised her eyebrows as he handed her his phone and let out a soft laugh. “I kind of did the same thing as you.”

A knowing smile flew on her face as she typed in her number and her name. Before she gave it back to him, she opened up the messages and pulled up her contact to send a new message. Without typing anything, she handed his phone back to him and pulled her phone out.

“Type whatever you want and send it so that I can save your number,” she spoke as Taehyung immediately started typing. It was only a matter of seconds before he sent the text and it appeared on the phone in her hand. Her smile didn’t falter as she looked at her screen, seeing the number that she had cried over not remembering. Her eyes moved to read the message as Taehyung reached over and grabbed her hand, lacing their fingers together.

02-312-XXXX I missed you.

I’m so tired omg. Gotta get back to writing because I’m on a roll xD

First Impressions | Taehyung

image

Summary line: What is your first encounter/interaction with BTS? What were you doing that made them so interested to interact with you?

It’s great to be out and spend some alone time before heading back to Seoul. Taehyung was quietly walking his dog as his last chore for the family during the holiday. It’s been great, although he did run into some fans that disturbed his family time. He decided to let it go since he loves ARMY. Passing by a playground park, he noticed a young boy by himself, squatted at a playground, drawing circles on the playground sand. He went to the boy.

“Hello, whatcha doing?” he asked, smiling at the boy. The boy looked up and his eyes widened.

“You’re V!” The boy stood up and bounced up and down. Taehyung widened his eyes and then gave a full on rectangular smile. Not only does a tiny boy know him, he’s super cute!

“Yes, I’m V!” Taehyung started jumping up and down with the boy. The boy looked at his dog and started petting him, “My sister loves you!” Ah, so that’s why.

“Oh, is that right? That’s cool. Where is she? Are you waiting for her or did you get lost?” Taehyung looked around. He hoped this boy wasn’t alone because of any family problems or she was careless with him. The little boy looked down. Taehyung refrained from pouting. He heard your voice calling out to the little boy.

“Noona! It’s V! It’s V!” Your brother looked up, ran to you, and pulled you towards Taehyung. He turned around to see you. You stared at him with a grin, “Wow! It’s so nice to meet you!” He looked at your hands to see two large thermoses. Behind you was a little girl who was even younger than your brother, clutching onto your pants. He didn’t know which face to focus on; your whole family was gorgeous!

“Could you give us a minute, please? Please don’t go.” Your eyes were huge and pleading, he couldn’t say no.

“Okay…” He was a little unsure since he had to finish walking his dog and get back. But he was curious to see what was going on.

“So, you think you can get away with running away because you caught a celebrity?” You sternly looked at the little boy. Taehyung had a look of surprise, the boy ran away? Why?

“My little brother,” You knelt down and wrapped your arm around your sister behind you and pulled her to your side rather than behind you so you can keep an eye on her while looking at your brother. Your eyes went from stern to gentle. Taehyung couldn’t help but be mesmerized by your eyes.

“Little brother, tell me. What did you do?” You asked quietly, trying to catch your brother’s eyes. Your brother was looking back and forth between you and his shoes. He angrily wiped his eyes before tears fell.

“I’m not yelling at you, I just want you to tell me. Did you push mommy’s computer on the floor?” Taehyung’s eyes widened. Ooooo, that’s super bad. Your brother didn’t respond.

“Did you push mommy’s computer on the floor? You need to answer me.” You asked more sternly this time. Your brother nodded ever-so-slightly.

“Why did you do it? Was it because you wanted to make room for your toys?” You asked, probing gently. Taehyung raised his eyebrow; this is how you talk to a kid in trouble? Your brother didn’t respond.

“You know that mommy’s computer is expensive, you know you shouldn’t push it off the desk. You shouldn’t push away things that aren’t yours so you can make room for your own things in general. You do know that, I know you do. You are better than that, I know you are.” Your brother wiped away another tear.

“Your sister was just telling the truth. You were at fault for pushing her too, do you understand?” Your brother looked to the bottom corner of his eyes, to your sister’s shoes.

