If so, I was wondering if you could write something small where Peter and Mj are willing to try the iconic upside-down kiss™ but while getting in position, Peter accidentally leans forward and softly kisses Mj on the nose... Then maybe Michelle gets flustered because her whole face tickles... Take all the time you need if you are going to write this! Thank you!!!

Hey Darling, I don’t usually write these two but the prompt was too cute to pass up. I hope you like it :3

Summary: After being saved and kissing him as Spider-Man, Mj wants to do the Spider-Man kiss again. But this time with Peter Parker.

Peter landed on the roof in a crouch in his Spider-Man suit and surveyed the city. The teen loved evenings like this, the sun setting in the distance and the temperature slowly cooling. Closing his eyes for a moment the teen took a deep breath before letting his eyes open slowly. "Peter it's almost curfew," Karen said softly. "Tell him I'm on my way Karen," Peter said with a smile. Since being adopted by Tony he'd been given stricter curfews on weekdays. It was Mental Health, School, then Spider-Man. Not that Peter minded. Smiling wider Peter stood and let himself fall back, catching himself with a web at the last second. He swung up with a whoop and waved as he swung past a couple of excited kids.

As he swung home the teen kept his eyes open for any trouble when he saw a teenage girl turn into an alleyway. The teen swung closer to make sure she walked through it okay. He always did this whenever he was out on patrol, if anyone went through an alley way he would watch over them. He wanted people to be safe and get home. This girl was different though, it was his girlfriend Mj. The teen was about to call out to her when a big man stepped out of the shadows, causing Mj to come to an abrupt stop. He towered over her with a twisted smile, knife clearly held in his hand. Mj saw the knife from the corner of her eye and backed away slowly. "Sorry," she said turning to go only for another man go walk towards her, blocking the exit. He too towered over her and had the same twisted grin. He look unarmed but Mj knew he was probably hiding his weapon. "Where you going?" The second man asked. "Are you lost baby girl," the first man said, reaching out to grab her.

Just then the second guy went down with a shout. Mj jumped aside just as Spider-Man swung in and landed a kick on the first guys chest and sending him down. "Are you okay?" Peter asked and Mj simply nodded, the situation and shock finally catching up to her. Peter wasted no time wrapping an arm around her waist and held her close as he shot a web and swung up. Mj let out a scream and wrapped herself around Peter like a koala. She hated swinging through the city it made her feel dizzy and gave her a little motion sickness, but she had to admit she felt much safer right now.

A few minutes later Peter landed at the entrance of an ally near Mj's house and gently set her down. "You okay?" He asked. "I am now, thank you," she smiled. "All in a day’s work," Peter smiled, glad she wasn't hurt. "Peter," Karen said in warning. "I'm coming Karen," the teen said, "sorry Mj I better go." He shot a web onto the fire escape. "Spider-Man wait!" Mj called, watching as he came back and hung in front of her upside down. "What's wrong?" He asked. Mj bit her lip and paused before stepping forward, gently pulling Peters mask off to his nose and cupping his face. "Mj What are you-" He was cut off as lips softly kissed his own. Peter felt butterflies erupt in his stomach and found himself chasing the lips when they pulled away. He felt Mj smile before she pulled away and his eyes fluttered open to see hers do the same. "Thank you," she smiled, both letting out a yell of surprise as the rain suddenly came down. "Always," Peter smiled, watching as Mj ran to her front door. "Peter?" Tony's voice said making him jump. "Sorry Dad, I'm on my way," the teen said hurriedly, pulling his mask down and swinging home with a smile. ~~ The next morning Peter set up snacks and drinks in the living room, his textbooks and homework waiting beside them. "What you doing there kiddo?" Tony asked, slight amusement in his voice. "Just getting ready for mine and Mj's study date," Peter answered with a small smile. With a smile of his own Tony pulled the teen into a hug and kissed the top of his head, Peter melting into the warmth and purring slightly as he nuzzled into his Dad’s chest. The two stood like that for five minutes before FRIDAY reminded Tony he had a meeting to get to. “Okay Fri,” the man smiled before looking at his son, “Okay bug I gotta go, but I’ll be back for lunch okay?” “Okay Dad,” Peter replied, smiling up at him, “love you.” “Love you too bambino,” Tony smiled, kissing his forehead before giving him one last squeeze and heading off.

A few minutes later the elevator pinged and Mj walked in with a smile, Peter smiling when he saw her. “Hey,” he greeted. “Hey,” she greeted, kissing him on the cheek. “You ready to study?” Peter asked. “Sure, but can we try something first?” Mj asked, suddenly feeling a little nervous. “Uh sure,” Peter said, feeling a little nervous himself. “I was wondering if we could try the Spider-Man kiss again. Since my life isn’t in danger now,” she giggled slightly, Peter joining in. “Uh yeah sure,” Peter smiled nervously, “should I get the suit or...” “I’d rather kiss you as Peter Parker,” Mj replied, making the boy blush and stutter about running to get his web shooters.

Once Peter was armed and ready with his web shooters he jumped onto the ceiling and lowered himself on a web. “Hey,” he greeted when he and Mj were eye to eye. “Hey,” she giggled. Peter lowered himself a little more and leaned forehead, only for his lips to land on Mj’s forehead instead of her lips. Mj flushed and gently cupped her hands around Peter’s cheek and head. “These are my lips genius,” she whispered gently pressing their lips together, both smiling into the kiss.

55) how do you manage your time to write?

Usually, I like to have a general idea of my favourite time to write, first off! I used to stay up till five am on school nights working on a fic because once I got inspiration, I could not let it go. So I figured out that I liked to write at night! That way, no one can interrupt me, too.

I’m way busier now than I was when I was just starting out, so whereas I used to write in my free time, I now set aside time to do it. Usually, I like to go on YouTube and put a few playlists on to set the mood— songs that I like and can sing along to while I work, not just background noise! And I do try to have as little distractions as possible, which means no open online shopping windows (for me, haha)! Just a doc, music, and some tabs you might need for research!

I also like to have a general idea of a plot and who I’m writing about, too. Once you have a basic idea in mind, you can start! I don’t create outlines all that often and most of the outlines that I don’t create aren’t all that specific; they’re all like “character a and character b go for ice cream” -> “character a and b get robbed” -> “character b panics?? drops their ice cream??” So, specificities aren’t important. Just have a solid idea of who your characters are, what you’re writing about, and where your scene takes place. You don’t need to have every last detail ready at the beginning, you can figure that out at the end or as you go and fill in the gaps.

Lastly; don’t be overly critical of your writing!! I see a lot of posts telling everyone that their first draft will suck, and that’s,, not what I wanna go for. The thing is, yes, first drafts do suck. But as a writer, I’m personally proud of all my first drafts! I’m proud of the one I wrote back in 2015, when I first started posting my stuff online, I’m proud of that short one-shot I wrote back in, like, June 2020. So, while it’s okay to criticize your work, please don’t think that you need to be harsh on yourself or that that’s the important thing! It takes time and practice to improve! And while you don’t need to be overly concerned or overly proud of your work, I encourage you to at least be happy with it. When I’m happy with my work, I find it much easier to put it away and take breaks.
