Character Dialogue - Tumblr Posts

—forgive us for a sin we shall never commit.

roxica; cw: religious trauma, religion, and the notion that being gay is a sin. chica is the one praying/saying this! projected my religious trauma onto her. i also hope the title comes across as "being gay isn't a sin so therefore they'll never sin" and not "they never get together because they view being gay as a sin." this is also just a bit of dialogue that i ended up really liking.

word count: 31

"Forgive our sins; the sins of the living. Oh Father, may you forgive my love for another woman. For if this love is a sin the devil may drag me down."

Writing prompt. Dialog: 1.

-"How do you make beer?" Asked Ryan.

-"As far as I know, It's like making bread , but you add water." Said Muck

-"It can't be, my cousing works in a bakery, they use water to make the dough." Ryan took a sip of orange juice.

-"Well, if you know so much, why are you bothering me?" Muk protested.

-"I've never claimed to be an expert, I just know water is used in both processes, I was asking out of curiosity."

-"Ok, but why is beer a subject matter now? It's not even noon!"

-"I've heard some cats are collecting postcards as a hobby, well I want to make beer as a passtime."

-"You mean, penpals?" Asked Muk with a grin.

-"No, no! I mean the square thing on the postcard!" Ryan, as short tempered as he was, slammed the table, spilling some juice and almost tipping off Muk's cup of coffee.

-"whoah! Slow down pal! You were talking about beers, why this craving all the sudden?"

- "I don't want to drink them, I want to make them, as a change of pace."

-"So, are you quitting the job anytime soon?" Asked Muk before taking a big gulp of black coffee.

-"No, It'll be a passtime. Look at Tom, the poor guy never took a day off, no passions, not even a single nap. And now he's shaded, a walking corpse!"

-"I see what you mean, it would be a shame to lose you, including your charming personality." Muk smirked.

Ryan was about to protest, but he keep it to himself.

The waiter brought the check, Ryan invited the breakfast.

-"It's called a stamp." Said Muk, while giving his friend the knife.

And they crossed the door thresshold at the same time.

She Had Stars On Her Cheek; He Thought. The Perfect Alignment On Her Skin Was The First Thing He Noticed.

“She had stars on her cheek; he thought. The perfect alignment on her skin was the first thing he noticed. Not her eyes, or her hair, not even the scars that marred her body. It was the stars of freckles. He wanted to run his finger down the expanse of her cheek, tracing the outline of the constellation. He wanted to count the freckles, kiss each one. She watched him as he smiled softly at her; his stormy eyes were calm. Her chocolate orbs took in the intimate scene; together, they were vulnerable—alone. Trusting each other with their scars and their secrets. She wanted to run her blunt nails down his pale skin, kiss his neck, and trace the ink that covered his most horrid scar. Together they took in each other, committing their bodies to their memory, trying to memorize their imperfections and perfections. To him, no imperfection mattered. No. She was perfect in his eyes. Her stars, her constellations; it made his heart jump when he recognized the shape. How did he not notice when they were in Hogwarts? Perhaps it was the way her hair was always untamed that took away the attention of her stars? Or maybe he never really stared at her with the intensity of a lover, only as a rival? No matter, he wanted to slap his younger self for never realizing she bore the constellation of their namesake. He wondered, in the back of his mind, if this was a way of the gods? To mark her skin, to tell the world that she was meant for him and only him? Or perhaps it was only a coincidence? He didn’t know or care. All he cared about was her. This witch in front of him. This goddess. He cared only for her: Hermione Granger.”

List Of Sexy Things To Say

I am way too witty for my own good so here are 10 powerful things for you or your characters to say with a religious twist!

"If you are God then I want to commit blasphemy:

"I would love to be covered in your sins"

"I hope God is seeing this"

"I'm sure you taste as divine as you look"

"If you knew just what I was thinking, then you wouldn't be saying all those pure things about me"

"I would do anything for my God"

"All the things I think about doing to you would make me see the man in red"

"May God rue the day we are seperated"

"I wonder how "pure" either of us will be after this"

"Nothing could be a sin if it was done for you"

You might think these are cringe but remember, "one man's cringe is another man's fantasy". If a dialogue is your struggle here is a little bit of personal service

Dialogue Between My Characters

Jukka, in the gayest villainous pose: "I guess you can call me Actor à La Mode because I am an actor who is modern, fashionable, and delicious when topped in your dessert, hero~"

Yuuma, just tired of this bullshit: "So original. Great. A flirtatious supervillain with sex jokes"

*Jukka's laughter fades off into the distance*

Character Quotes

Here are some out of context quotes ranging from feral to adorable to just down right tragic ^-^

" It seems remarkably simple. So simple, I feel so stupid that I'm truly flabbergasted by how it served as an epiphany. But even so, when I looked into the future, my future, I had one singular thought "I don't deserve this". - Nonkosi Tyali to Yituing

"Whatever you choose to be in the future is fine! When I say I love you, I don't want it to be a rule that means "stay this way forever". If you will be a burden in the future, that's fine. If you will be someone who decides not to love me, that's fine aswell. " - Yuuma Mochizuki to Jukka Virtanen

"I'm not naive darling, desite your unholy misrepresentation of my words. I understand the sins of men. I know all about your own failures to follow the scripture. I choose to be with you because I want my words to be honorable. And using my honorable tongue, I will say I love you because you are so delightfully human. - Gabriel to Claude

"At least the king named it Defense Innovation in Living Faculties (DILF) and not something named after himself!" - Hetrunmeass to Nariman Nahornyj

"If my vow was to fall in love with a virtuous person, then I definitely didn't break it." - Yal'ir to Monday

"If believing in love is all humans can ever do, and if hope for love is the most human of all, then I am purely human." - Verne Lawless to Stansevain

Regular instance of writers

My character, sobbing from the amount of pressure they’re under: “It’s too difficult, one must be a god to do such a task!”

Me, holding a portfolio of new ideas: “Then a god you must become.”

"How do you write such realistic dialogue-" I TALK TO MYSELF. I TALK TO MYSELF AND I PRETEND I AM THE ONE SAYING THE LINE. LIKE SANITY IS SLOWLY SLIPPING FROM BETWEEN MY FINGERS WITH EVERY MEASLY WORD THEY TYPE OUT. THAT IS HOW.

Small Excerpt From The Last Wrath:

"[...] Tanwin took a dangerous step closer, Darian fought the urge that told every muscle in his body to jump back at the stone-cold look on his friend’s face, despite knowing they would never hurt one another.

“Hope is a lie.” The elf hissed, tilting his head as he stared down the alchemist, gesturing around him accusatorily “Fed to us by those who want to keep us weak, who want us to believe in fantasies instead of the truth. And the truth.” His face grew somber “Is that, in this world, only those strongest, those of us willing to do what others are too cowardly to do, are the ones who might have the slightest chance of surviving."

"We both know that's not entirely true, Tanwin. I know you don't - " Darian began, trying to convince his friend, but the young elf only scoffed, sharply interrupting him and moving to walk away.

"Well, people change, Darian. And I think it's time you did too." Tanwin said, pausing for a moment, voice becoming - ever so slightly - softer, a glimpse of the person he used to be, though holding a warning edge "Grow up. Before you get hurt - because if you don't, it will be too late." [...]