“Are you upset because you feel bad for pushing mommy’s computer and your sister?” He nodded.

“Then in order to fix that, you need to apologize to your sister, right now.”

“Sorry.” He said quietly. You nodded and gave a small smile. You looked at your sister, “Do you forgive your brother?” Your sister was biting on her sleeve as she nodded. You let out a short laugh and pulled the sleeve away from her mouth. You held her hand to keep her from putting it back on her mouth and looked back at your brother.

“Mommy’s computer is okay. I fixed it. But you still need to apologize to her when we get back, okay?” Your brother nodded.

“But that’s not my biggest disappointment.” He looked at you.

“You ran off after pushing your sister. Do you know how much you scared me?!” Your voice raised and you made your brother look at you.

“Please don’t ever run away again. You scare all of us, especially me. I love you and I don’t want anything to happen to you. And when you do something wrong, you don’t run away. You need to face it, do you understand me?” Your brother didn’t say anything again, you shook his arm a little, “Hey, do you understand me?” He nodded. Your shoulders dropped and you pulled him to you for a hug. Aww, what a sight to see for Taehyung, it’s a happy ending! You pulled away and held up a thermos to your brother’s face.

“I have some hot chocolate in case we got cold out here. We can have some before heading back.” You smiled. Your brother didn’t respond to you.

“Hey, everything’s okay now, alright? Smile” You did some aegyo to your brother and then tickled your brother, making him laugh a bit but tried to push you away. You held both your sibling’s hands as you walked to Taehyung. And he thought you forgot him, hah!

“Oh my goodness, I’m so sorry you had to wait. I can’t believe I asked you to wait. I hoped this didn’t take up too much of your time.” Woah, where did your excitement come from? Your smile was amazing!

“It’s okay. It was nice to see everything got resolved.” He smiled at your siblings.

“Yup! Would you like some hot chocolate? I have quite a bit.” You magically pulled out cups from your handbag. Where did those come from?! It’s like you had magic or something!

“I really didn’t mean to ignore you, it was just very bad timing.” You said, pour him some hot chocolate and handing it to him.

“Don’t be sorry. It’s good to see your priorities.” He grinned and you smiled back. He took your cup and drank some as you poured some for your sister and brother.

“Wow! This is so good!” He exclaimed, finishing his cup. You just finished one thermos and opened the other one, because you loved hot chocolate and was always prepared, and poured more without any prompt, “Please, have some more.” And more he did. Apparently you don’t live too far away from here. You had some with him as your brother and sister played with his dog. You chatted with him for a while before reminding him that he needed to go back to Seoul. He really didn’t want to. Finally, he handed you back his cup and put his dog back on the leash.

“It was nice to meet you. You are a wonderful sister and make great hot chocolate.” He smiled at you.

“Maybe we’ll see each other again. I’ll make more.” You smiled.

“I hope so.” He mostly meant the seeing you again part.

Sorting Kim Taehyung| BTS Scenario ~ Hogwarts AU

The Sorting Hat felt this kid was all over the place with his thoughts.

The kid asked all sorts of strange questions, ranging from the Sorting Hat’s dietary habits, to how it feels to be needed only for the beginning of the year and then sitting at the old Headmaster’s office for the rest of the year. Does he talk to the headmaster and the other portraits on the wall? What’s it like in the office?

Finally the Hat got a grip on Taehyung and settled his thoughts. His curiosity would have been such a Ravenclaw characteristic if he didn’t pick up on his underlying sly and clever spirit that pushed him to gather data about the Headmaster’s office for a prank he’s been planning for over a month now.

This boy was actually pretty nervous but he used his erratic nature to deter away from that. This boy’s brain had such Ravenclaw potential with a Slytherin mindset. But where was his heart? All he could think about was his family right now. He imagined himself to go into the Ravenclaw house because of his mother, to make her proud. But his ambitions were higher than that of a Ravenclaw.

