I need help desperately!!!

Basically, I went to see my therapist a couple days ago and I haven’t seen her in soooo long so she pointed out the weight loss and I tried to cover it up as much as I could but she was so concerned so she took my weight and height she put it into a bmi calculator and omg when I tell u I’ve never been happier to see that I woke up 1lb more that day cuz it said healthy weight on it (16.8) which according to other bmi calculators that’s underweight but ok we move

But she rang early today and I have to get my bloods done and she talked to the head of the ed department and they used a different calculator and according to that one I am actually underweight

Then she basically just said that I have to get my weight to a healthy point by myself and if I do that I won’t have to go near the ed department

So like wtf do I do??? I can’t just put on 5kg like i would rather be in a saw movie

But if I don’t do anything then more than likely I’ll be forced into recovery and I seriously cannot imagine how that would go

Andddd they said if I don’t sort my weight out they’ll pull me out of this school year

Like I’ve been freaking out about this for these past couple days like someone seriously please help me

I’ve officially went off the rails

If I’m not skinny for Xmas I’m ending it istg
