today I went to the gym !! 👟

20 min vigorous strength training

10 min deep stretching

burned 288 cals today working out!

trying OMAD today!

it’s almost 2 pm, and so far, so good :). im waiting for my crush to come over so me and her can enjoy dinner, and then i wont have to worry about c@ls!

Hey lovelies, just asking for some general advice/tips. I basically need to lose 2lb a day. I’m great with my workouts and walks but I can’t decide if 100%fasting is the best option or fasting maybe 2 /3 days in a row then eating low cal fruit/veg, then repeat or ?? If I’ve got it straight in my head I’m disciplined enough to stick with it. I’m just not sure, I know everyone’s different but I’d really appreciate any opinions or guidance🩷🩷🩷