The Sorting Hat’s objective was to dig into the inner beings of each child, and he knew Ravenclaw would soon bore the excitable Taehyung, as well as exhaust the never-ending pursuits for knowledge and wisdom. Just because his mother was Ravenclaw, didn’t mean it fits this boy but he himself didn’t realize that; obviously not a Ravenclaw. His ambitions were not in line of than that of a Slytherin; he wouldn’t fit in Slytherin. Where could he go? He would eat the other Hufflepuffs for breakfast. He would fit right in with Gryffindor. Gryffindor would allow his erratic nature to grow into a lover of defying limits.

The matter was settled in Taehyung’s head.

The Hat needed to let the boy’s mind go wander free again or else the Sorting Hat might need to take a break and sit down, so to speak. Hopefully he has the energy later to remind the headmaster about a potential prank in the nearer future. Screw that, it wasn’t the hat’s job.

Sort the rest! -

Canceled | Taehyung

Summary line: Sometimes plans must be canceled, but that doesn’t stop either of you from trying

He sighed as he pressed the speed dial button. Your name, face, and number appeared on the screen as his phone was connecting to yours. He stared lovingly at your picture until you picked up. He put the phone up to his ear.

“Hello, Tae!” Your voice was so cheery, it nearly broke him.

“Hey, Y/N…” By the sound of his voice, you already knew what he was going to say.

“You know what? My manager emailed me about half an hour ago about something I have to do. I was conflicted myself with how I should organize my time. Now I don’t have to.” You rambled on of the reason that tonight is a bust on your part. But what your manager asked of you was actually really small; it would have taken you half an hour, at most, to do what he asked.

“I’m sorry. I know you really wanted this tonight.” You mumbled. He put a hand up to his face. He called to apologize for his absence, and here you were trying to save his face and apologize for what wasn’t even your fault.

“Y/N, I’m sorry. I’m the one who has to break the date in the first place.” V looked down and shuffled his feet.

“Don’t even worry about it. You work so hard! I’m just sad for you that you don’t get a break.” You shook your head even though he couldn’t see it. You covered the mouthpiece and blew the candles.

“Do you have food over there? Do you want me to bring you anything?” you asked.

“No, it’s fine. We have food here.” He sighed. And besides, seeing you would probably make him excuse himself from working and then make him feel guilty the next morning that his work wasn’t done.

“Alright. I’ll still see you when you get home though. I hope you don’t have to work too late.” You said. You both said your goodbyes.

Later that night…

He finally dragged his feet through the thresholds of your home. It was finally time for him to call it a night. The first room to his left was the kitchen and dining area. He peered in. It was very clean, almost the same way it looked when he left. Almost.

He saw lingering traces of what would have been a wonderful night. Used candlesticks were pushed aside to the corner of the counter. Pots and pans were all on the drying rack. Wrappers, empty packages, and food skins were piled up in the garbage can. You were probably completely set when he called you. You probably even had a dress on. He would never know. You wouldn’t even tell him, lest he be upset with himself.

He didn’t eat during practice. His mood was so low and he didn’t want to eat anything else but your food.

He went to the fridge to see if there was anything left. It was bittersweet to see all the food you made tonight in storage. If he was able to make it, he would have left nothing for leftovers. The food was prepared and the candles were lit. You looked beautiful and gussied up. The only thing missing from the picture was him. He grabbed the food and heated it up. He wished that he could have tasted it when it was still fresh and warm.

When the food was heated up, he took it out of the microwave and shuffled to the living room. When he got there, he was surprised to see you still awake, watching a movie.

“Hey.” You said lightly and quietly since it was really late. He came over to you and sat down next to you and put the plate of food on the coffee table. He wrapped an arm around your waist and pulled you in, nuzzling your neck.

“I’m sorry for tonight.” He mumbled.

“Oh, no. Are you still upset about that? Don’t be!” You pulled away from him and turned your body to his, tucking your legs under you. You took his face in your hands and gave him a light kiss on the cheek.

