Before You Binge
you're allowed to binge ... if you do all of these steps first
chug 1l of water
drink a cup of peppermint tea
and a cup of green tea
and a cup of hot lemon water
brush ur teeth
run up and down the stairs five times
do 20 jumping jacks
do 20 squats
do 20 prayer pulses
do 20 butt kicks
follow a lazy girl workout video
go for a 15-20 min walk
watch an episode of supersized vs superskinny, my 600lb life, freaky eaters, or a trisha paytas or nikocado avocado mukbang
put a face mask on
read a chapter of a book
read 5 more chapters of the book
finish the book
do duolingo lessons until you run out of hearts. then do practice lessons until you regain the hearts you lost
watch a disney movie
then watch a ghibli movie
watch an episode of that show you'd always meant to watch but never got around to
work on journalling, creative writing, or writing poetry
do some stretches
practice a hobby that keeps your hands busy, like knitting, gaming, or playing an instrument
paint your nails
watch a fashion show
watch media with a celebrity whose body you consider to be goals, like music videos/live performances for singers and movies/TV shows for actresses
watch interviews with aforementioned celebrities
start taking a free course on coursera.org, there are some you can complete in a couple of hours. or you can take a longer course and just do a lesson each time you feel the urge to binge
do a workout that's 40 mins or longer
shower for 20 mins with music
put lotion on your entire body
do the chores you've been ignoring
read an article about the effects of hunger on the body
drink another litre of water
and a pot of herbal tea
watch a documentary
watch a ted talk
you are probably tired after all this, so take a nap for half an hour or longer
if you still feel like binging, honestly, you earned it
day 1:

happy may! im setting some rules to keep myself on track this month.
1. no eating after 8, even if it's dinner.
2. workout daily
3. strive to get 10k steps
4. drink a minimum 100 fluid oz of water a day
5. drink coffee or tea when sick of water
6. no or very minimal liquid cals
7. fast for 16hrs a day, fast for at least 36hrs once every week to week 1/2
8. 2-3 metab days this month
9. cal max is 600cals
10. turn down foods from others regardless of if they worry
11. try to avoid sugars, or only consume natural sugar
12. VITAMINS. TAKE MY VITAMINS.
13. ana musicccc is like needed
14. no revealing clothes till the end of the school year
15. don't start tomorrow, start tonight.
16. omad
17. small portion sizes
18. chew and spit for cravings
19. eat food that follows healthy digestion
20. avoid any and all fear foods
day 13:
a mix of the two, all of April and all of February I was doing high res and was eating anywhere from 800-1200cals. Now I'm doing low res omad and fasting again so now I'm definitely doing it unhealthy

day 20:

5 day fast -
The longest time i've fasted was 2 days. Felt extremely light-headed, dizzy, lethargic and had insomnia even though I took electrolytes, multivitamins, drank lots of water and took melatonin. Also did no rigorous workouts even though I usually go 3/4 times a week to the gym and usually burn 1000+ calories there. Only walked 5k/10k steps.
I will be trying to fast once again. I need to see the numbers on the scale go down again since I felt i've hit a plateau even with "maintenance" days.
Will try until June 5th, so around 5 days (i've been fasting for 10 hours alr). Will be doing everything I did last time with the addition of a spoon of salt (or a cup of fruit juice) if feeling very faint. My goal is to reach 105lbs, bmi 17, by Wednesday.

i need advice in how to suppress hunger, like give the best tips you have. i can’t stop eating and i’ve been eating doble of what i’m used to eating, and tbh i’m getting really tired of the petty look on peoples face and been the fat friend.

cetose é escassez de carboidrato , jejum é corte de calorias por um período de tempo .
por exemplo frango não tem carboidrato , então não quebra cetose . frango tem caloria e é comida , então quebra nf .
