yesterday i fasted till 2pm and today i fasted till 3pm so tomorrow i’m gonna fast till 4pm! my goal is to be able to fast till 7pm so that i can eat once then and i won’t be hungry by the time i go to bed, since stress-induced nighttime binges are my worst enemy.