“I was able to finish my work too. It’s all good.” You smiled. You looked at the plate of food and looked at the clock. It was past midnight already.

“Didn’t you eat already? Is it okay for you to eat even if it’s past midnight?” You asked with your face filled with concern.

“I didn’t want anything they had. I’ll be fine.” He took the plate and started eating. He grinned for the first time that night and looked at you with his mouth full.

“This is really good!” He said with his mouth full. You laughed and told him to take it easy.

“I can’t take it easy! I’m hungry and this is amazing.” He slowed down though as he kept thinking how you had prepared everything. He wondered if he went to the bedroom that he would see a dress in a puddle on the floor.

He finished his food and cuddled with you as you finished watching the rest of the movie. Even as the credits rolled, you two aimlessly stared at the TV. You were thinking about nothing and was too lazy to get up and stop the movie. He was too busy thinking.

“I’ll make it up to you.” He said randomly. You turned your head to look him. You raised an eyebrow.

“I’m fine. Really.” You emphasized.

“Yeah, well I’m not fine. My girlfriend prepared a wonderful night and I couldn’t pull through a choreography right all day and I had to stay later to practice.” He pouted and furrowed his eyebrows. You pouted too and rubbed his eyebrows away from each other.

“You know that if you abandoned Bangtan, even for one night, you’d regret it the next day. Don’t regret putting in hard work. ARMY loves the efforts you put in and I’m proud of you all the time. This is one night out of many we’re going to have, okay? Don’t be hard on yourself. I’m not.” You comforted him. He gave a half-hearted smile at your words. You felt like it wasn’t enough so you did aegyo.

“Don’t worry, oppa! I still love you!” You said in a cute voice. There was his rectangular smile. You gave him a kiss and figured that would be the end of it.

Later that week…

You finally got home and took off your shoes. Taehyung was going to be home in two hours. After a day and a half of him still blaming himself, you decided to try the night again.

There was a good chance that he might not be able to make it again, but that wouldn’t matter. This wasn’t for you anyway. This was for him and his mopey-dopey head. And this time, if he didn’t make it, you were going to make sure that you left absolutely no trace that you had this planned.

You had all the groceries in hand as you came into the kitchen and found a set table with candles lit and everything. This looked exactly as it did a couple nights ago when you did it! How did he even know?

You looked up to see a very handsome V, dressed nicely, and with drinks in his hand.

“Great minds think alike. Yours is just a little faster.” You raised your grocery bags up and smiled. He grinned too and put down the glasses. He came over to you and gave you a kiss while taking your grocery bags out of your hand.

“These can be saved for another day. Go change.” He said as he started to put away your groceries. You stood there for a bit to admire the man you had before listening to him to get changed.

You came out and saw him set down warm plates of food he’d been keeping heated in the oven. Since it was only a couple days ago that you guys had your food, he would make something else, with help from his brothers of course. God knows he was the least adept in cooking out of everyone.

“Y/N….you are absolutely stunning.” He stuttered. Is this what he missed a couple days ago?

“I didn’t have much time to freshen up though. I didn’t want the food to get cold.” You felt that you weren’t nearly as pretty as you were a couple days ago. But if you said that, he would blame himself again.

“What’s for dinner?” You took a step to look at your meal. He pulled out your chair for you and you sat down.

“This is a recommendation from head chef Jin. Accompanied by sous chef, Jungkook, kitchen assistants Suga and Jimin. With the lovely and wonderful kitchen supervisor, V. That’s me.” He pointed to himself and gave you his grin.

You laughed at his silliness. His definition of kitchen supervisor was a look-over-your-shoulder-because I’m-bored person who was also a food taster.

He sat down across from you and handed you a menu card next to the candle. You took it and looked through it, pretending to be a dignified food critic. You pursed your lips together with your hand rubbing your chin as you pretended to critique his menu.

