It started like a funny idea from conservation with friends about dating sim with Little Prince and finished to be sad art.
The Final Swing
This was my 4th ever drawing on my iPad and my first time doing landscapes. I'll admit it's not the best and I've done better works now that I know more tools. But this still holds a special place in my heart.
I have a basic idea behind the story, it's a bit cliche but it hurts my heart:
A little girl loves going to a swing on a hill. It's her favorite place to go when her parents fight, when her dad drinks, when there's no one there for her. It's a quiet place, covered in wild flowers. It's her's, a place with sweet memories. Her dad had put up that swing, back when they were happy. Back when he was sober. Back when mom's infidelity was non-existent. Now it's just her alone on the swing.
She's swinging.
She sees a butterfly.
She follows the butterfly.
But she didn't see the car coming.
Her dad buries her at her favorite spot.
She's forever at her swing, her favorite spot.
Just before her death she had the final swing.

It's pretty tragic character, doctor who promised to save lives was forced to be a monster and assassin. Only when he is doing something from his childhood, he can feel a bit better (´；ω；｀)

I find Law & Corazon's story to be fascinatingly heart breaking. I wanted challenge myself to go for a more realistic style for this one. = not because of it necessarily I just wanted to try.

personally a big fan of bullet hell games. despite not being very good at them.
plus the art style of the game is just the most darling dearest and adorable, i love the birdie sprites with all my heart.