“Mm…these food choices match up really well. I’m looking forward to the main course and your dessert. I hope it tastes as good as it sounds.” You looked over to him with a very pretentious look. He grinned at your playful behavior.

“Oh, only the best for my favorite customer.” He poured more juice into your glass. Even though you two were legal, one thing you both agreed on was that alcohol wasn’t your cup of tea.

“You have created a beautiful night and made it up by ten-fold.” You assured him as you raised your glass to him. He raised his to yours and clinked it, also giving his own animated “clink”-ing sound.

Tangled | Taehyung

The request

Summary line: Taehyung saves you from your mother

His voice rang in your ears when he called out for your name. You looked up towards the window and your so-called “mother” looked at the window and back at you with a glare.

“Y/N? Y/N, let down your hair!” He couldn’t wait for a response. He climbed this tower once, he can climb it again.

All you could do was shout out his name, as loud as you could. But it would do you no good. All you heard were muffled shouts that wouldn’t even resonate back to you from the walls of this tower. You watched as your mother took a bundle of your hair and smirked at you. She did a quick push of the windows and threw your hair out the window, granting his request.

“I’m only doing what he asked.” Mother said oh-so-innocently, but her malicious grin and narrow eyes told you of her intentions. You felt the rhythmic tugs at your hair from the moment it reached the bottom of the tower. The man wasted no time in taking your hair in his hands. Your eyes widened.

It didn’t matter if it worked or not, you continued to shout for him to leave, let go of your hair. You could only hope that he magically sprouted super hearing. If your hair could heal, why couldn’t he hear? It wasn’t fair!

You saw your mother hide her self away to the side, hiding, lurking in the shadows. The glint of her dagger was ever-prominent in your peripheral vision.

His sounds got closer and your heart pumped faster. You pushed away the feelings of gratefulness that he would come to save you, the relief you had that he escaped the gallows, and…the love you had for the brave thief with a heart of gold. All of that means nothing now that you saw his hands grasp the top of your balcony.

“Y/N? I thought I would never see you again.” He pushed himself up and through your doors. His exhaustion was obvious from his pants, and he was too tired to look up the moment he stepped in. He couldn’t recognize your muffled shouts or that you were chained up on the opposite end of the tower.

When he first looked up, he had a relieved smile. Finally. All this time, he thought that your mother had taken you away, that something bad had happened to you. All you did was come home. He would have no more of this trapped nonsense. He will take you far away from this kingdom. You will build your own home elsewhere. Somewhere where there are lots of people, a homey community. It could be small because it doesn’t matter anymore. He didn’t need a castle like he thought from the beginning of his adventures since the moment he stole the crown. All he needed you; you to be safe.

But all his ideas crumbled in his mind when he recognized the sight before him. You were kneeling on the ground, desperate to scatter towards him, any way, any how. But you couldn’t. He saw the black chains wrapped around your hands and the white cloth around the bottom of your face, gagging you. Your words were too muffled, but he could still hear your sweet voice crying out, “Taehyung! Taehyung!”

The next thing he knew, the sharpest pain he had ever felt came from his right abdomen. His eyes shut tight and he crumpled to the floor, curling up his body around the pain as if that would keep the blood from flowing out and the pain subsided.

He couldn’t tell if it was his body naturally draining the blood out of his wound, or what. A strange chill ran down his back and he felt cold the moment he heard a flat and low womanly voice.

“Now look what you’ve done, Y/N. Oh don’t worry, dear. Our secret will die with him.” He felt someone walk over his body and a cloak sweeping over him. Nothing could ease his pain. It didn’t help when he heard your chains and muffled screams.

You were so desperate to be by his side. Just one quick song. That’s all the time you needed. You felt your chains loosen and you scrambled as fast as you could but tugging you back was just as fast.

“And as for us…we are going, where no one would ever find you, again!” Your mother grunted as she pulled you into the dark tunnel you had no idea existed under your home for less than 18 years of your life. It was just one more lie your mother had against you. It made you even angrier and you fought with all your strength against the woman you no longer wanted to call her your mother.

“Y/N, really! Enough already!” She had had enough.

“Stop fighting me!” You wretched out of her grasp and the white cloth finally loosened around your mouth, falling around your neck like a scarf.

“No! I won’t stop. For every minute, of the rest of my life I will fight! I will never stop trying to get away from you!” You wished the fury of your eyes would bring the message over but you knew she was more stubborn. It’s disturbing to say, but that is where you got it from. There is only one way to get what you want: a compromise.

“But, if you let me save him, I will go with you.”  You heard Taehyung’s gasping voice as he struggled to reach for you. But you’re so far away.

“No! No, Y/N.” You ignored his pleas and kept going on with your own.

“I’ll never run, I’ll never try to escape. Just let me heal him, and you and I will be together. Forever, just like you want. Everything will be the way it is. I promise.” You nodded at your promise, “Just like you want. Just. Let. Me. Heal. Him.” That’s all you wanted. It was small compared to her big plans to keep you forever like a daughter. The thought of her as your mother was long gone, but there was no reason why you couldn’t lie to yourself.

The idea of being her daughter for the rest of your life wasn’t appealing to you, but saving him was, and that’s all that mattered. You would make it work. You would conjure up all the good memories you’ve had over the years with her as your mother. Push away all the negative facts that she kidnapped you from your real family, a real life full of people and things to explore. It would be difficult for everyone else, but not you. You lived with 18 years of imagination, there’s no reason why you couldn’t continue to do so.

You didn’t care that you would have to lie yourself for the rest of your life and try to ignore the memories of your eighteenth birthday, your adventures, fulfilling your dreams, and falling in love. All of that would be pointless if Taehyung was gone from this world. All your memories would just turn negative. If you knew he was alive though, you could at least preserve the sweetness.

Your eyes told it all. You never, ever broke a promise. And you won’t start now.

“In case you get any ideas about following us.” Your mother warned Taehyung and she shoved his hands in chains back to him, making him gasp in pain. You scrambled to his side. You finally had him in your arms.

“Tae-Taehyung!” You gasped for his name. He coughs and wheezes at the pain, he wasn’t going to let you do this. He felt half dead already. You saw his wound. Red stained his shirt underneath his blue vest.

“Oh, I’m so sorry. Everything is gonna be okay –“ You assured him as you glanced at his wound and back up at him. You took your hair that laid by your side and put it on his wound. It might stain your beautiful hair, but what did it matter?

“No, Y/N – “ He tried to push it away but you gently fought against his hands.

“I promise you. You have to trust me – “

“No – “ You weren’t listening to him.

“Come on. Just breathe – “

“I can’t let you do this.” He finally got it out.

“But I can’t let you die.” Your words came out as a whispered squeak. Tears were already welling up. He didn’t want you to heal him?

“But if you do this…then you, will die.” He coughed between his words and you tried to shush him. He shouldn’t exert his energy over trying to convince you at a time like this.

“Hey. It’s gonna be alright.” You tried to assure him, giving him the faintest of your smiles. The only way this would be alright is if he would let you heal him. He returned you a faint smile, knowing that you would never break a promise.

You looked down to the wound and was about to sing.

“Y/N. Wait” You looked back up at him. He brought his hand up to your face. You were so beautiful. You have always been beautiful since the moment he first saw you.

This would be the last time you ever saw him. You were distracted for a moment. It didn’t occur to you that the glint of a broken mirror shard flickered in your peripheral as he grabbed it. You were too busy noticing the way he was caressing the side of your face, and grabbing your hair.

A sharp and fragile slicing sound was heard behind your head. You felt a tug on all of your hair, but the tug was lost, creeping up starting from the back of your head. Your head has never felt lighter. It was the strangest sensation to you. Almost as new as when you first let your foot touch the grass. YOUR HAIR!

Taehyung had used his last strength to pull himself up to cut your hair. Without your hair, there’s no magic. Without no magic, you cannot heal him. Without healing him…

“Taehyung…what…?” You instinctively pulled back and grabbed the back of your hair. Your hair was so short.

You heard your mother shout, “No!” You looked at your hair. It wasn’t a part of you anymore. Like it’s lost life, you watched your hair change its color darker, beginning from where it was cut. Your dead hair transformed into a heap of chocolate brown. You looked up to see your mother fumbling around to bundle the ends of your hair into her arms as she shouted no.

She frantically wanted to save the magic. She didn’t think that holding it in her hands would serve no purpose. Desperate people do desperate things. As expected, it did nothing. The moment the hair in her hands were dead, so was her hand. Her body quickly revealed her age, her weakness, her ugliness.

“What have you done? What have you done?!” She quickly crawled over to the broken mirror. Even though it was broken, she could only see herself in the residual shards, it revealed her worse nightmare. Paler than any human, older than anyone in the world. Her hair was all white and course. Her cheeks lost its plumpness and redness. The mirror revealed to her the ugly sharp cheek bones and sulken large eyes in deep sockets. Her teeth were useless. Her lips were thin. She could only witness skin and bones at this point. She was hideous.

She mournfully grabbed her hood and tugged it as far down as she could over her face, but she was even too weak for that. She mournfully let out cries as she stood up, swaying around with no balance anymore. Equilibrium was out of place and she had nowhere to go. On her ways to step back, she didn’t recognize what tripped her. She stumbled a bit farther back and felt her thighs hit the balcony, causing even more unbalance. At her last struggles, she flailed, trying to retrieve any balance to keep her from falling. But her bones were already disintegrating within her. She could feel her own cracks and fractures and she lost all motor skills, unable to stop herself from falling.

You wanted to reach out to grab her, but what could you do? You knew this was the end of her. The screams that died out proved it to you. She was gone. The only mother you ever knew. The only betrayer you ever knew. But you still knew one other person, one who never betrayed you.

You turned back and used all your strength to turn Taehyung’s body into your arms.

“No, no, no, no, no, Taehyung.” He coughed, you still had him. But you had no hair.

“No. Look at me, look at me. I’m right here, don’t go, stay with me, Taehyung.” You took his hand and put it on your head. Please, if there was any love and hope in the world left, please let it come to your head.

“Flower gleam and glow, let your power shine…” You choked as you felt nothing. Your eyes opened for a second to check any physical indication of healing, there was none. You couldn’t stop though. You heard his voice calling out but he needed to wait, wait for this to work.

“Make the clock reverse, bring back what once was mine…” Your nose started to sting. Things normally started happening. You didn’t know what hope you had left that would make you think that your hair would help anyone anymore. You knew the limitations to your magic. But just please, if rules could be broken just once…

“Y/N.” His voice was quietly fading.

“What?” Your voice cracked as you sniffed and looked into his brown eyes which were closing into weak slits.

“You were my new dream.” He whispered. Were. He would have none anymore.

“And you were mine.” You sobbed. Were. There was no point anymore. His weight turned dead in your arms and his head tilted away. Tears welled up in your eyes. What was there to do anymore?

“Heal what has been hurt.” Your voice cracked in the quiet and dull colored atmosphere.

“Change the fates design.” You would stay in this tower for 18 years all over again if it meant you were able to meet him again. But this time, you would have never let your mother lock you the same way.

“Save what has been lost. Bring back what once was mine.” Save his life, bring back your love.

“What once was mine.” You whispered the last words to the song. It would do you no good anymore. But it’s all you’ve ever known. Everything that you have ever known, is now lost to you. You had nothing. Your tears finally shed, leaving marks on his beautiful tanned cheeks. From beyond your eyelids, you saw a glimpse of yellow bright light. What could it be?

You looked up. His face was beautiful, but it hasn’t changed. What was new was the glint of light, flashing from his wound. You looked down and saw bursts of light sprouting from his wound, like a flower.

Beautiful waves of curved light embraced the spaces in the tower. A beautiful and familiar flower from your dreams came from his wound. The brightness was so captivating and confusing. The waves of light slowly faded in the air and the remnants of the flower receded back into his body. No blood stain, no cuts through the fabrics of his clothes.

You instinctively tucked hair behind your ear, even though there were none to tuck, as you looked over to Taehyung’s face. You saw pinkish cheeks once more . His eyes fluttered and you were once again able to see his dark chocolate brown eyes once more.

“Y/N?” He crooked. Was this real?

“Taehyung!” You gasped. He was alive!

“Yah…I thought I told you that long hair was my favorite.” He was the one who cut it in the first place!

“But I must say. I prefer this color…” He was real. He was back!

“Taehyung!” All you could do was embrace him, you fell over him and clung on to him, like both your lives could only remain real if you held tight enough.

He sat up on his elbows and held you up before you fell over to your side. He was surprised, but it was what he wanted most right now. He held you tighter, holding your tiny body in his one arm.

You pulled away and giggled. You pushed your head forward and kissed him.

Scratch that, this was what he wanted most right now.

First Sight | Taehyung

Summary line: The first person you see when you open your eyes

“Y/N, you can open your eyes now, what are you doing?” Your friend laughed at you as your eyes stayed tightly shut.

“I don’t want to open them.”

“Why not?”

“…Well…because, I don’t want to open them and see that no one is there.” You and your friends were playing around and they had you spin in circles in the middle of a circle, surrounded by guys. Whoever is in front of you, you will have to kiss. God knows why they chose you, their shyest friend yet, or maybe you were just shy because most of these were new friends, and some were friends of friends, so obviously you didn’t know them.

“Y/N, would we really do that to you?” the closet friend you had at that place asked you. Well, she did leave you at a party once, why wouldn’t she humiliate you? You really didn’t know why you decided to trust these people. The night has been okay thus far, but you really couldn’t face humiliation well and you couldn’t say no to anyone. If this won’t go the way it’s supposed to with nice and friendly people, you will probably not leave your room for another 10 years or something.

“W-what if I stopped and everyone purposefully split away from my sight?” You honestly expressed yourself, as awkward as you were. You stuck your arms out and wanted to split your hands away from each other like you were parting the Red Sea. But the moment you outstretched your arm, you hit skin, something a little moist.

You gasped and withdrew your hand to cover your mouth and you heard a deep, “Ow!” You stayed in shock and didn’t move for a bit while you heard your friends breaking down in laughter. You turned red, you weren’t sure whether it was because people were laughing at you, you hit someone, or the fact that there really was someone in front of you, and you knew that voice.

“Well now you know. Can you open your eyes now?” That same voice that yelled “Ow” groaned as he told you to open your eyes.

You gulped, still nervous.

“I promise you he’s good looking, Y/N.” your friend giggled.

There really was no way out of this now. Your eyes fluttered open as you looked at the guy in front of you still rubbing his eye.

Taehyung had both eyes squinted shut as he rubbed his left, but he peeked open the other to see that you’ve finally opened your eyes. He gave a tilted grin, “Nice to see you. You must forgive my lack of ability to see with both eyes right now. Some silly girl thought she wasn’t good enough for guys to fight for this spot for a kiss.” You bit the inside of your cheek.

“I’m sorry, Taehyung.”

“I’m okay. Now come here.” Taehyung stopped rubbing his eye and opened it, letting you see that the white of his eye had started to turn a little pink from his rubbing.

You stepped forward and put your thumb over his eye, “I’m sorry.”

“I said I’m okay.” He reassured you. You tiptoed and gave him a kiss on his eyelid and was a little more nervous, but you moved down to kiss him fair and square.

“Now I’m really okay.” Taehyung gave you a full box grin. You looked down and blushed and looked over to your friend who gave you an approving thumbs-up and head nod.

A/N: Ahhhh I don’t know what I’m doing. I was just thinking, if I had my eyes closed and threw my hands out, who would most likely be silly and not move away.
